Will not return. The bad: 1. Staff was not friendly 2. Food is mediocre, except for the pizza 3. Only instant coffee that tastes terrible 4. The drinks are just cheap. No real coca cola or anything. 5. Gym equipment is rusty and no ac or water dispenser. 6. Room cleaning is not very thorough. No proper mopping which leaves a lot of sand in the room. 7. The rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything from the outside. 8. Cleaning woke us up at 9am. 9. Long waiting times for drinks. 10. Trash next to the beach. (see pictures) 11. Animation is not great. 12. The water from the bar tastes like chlorine and you only get 2 bottled water in the beginning. The good: 1. The location at the beach. 2. There is always food available.

It was very good, we were very satisfied with the entire hotel and the staff! We were at the hotel from June 11-18! Everything was absolutely fine! There was no problem with food, we always found something to eat, we did not leave with a hungry stomach! Our 4-year-old son also always found something delicious for himself! The beach bar was fantastic! The snack bar too! The beach is beautiful, the water was very pleasant, we spent a lot of time in the water every day! We were in room 434, the rooms had a view of the mountain, you could hear the traffic but it was not disturbing! The rooms were clean, the cleaners were very nice, along with the staff! The programs were fantastic! The cocktails were good, especially I drank Gin tonic and my wife drank Pina Colada!

A beautiful, modern hotel where you can truly relax. Large swimming pools, very good food. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The wonderful company of friendly cats makes it even more special. What impressed us the most was the hotel staff — extremely helpful and always smiling. The hotel is full of kindness and warmth. It’s the first time I’m leaving a hotel and truly feel that I will miss seeing those smiling faces every morning. Special thanks to Nicolas for his smiling every day and of course for reception girls ❤️❤️❤️ we will be miss u

This was honestly one of the most disappointing vacations I’ve had. The hotel itself is decent, especially if you're looking for a family-oriented resort with a packed schedule. From morning yoga to evening shows, there's no shortage of activities, and kids will likely enjoy the lively atmosphere. My biggest issue was with the room we were assigned. At first, we were given a room for two, keep in mind, we are three adults, so my guess is that someone made a mistake, as the receptionist seemed flustered. Yet the solution wasn’t much better than the mistake. The second room was slightly larger but still had only one bed suitable for two people. They brought in an extremely uncomfortable couch for the third adult. It felt like sleeping on solid stone. I’ve traveled quite a lot in recent years with extra beds in hotel room, and I’ve never encountered such a poor quality “extra bed” before. All things considered, I’d avoid the chaos of this hotel in the future and choose a more dependable and professionally run resort.

We booked this hotel after researching hotels in the nearby area and based on the reviews we booked, seven nights. To begin this review I’ll share that the hotel could be an amazing place to rest, enjoy and make memories with family and friends but it’d be fair to say that any pride the hotel once had has been lost - it’s clear it once prided its self on cleanliness, good hospitality and maintaining a 4* rating. A few things to consider before hitting that ‘book’ button: 1. The number of sun beds surrounding the pools is inadequate, for the ample space available. There is a beautiful empty space overlooking the pools that could accommodate lovely beds. 2. It was saddening to watch the neighbouring hotels clean their pool and pool sides daily with pride - the pool and pool areas here were not cleaned once, this was proven by having to join the towel rush at 5:30 and three of the days we decided to be by the pool! 3. The adult pool advertised is not accurate - children frequent the pool, not an issue for us but clearly frustrating for others! 4. The pool is leaking with holes to the infinity pool walls, which is noticeable through the green grime on them! 5. The beach and sun bed area of the beach is filthy, rubbish and sun beds scattered everywhere! 6. The daily room clean was non existent, which also included no new towels - unless you asked the very grumpy rooms team! 7. The main bar men are rude and dismissive - again contradictory to other reviews! 8. Food quality is really not 4* another indication that the hotel management has lost / has no pride in the quality of their food offering. There are some special points; 1. The Crepes and Crepe man are lovely - he’s there 7 hours of the day, smiling and happy to help. 2. The hotel has a couple of resident cats that are friendly. 3. The hotel will accommodate a late checkout at 10€ per hour! 4. It’s only a short walk or cab journey in to Faliraki for lovely dinners - which became a necessity 5. Car hire is very reasonable and on offer from the neighbouring hotel, who were happy to help! This meant we were able to explore wonderful Rhodes! This review sounds as though we had an awful week, we didn’t.. we had a great week! It’s unfortunate the hotel has lost its pride, which is a shame as it could be very special! Rhodes we’ll be back, but unfortunately not here! Be wise and read the reviews!
