Great place to stay and highly recommend.
The first trip with our baby (4 months old) and staying here made the trip really easy.
Excellent service from all the staff. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. Fully functioning kitchen, which we used to make a few meals.
There are a number of swimming pools, which means that none of them get particularly busy. Loved the fact that we could open the back door and a few steps away was a nice pool.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by security and then introduced to the general manager, who kindly escorted us to our room. The refrigerator was stocked with bagels, cream cheese, and bottled tap water, which is safe and drinkable on the island. Our spacious three-bedroom suite was well-equipped and comfortable, offering views of Paynes Beach just across the way. Each room featured blackout curtains and air conditioning for added comfort. The parking lot had ample space, and there was a small gym, several pools, and an on-site restaurant to enjoy.

Our 3rd stay here in 8 years--possibly our last? :( The first was the most amazing but we've learned that the location of your room makes or breaks the trip. Do not stay in the PawPaw building - very dark in general, furniture was fine but showing it's wear, the "balcony" was glassed in and yellow tinted glaze put over them so the room was dark. Only a 3' x3' window opened out to the ocean. Filthy porch chairs below us. See image below. Situated on the busy road w/ a bus stop that is constantly noisy.
First I want to say that the service throughout is excellent. Only uncomfortable moment (in 3 visits) was when we asked if we could have a different room (with a balcony and more light b/c the original room planned was so dark it was like a dungeon next to the main road). The person responded that he'd see what he could do for $600/more a night. It was supposed to be a joke but made us feel like he didn't appreciate us asking.
Sadly our room was a huge disappointment--compared to the rooms advertised on website. The "new" room we asked for was was dark, extremely loud 24/7 as we were basically over the busy road/intersection w/ a bus stop. That was the front. The back room overlooked the speed bump at the entrance and stairs to trash cans--this was extremely loud in the morning as employees arrived. There was a tiny balcony (fit 2 chairs) in the main bedroom overlooking the busy, loud road and a nice view of ocean if you didn't mind the noise.
The new cafe was a good convenience. Food was fine. Nothing great but fine. Get there early b/c they ran out of multiple entrees/items when we arrived in the last hour before close.
Spa was nice too - we had nails done and massages.
The snorkel gear you can borrow is in poor condition. We had to go back 3 times to get googles that weren't broken. All of it looks old and dirty (even if it was clean)
When we checked out, we were asked how our stay was. We mentioned that the room was terrible - dark, tired, loud, etc. The person didn't seem to care. I think she didn't really know what to say but all she did was ask how the rest of the trip was.
Oh btw...be very careful if you snorkel behind Copper's Cove (20 min north of the hotel)...my husband was stung 3 times by a stonefish on our last day We spent the day in urgent care. His foot blew up to the size of his head.
We love the Beach View and this was just such a disappointment. Unless we can guarantee we don't have to stay in PawPaw, we won't go back. :(

We loved staying here. Nov was a great time to stay while it is rainy season the rain does not last long. And when you come from Scotland it is nae bother as its warm. The rooms were great and the food at the suger apple cafe I think was better than some of the local cafes. Will definitely visit again.
