I stayed at this resort in November and it’s a beautiful place! I loved how spacious it was and all the fruit trees around the resort which can be enjoyed while taking a walk. Although it was a bit far from the city but it’s the perfect location to wind down after a long day of hustle and bustle. My husband and I loved the complimentary breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend this place.

A very good hotel for families. Kids have plenty of activities to do, and rooms are very distanced and super quiet. They have a family pool and adults only pool which is very convenient. The staff is amazing (except the lady serving tea at breakfast as she never smiles and looks grumpy). The location is a bit far from the city so a car is needed or other means of transportation unless you want to stay in the hotel at all times.

The hotel was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Although the hotel is situated away from the city centre, it is ideally located and not too far to reach. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Brahim, in particular, provided excellent care and attention to my family. The only areas that could be improved are the gym facilities and some of the rooms, which I believe are already part of their renovation plans. Overall, I am most likely to visit again!

My stay at this hotel (2 nights) was average at best. The location of it was decent and the check-in/check-out process was very easy and smooth. The hotel staff were friendly enough but nothing stood out in terms of hospitality. The room was underwhelming to be honest and smaller than first thought. The comfort of the bed was manageable but leaning towards the less comfortable side and the bathroom is outdated and should have been cleaner. They were very stingy when offering their amenities such as water bottles (2 small bottles per day) and packs of coffee (2 small packets) if drank. Reaching the front desk through the phone was impossible and they never answered. This was incredibly frustrating due to the fact that you needed to walk for approximately 7 to 10 minutes to get to the gate of the hotel and requesting a buggy was non-existent . Overall, the experience of this hotel was very underwhelming and very forgettable. I would only recommend it if someone is looking for a resort or retreat with a tight budget. Don't think I'll be booking with this group again.

Omg this is the best hotel resort here ever been in my life. Food, drinks, service, cleanliness, the beauty of the environment etc was the best. But Shila made an error with my booking which was BAD. Overall, will go again with my family 2025.
