We had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived! The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and professional service. A special thank you to Zak, the public relations agent who welcomed us with such kindness and care. We arrived right after the buffet had closed, and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave hungry he personally arranged a fruit basket for us, knowing that I was pregnant and craving a snack. That small gesture meant so much and showed how attentive and thoughtful he is toward guests. Throughout our stay, Zak was incredibly professional, helpful, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine in hospitality. Thanks to him, we felt truly taken care of and at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Special Thanks to the Housekeeping Team at Pickalbatros Hotel I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the housekeeping team for their dedication, cooperation, warm welcome, and kind attitude. Youssef, the young man who works the night shift (we were in room 3214), provided us with everything we needed during our two nights with kindness and professionalism. I needed an extra single bed for my little child, and Youssef immediately fulfilled my request, bringing one of the best-quality beds complete with all its accessories — all with a smile and a warm welcome, even though it was 2 a.m.! Throughout my stay, Youssef was always available and ready to help with anything we needed, always with the same positive attitude. Honestly, his behavior alone made me feel that Pickalbatros Hotel is the best place on earth. I will definitely come back again next time. The animation team at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Hotel made our stay unforgettable! From morning activities to evening shows, they brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every single day. They were always friendly, approachable, and made sure guests of all ages felt included. The kids loved the games and mini disco, while the adults had a great time with the sports, pool activities, and entertainment. What really stood out was how genuine and hardworking the team was — they weren’t just doing a job, they truly cared about creating a great experience. Their creativity, sense of humor, and enthusiasm made the atmosphere at the hotel so lively. A huge thank you to the whole animation crew for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely come back, and the animation team will be one of the biggest reasons why!

Overall, this hotel and its aqua park offer a very good 4-star experience by international standards. It wasn’t overcrowded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the facilities, a nice balance between activity and calm. Reception: Check-in was smooth, but it required a significant amount of paperwork. It would have been a nice touch to be offered a cold drink (even just water) on arrival, especially after travelling. Food: During our brief stay, only one restaurant was open, but the variety of food options was good. The salad bar was excellent, always fresh, and pizzas were made to order for lunch and dinner. The pasta station offered three types of pasta and sauces, though it often had a small queue. Overall, the food quality and freshness were great for the scale of the resort. Housekeeping: This area could use improvement. Towels were removed daily, even when hung up to reuse, which contradicted the hotel’s own eco-friendly signage. A few times, replacements were missed, and every partially used soap was taken away, a bit wasteful. Waterpark: The waterpark was a real highlight! Only four slides were closed, and most were well-maintained. While signs say “no under 10s” or “under 120cm,” staff were flexible and supportive when parents accompanied younger kids on double slides, a great way to build confidence for little ones. Other Notes: • Pool towels require a 100 MAD (£10) deposit — no issues at all with theft or returns. • Late checkout was easy to arrange (400 MAD for 4 hours). All in all, this is a comfortable, enjoyable, and well-run resort, not quite a 5-star by global standards, but a very solid and pleasant 4-star experience in Morocco.

Staff are good and at reception I had a great welcome from Zain. We checked in on time no delays. Had my rooms upgraded and the rooms were big clean and lovely. I would come again as the service is amazing. Not much entertainment like you would get in Turkey
