My partner & I stayed at cinnamon bey & wow we absolutely loved it!! We have many great things to say about cinnamon bey & will recommend this hotel to all of our family & friends. Firstly, the staff here are so amazing! Very polite, friendly & helpful in every way! Always checking in to make sure you have everything you need & are willing to go above & beyond for you! The food! Great variety of different restaurants within the hotel & a great selection at the buffet breakfast from traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, to western food, desserts, selection of many juices, tea & coffee & so much more! There is a new restaurant within the hotel called noodles & it was delicious! We tried a bunch of different foods from the menu & everything was so great ! Definitely recommend ! There are two large pools & the hotel is situated right on the beach so you can enjoy both swimming at the pools or going to the beach! Also want to mention my partner & I got engaged whilst staying at cinnamon bey & it was the proposal of my dreams! The staff set up an amazing candle lit 3 course dinner within a cabana & it was so beautiful! The staff really went above & beyond to make sure our night was very special & we cannot thank everyone at cinnamon bey enough! We will definitely be back when we come to visit Sri Lanka again!

Had a wonderful stay with extended family. Great location with a wonderful beach. The swimming pool is big, the kids pool is located in another location of the hotel. The buffet spread was good, the food was tasty. The view from the room was amazing. Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Highly recommend.

The vibe and food were exactly like the renowned Cinnamon Grand, offering that same welcoming atmosphere and exceptional quality. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely top-notch—flavorful, fresh, and well-presented. Every bite was a delight, and we left with our cravings fully satisfied. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great noodles and a fantastic dining experience. All the best to the team! My family had a lovely time at the Cinnamon Bey hotel. Service was exceptional and everyone greeted us with a warm smile. Room was in perfect condition and food was amazing. Kids loved the pool. Overall it was a great experience for us and we will highly recommend this to our friends.

I visited this place for lunch and ordered from the à la carte menu at the open bar area next to the main restaurant. Both the wrap and burger were absolutely delicious, with generous portions. The drinks we ordered were also great, and the prices were quite reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. Although the place was busy and crowded due to the Christmas season, all areas were well-maintained and clean. I look forward to visiting again!
