We absolutely love it here! The room is cozy and comfortable, the service is top-notch, and while the food is pretty standard, it’s still enjoyable. The highlight of our trip? The incredible lagoon tour! Dali, our guide, was beyond amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and having a fantastic time. Her knowledge of the area made the experience even more special. If you’re visiting, don’t miss this tour—highly recommended!

We had the best time at this resort, just incredible! Dali gave a terrific lagoon tour, only a 15 min walk from the resort with stunning views and beautiful water to swim in. Alonso the chef at El Charro made the best pork belly tacos I’ve ever had. All of the food at the resort was delicious. And the drinks just kept coming! The entire staff was so friendly! We had the best time and would love to come back. Also the resort being adult only made it really relaxing.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Ocean Maya. Amazing and friendly stuff, delicious food with great choice for all tastes, they also offer a great choice for different dietary restrictions. The rooms and all the amenities are spotless clean.
The entertainment team did a great job, we particularly enjoyed playing volleyball, thanks to the animator Oswyn.
We appreciated the service of the waitress Kara and the hostess Zaire.
In short, this hotel has got everything for a splendid vacation!

The location is good! Quick easy ride from the airport, amazing little lagoon just down the beach!
Now the staff!! Kendell is an absolute amazing personality and will help you in any way he can!! He has an infectious personality that made us laugh everyday making vacation that much better! He is a hard worker!!
