The hotel was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Although the hotel is situated away from the city centre, it is ideally located and not too far to reach. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Brahim, in particular, provided excellent care and attention to my family. The only areas that could be improved are the gym facilities and some of the rooms, which I believe are already part of their renovation plans. Overall, I am most likely to visit again!

My partner and I stayed here last month. The hotel itself is lovely and rooms etc were very nice and what we expected. However, the reception staff were extremely rude. The description of the room type was different on the website to the one on our key card so we went to reception to check we got the one we paid for. The man at the desk was extremely rude and replied as if we were stupid even though it was not clear. We then asked for a taxi to a shop just to pick up some groceries. There was a mixup and the lady at the desk had ordered us one to the centre of town. This meant it was more expensive and she was insistent we paid extra when we got back even though it was her mistake. After a lot of back and forth, my partner paid the money and she did not say a word to us. Not even a thank you. This ultimately ruined our stay as I was too scared to go to reception with anymore questions or problems as I was probably going to be faced with another rude response. I have never experienced anything like this and would not expect it from a place with 5 stars. This was highly disappointing.

A perfect hotel for a family get away or a business function. Super quiet rooms, beautiful pools (including one for adults only) and a spa/workout center with modern amenities. The property is large and spread out, and even though there was a conference happening there when we stayed, it did not feel crowded at all. We were told they are building a desert experience facility next door which will be ready in 2025. The staff was very helpful getting us a guide and restaurant reservations in Marrakech. Would stay there again.

The Barceló Palmeraie is a resort hotel on the outskirts of Marrakech. The rooms are in two story cottages situated in a beautiful desert garden. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with an anteroom and a large bedroom. We were there on vacation but could see that the hotel is also perfect for business retreats as it has meeting rooms but also plenty of other activities such as two pools and a wellness center. You have to take a taxi into town but the hotel is happy to call one for you or to provide a driver. On our last night we had a driver drop us off at the old Medina and we walked to L’mida Marrakech, a wonderful rooftop restaurant. On the way home we walked to the main square and took a cab back to the hotel for 200MAD. We thoroughly enjoyed Marrakech but it was also nice to retreat back to the peace and quiet of the hotel.
