All the staff at Barcelo were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Perry and Chris did excellent service during our check-in. It was fast and all the information that we needed to know was explained very well.
Room was immaculate and very comfortable. It smelled amazing and cleanliness was pristine. The view was truly breathtaking and the location is perfect.
Housekeeping staff were outstanding. They delivered all request that we had in no time.
Overall, two night stay with my family who is on holiday was exceptional. This would definitely be part of our core memories.

starting from the beginning, when checking in at the hotel there was no information that there was construction next door. So from morning till night there were construction sounds. Breakfast overpaid and out of place. They bring it cold and you have to heat it up yourself. So the offer with breakfast makes no sense. You will overpay. As for the employees, what could they do to alleviate our dissatisfaction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and the staff truly made all the difference. Chris and Throphie went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Chris made check-in a breeze, and during our unexpected flight cancellation, he graciously offered us a fantastic deal for an additional night, which we greatly appreciated.
Throphie was equally amazing, assisting us with our bags and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued as guests. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and hospitality!

I stayed together with friends and family and I would say that it was an amazing and well spent time in Barcelo.
The reception team were very welcoming and warm. Special mention to Chris and Perry, they were very accommodating and attentive.
When requesting for something from the phone, reception team was very quick to pick up and respond. Our requests did not take a long time to come to the room. Housekeepers were helpful and always smiling.
The view we had from the balcony of the apartment was breathtaking. You can see people doing skydiving as well. The view of Ain Dubai is beautiful especially at night. The apartment is huge and rooms are very comfortable. The living room is very homy. Room amenities were complete and looked luxurious. They even have robes and iron with iron board. The kitchen is well equiped with all necessary cookware, chinaware and silverware in good condition.

We landed a good deal for this hotel. The location is fantastic, the room is very big and they clean it everyday. The service of the staff is awesome. I was assisted by Perry for the check in process and by Topher for the check-out. They both delivered great service. Thank you so much!
