I don’t usually go to all inclusive resorts. Came here for a music festival. So impressed. This staff is extraordinary and I hope they are well paid and appreciated. They should be. Everything has been exceptional. Special shout out to Cena Agave and Felipe Solis and Angel Omar Perez! 5 stars!✨✨✨✨

We went for our honeymoon and had the worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was an absolute nightmare. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and during check-in, they told us that they would prepare honeymoon amenities (like chocolates and other gifts) for us the next evening (second day). I was so excited about it. They promised to have it ready by 7 PM the following day.
But when the second evening came, there were no honeymoon amenities at all. When I asked the manager, they acted like they had no idea and then changed their story. It was beyond frustrating. My husband, trying to be patient, asked them to prepare it for the next day (third day), and we agreed.
The next day (third day), I had a bad feeling, so I double-checked in the afternoon to make sure they were still going to provide the honeymoon amenities. They reminded us not to turn on the "red light" (Don't disturb sign), so I left it off all day.(I didn't turn on the red light at all.) After dinner, we came back to the room and—once again—no honeymoon amenities. I called the manager, and they claimed the "red light" had been on. It was absurd. The manager tried to blame us, and their attitude was just awful. If it was a hotel system error, they could have apologized and taken care of it immediately. But instead, the manager told 'us' to just contact room service.
When we finally did, they brought us a very poorly prepared strawberry and chocolate, with no mention of "honeymoon" at all. It was so disappointing, and we ended up throwing it all away. This was by far the worst experience, and I’ll forever regret trusting the travel agent who recommended this hotel. I truly hope no one else has to go through the same terrible experience.

The beach is a huge plus and the water is absolutely beautiful. The infinity pools are beautiful and being adults only is a plus! Being able to walk to multiple resorts and also enjoy them in the complex is definitely very nice and walking to the other end and back is about 3 miles round trip which builds up your appetite 😊
there also aren’t really any hawkers which is so nice!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway for my friend’s birthday. The hotel is about 1 hour and 10 minutes away from Cancun international airport, so plan round trip car service accordingly. The hotel is close to many attractions so that’s a plus. Our room was clean and as expected. The service throughout the hotel was good but maybe they should mention somewhere before booking that room service meals are a separate cost as we thought it was also included in our package. The food was not great, I wish there were more Mexican options and offered snacks throughout the day. The hotel is on a private beach which was nice. The hotel pool was so cold that many people reframed from going in because of this. Me and my friends braved it out and made it to the middle pool beds to lay out in the sun and catch some drinks in the pool bar. Overall a good experience for a quick getaway.

We dined at La Comédie restaurant twice and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Bertha and Moises. They were friendly, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent food recommendations. Their attentiveness and effort to go above and beyond made us feel well taken care of.
The food was outstanding, and we absolutely loved the experience!
