The hotel was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Although the hotel is situated away from the city centre, it is ideally located and not too far to reach. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Brahim, in particular, provided excellent care and attention to my family. The only areas that could be improved are the gym facilities and some of the rooms, which I believe are already part of their renovation plans. Overall, I am most likely to visit again!

I stayed here in May and really enjoyed my stay. It’s a lovely hotel with everything you need. The highlight of the trip was definitely the service- particularly Soufiane who was always so happy to help us with a big smile and made the trip extra special. Thank you so much!

My partner and I stayed here last month. The hotel itself is lovely and rooms etc were very nice and what we expected. However, the reception staff were extremely rude.
The description of the room type was different on the website to the one on our key card so we went to reception to check we got the one we paid for. The man at the desk was extremely rude and replied as if we were stupid even though it was not clear.
We then asked for a taxi to a shop just to pick up some groceries. There was a mixup and the lady at the desk had ordered us one to the centre of town. This meant it was more expensive and she was insistent we paid extra when we got back even though it was her mistake. After a lot of back and forth, my partner paid the money and she did not say a word to us. Not even a thank you.
This ultimately ruined our stay as I was too scared to go to reception with anymore questions or problems as I was probably going to be faced with another rude response. I have never experienced anything like this and would not expect it from a place with 5 stars. This was highly disappointing.

Hi, we just got back from a short holiday in Marrakech, we stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The location is lovely inside the fences, is like a medium size good looking park with loads of outside activities to do. We came as a family with two kids, the room/rooms allocated was not quite family friendly, even if they say they're two rooms interconnected actually they're two separate rooms with two doors in between , very heavy to be opened by small kids (our girls are 6 and 10 years old), as parents you can't hear or see them during the night, no locks on the balcony sliding door, shower floor is leaking in the entire bathroom, slippery shower floor. The range of food served was quite small, not to many choices no manner which place you would like to dine, not to mention here that all of us got a tummy bug on our 4th night right after dinner served in the Mezze restaurant, I believe that was something wrong with one the ingredients used to cook. This incident kept us inside our rooms on the last day feeling sick. Another aspect is the lack of interest of the pool bartenders, they were too busy to talk to each other instead of serving the customer (22 min to prepare and deliver a tea). In conclusion we gone think twice before we would choose this location again, too bad of the premises but the people there can or can't make the difference.

Location is a bit far removed from the city center but the shuttle is great. Room itself is small and not particularly clean. Breakfast is not bad but dinner was truly horrible and way too expensive. Also my room smelled of sewage half the time...
