We loved staying here. Nov was a great time to stay while it is rainy season the rain does not last long. And when you come from Scotland it is nae bother as its warm. The rooms were great and the food at the suger apple cafe I think was better than some of the local cafes. Will definitely visit again.

Spacious two bedroom village with nice patio. No view but clean quiet and safe. Also gave to cross the road to get to the beach. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Was impressed with this location. We had a 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect traveling with our grown so and his wife.
Pools were lovely and property was lush and pretty. Service was top notch.

I had such an amazing time at the Beach View. The classic 1 bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we could need. The staff were friendly and I loved being right across from the beach as well as the view from our room. As some reviewers have mentioned, the beach is eroding so it is small but it worked out perfectly as it felt more private. Previous reviews had me concerned about noise from the "busy road" but if you are used to city living the noise is nothing at all.

Really pleased we chose this hotel. It was one of a small choice of Barbados hotels that offered 2-room accommodation so the kids had their own space. We had a villa then moved to a passion fruit room which were both equally pleasant. Each had 3 bathrooms a lounge area 2 bedrooms and a kitchen complete with most utensils you would need, a blender, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer with icemaker coffee machine dishwasher and a shared washing machine and tumble dryer between the neighbouring room. Staff were really friendly and the accommodation and public areas were well kept. Aircon in the rooms worked really well and plenty of loungers around the several pools. The restaurant was small with a limited menu but did what they offered well. The hotel is not on the beach. Payne’s bay beach is lively with daily boat tours bringing holiday makers into the bay which is always a good sign the water and snorting is special. This beach is a 10min walk although there is water access earlier if required. I would recommend a hire car for at least some of your stay to go exploring although you can also get either the reggae or normal city bus easily from outside the hotel. Download the Pick Up app also (Uber equivalent) which works well in the area. Holetown is a short distance away with some good dining choices and sunset bars although there are a couple of places within walking distance also worth considering. If you like this style of accommodation you really can’t go wrong with the Beach View Hotel.
