We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. Loved the cold towels and welcome drink when we checked in. The buffet breakfast was a highlight - really good, barista made coffee, fresh juice, and just a huge selection of food including western and local as well as Asian dishes. Plus pastries, desserts, fresh fruit and donuts. I loved that there were Indonesian sweets and local fruits to try. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Very large pool, 2 water slides, swim up bar, sandy beach area, reasonably priced food and drink service to your deck chair. The wood fired pizzas were very, very good. We stayed in the main hotel part, it is a little dated and the rooms are on the smaller side, with a shower/bath. Water bottles are provided and topped up each day as needed but I like that they had a couple of water refill stations so we could use our own water bottles. The grounds are lush and well looked after, with a fish pond and squirrels. They have (family friendly) movie nights a couple of times a week. Great location with cafes, bars, shops etc just down the road and it's literally across the road from the beach. I managed to book in for a facial at the Glow Spa, each room has its own private courtyard with an outdoor shower. The whole experience was top notch - very relaxing and professional (thanks to my therapist Maya). Overall, although it's on the pricier side, the facilities and service make up for that and we would definitely consider coming back (kids didn't want to leave).

Highly, HIGHLY recommend! The staff provide incredible service, they're friendly, polite & always happy to help wherever possible. The hotel has a wide variety of services & facilities - tour bookings, multiple pools, restaurants, spas, room service, buffet breakfast, car transfers, ONSITE CLINIC. There's constant events & entertainment for both adults & children. Cannot recommend this place enough. So happy we stayed here & we'll definitely be returning.

A lovely resort with everything you need. The food served is incredible and safe to consume. Both the buffet breakfast and lunch options were lovely meals. The pools are great, with an adults only pool that is elevated and serene. Rooms were large and clean. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this resort!

Our first night at mandira we were in a family room next to construction. Unfortunately we were not told about this beforehand. The room was small for 4 people, run down and no balcony etc. Thankfully after heading to reception the next morning about the noise and hoping for another room we were graciously given a free upgrade to a junior suite. The room was incredible, we were blown away by the generosity to upgrade us no questions asked. They also provided us with two single beds for our children at no cost. We will most definitely be back next year to stay, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you once again

Love this place. Position is amazing, hotel food is great and the service you can’t fault. A+++ Rooms are very clean and comfortable but probably could do with an update in the near future but that alone wouldn’t stop me staying here again. Pool is the best pool I’ve been to and the kids slides are a winner. So close to the great street shopping, restaurants and beach bars. Can’t wait to get back here again.
