I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel and its staff. The animation team, Yousra, Mario, Wafa, Loco and everyone else made this trip so special for my mum, me and my little boy. The animation team were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The animation team make this hotel so so special, I have never experienced customer service like it! The chefs and staff in the restaurant were so amazing with my little boy who can be fussy at the best of times. They always made sure he had something he wanted, nothing was too much. And lastly Muhammed and his team in the gnawa bar. The staff in his bar played toys with my little boy between serving drinks, they really made him and his happiness a priority. I have never been on a trip quite like my trip to this hotel. So much so that during my holiday I have already booked to come back next year. Thank you for the holiday of a lifetime! I am so sad to be leaving in the morning but cannot wait to be entertained by all of the animation team next year!

Fantastic hotel, would recommend for couples, families and groups - all are catered for. Food is plentiful in the all-inclusive. Did not rate the Moroccan restaurant - too much food and service way under par. Animation team are brilliant - there is an array of activities all of which are good fun! Housekeeping are brilliant - I was unwell during my trip and she took extra care of me, bringing fresh water and checking in on me. All round a great trip.

The hotel is massive and beautiful with lovely and picturesque view. We enjoyed walking around, spend time on the pool and noutished ourselves, food served is fantastic. I was not well but the ambience made me fell I am home, helped me with my therapy. Staff were so polite and friendly. I met a nice lady names Yousra B. just a new staff but wonderful and sweet. I love her. Thank you , indeed a beautiful holiday.

Overall had the best holiday at Kenzi Club Agdal! The hotel was overbooked the first night so we had to stay at sister hotel down the road. Luckily we just wanted a relaxing evening after travelling and this done the job. Once we came back the next day the staff made sure we were looked after and offered free massage and room upgrade. The suite we were upgraded to was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds of the hotel are well looked after and so clean, as were all the facilities we found. The food was 4/5 for me personally I got quite bored but to be expected with most all inclusive resorts. They change some items every day so there is some variation and I’m sure even picky eaters can find something. Drinks were good and service in restaurants and bars was amazing! Pools and spa were fabulous we had such a nice relaxing time!! Would recommend to anyone for resort stay in Marrakesh and just a quick 10 min journey to the medina madness!

It’s a fantastic place to unwind. The pool is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. There’s plenty of entertainment available during the day and night, and the bar options are amazing. The food is also great, and it’s all-inclusive, so there’s no extra charge for anything. The only reason I can’t give it a perfect score is that there aren’t many vegetarian options. Even if there were, there’s no way to tell what’s on the menu or what it might contain, as there’s no labeling at the counters.
