I am a lady travelling first time on my own; was a little bit apprehensive, however the staff have been amazing. My safety has been a priority with the staff, all excursions I booked through the concierge and I had a fantastic experience. I was collected from the hotel and brought back. The food is amazing and the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Chef makes the most wonderful lentil Dahl, you have to try it!. I only eat fish, there was always something at the buffet for me to have. A young lady, Julian, is so lovely. She will pop by and have a chat, which i have to say makes you feel included and not forgotten because you are alone visitor. Would definitely recommend staying here Room is lovely, and always clean. No issues with towels being changed.

The perfect place for a couple or friends vacations! This is the third time and can't find a single thing to complain about here. Comparing to other hotel the price is a perfect deal, i work in a hotel next door with more than double the price wish doesn't worth it to be honest. We loved the calm and now with soft entertainment it's even better. Music is good, food is perfect and the place is just so clean that you can't even believe it. If you are into clubbing, you can find one of the best clubs and rooftop just next door (555 and sky5). No need to talk about the staff. You will just fall in love with them as soon as you step in the reception. The bar, the restaurant, the housekeeping, the spa, the gym... we found literally everything pleasing (we are so picky). Much love to all the stuff you're doing a really great job and a special thanks to the night bartender! He will make you smile whenever you go for a drink. See you guys next month ❤️

It was a lovely holiday, the staff are very lovely but we had to wait over an hour for towels for our room after they had cleaned it. The floor in our room is dirty, the food in the restaurant is cold. There were absolutely no issues with the sunbeds, there was availability all day everyday for one. The food tastes okay, the drinks are good. You do have to wait till 3pm to check in as the room is not ready but you can still use the facilities. We paid for an early check in as we got here at 10am.

In many ways this is a good hotel.however, you get no sleep. You pay for air conditioning but can’t make it cooler than 25 degrees. Too hot to sleep. Complain every day but nothing happens. Last night 26 degrees. I have another six days of sleepless nights here. If you want A/C book somewhere else. Robert Hulley

Both me and my husband just left the resort. It’s beautiful, just like the pictures. The service is amazing too, anytime you fall short of something, you ask, and they will get it for you. It’s not too far from the markets or the mall, about 10 minute drive. We recommend!!! We didn’t get to say bye this morning or leave a tip, as the shuttle transfer for the airport, rushed us. So here’s us hoping they read this, so they know how appreciative we are for being amazing hosts. Sabeha and Mo
