I spent my 34th birthday here and I can recommend to everyone! The staff, food, room, spa, cleanliness...everything is absolutely beautiful! The hotel is close to the old town and shopping, and will provide transport when needed. The food changed daily and is exceptional. The staff are absolutely wonderful and I cannot fault anything. They go out of their way to make you happy. I have had the best birthday a woman can ask for! Thank you so much! And I wish to come back and stay again for longer. Many thanks, Raine :)

At first a grand and beautiful grand hotel that ended up being rather disappointing. The rooms looked massive and luxurious at first, but as you start settling in, you see all the flaws. Bathroom was in a desperate need of maintenance, the towel hanger was broken, the shower hadn’t seen a good cleaning in a while either. Bed wasn’t super comfortable and the AC wasn’t strong at all, which during a heat wave was quite unpleasant. The pool was lovely, although I didn’t understand why we had to pay 30 euros deposit for the towels? The end was also an unpleasant surprise - they had to send someone to each of our rooms to double check if we had anything from the mini bar - never seen anything like this and I found it extremely disrespectful.

My friend and I had a fantastic time. We want to give a special thanks to a very kind, happy and helpful waiter Adil. He is an amazing dancer and made my friends birthday celebration very special. We also had the best Hammam and massge at the spa.Thanks to all the lovely ladies who gave us exceptional treatment. Thanks to all those who made our time so great!

The room felt a little old-fashioned, but it was very cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit worn and could use a little update, but everything was clean and tidy. The bed was super comfy, I slept so well!

An amazing hotel with fantastic staff and amenities. Close to local markets, restaurants and malls, you would be hard pressed to find a better stay in Marrakech. Special note to Asma, who took care of every request we had with care - she is a credit to her employers. Will definitely be returning again to Kenzi Menara Palace
