Exceptional Service and a Perfect Holiday We have just returned from the most beautiful and unforgettable holiday in Marrakesh, and I felt compelled to share our experience. We stayed at the Kenzi Club Agdal Medina, and from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is stunning, clean, vibrant, and full of life, with great food, lovely staff, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly special. But what really made our holiday exceptional was the incredible RP Manager, Fouad. I cannot praise him enough. He went above and beyond for us in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was helping with activities, checking that we were comfortable, or simply welcoming us with genuine warmth every day. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness stood out from the very beginning. Fouad made us feel so valued and looked after, and he truly elevated our entire experience. It is rare to come across someone who is not only amazing at their job but also cares so deeply about guests' happiness. He is a true credit to the hotel, and because of him, we will definitely be returning. Fantastic holiday at Kenzi club. We were upgraded to a suite as I was celebrating a special birthday which was fabulous. All the staff are amazing, especially the animation team. Special mention to Loco who made our stay very memorable. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and food and drinks lovely. We will definitely be back soon!

I had an amazing experience at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in a modern Moroccan style. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved having a private terrace to relax on. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout my stay, and the little touches like fresh towels and bottled water each day made a big difference. The restaurant offered a fantastic variety of dishes for every taste. The buffet had something new every day—fresh salads, grilled meats, local Moroccan specialties, and delicious desserts. The chefs clearly put effort into both the quality and presentation. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, always making sure guests were happy and well looked after. The animation team truly made the stay unforgettable! They were energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having fun. From pool games and fitness classes during the day to live shows and entertainment in the evening, they created a great atmosphere for guests of all ages.
