Waste of Money and Worst place to stay We liked NOTHING.... the whole holiday was spoiled. We stayed in property 179. The drainage water was coming out in the toilet and was not fixed. We stayed for 4 days and requested the management to fix the issue or give us a different room. But they didn’t do both. on the 2nd day a guy came to fix the drainage issue but he couldn’t fix it. We didn’t take bath for 4 days and had to use their toilet in the reception. The manager was very rude when we requested for refund but the manager refused and forced us to stay in same Room. Booking.com also didn’t help. They said, “we sent a mail to the property and didn’t receive any response. Hence cant support anymore.” Was completely unprofessional service by Booking.com

When I was looking for Clube Albufeira’s location, I came across some negative comments, which made me a bit worried. However, after staying here for three nights over Christmas, I found everything to be good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. I believe everyone staying here also needs to help maintain the cleanliness; we can’t expect the housekeeping staff to do everything. Overall, I’m glad I had an enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for the new year, 6 nights. We stayed in 242, the apartment was very nice, big, with working AC's and with all the equipment. The downside was that the room was very dirty, we had to call the cleaning. Cleaning was supposed to go every 2 days but that was not the case. They came at 3 days and never came back. We had to ask for toilet paper in reception. The washing machine was not working, it was informed 2 or 3 times and the machine was never replaced. Loved the space and the hotel, but the staff was not organized/working properly. As the staff and service are one big thing in a hotel stay, they fail a lot in this field. Improving it would change my review.

My recent stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The room was filthy from the start. The shower was dirty, the balcony had not been cleaned in ages, and to top it off, essential equipment like the emergency fire extinguisher was broken—an alarming safety concern. Other equipment, like a broom, was broken too, making it clear that maintenance is not a priority here. Doors in the room were also damaged, adding to the feeling of disrepair. Despite all these issues, the hotel staff offered no real response or compensation. We tried to reach out for a refund or even some sort of compensation, but there was no good responses. To make matters worse, they wanted to clean the room while we were staying there. This was highly uncomfortable, especially since we were hoping to relax. The lack of consideration for guests' comfort was shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and relaxing environment. Stay somewhere else! Also location only accessible by car

The resort is beautiful with many pools, it's a little tricky to get around at first but you get use to it quickly. The first unit (219) we were assigned was right beside the highway and the noise from the street was very loud , this is not what you want to hear when you are on holidays. We asked to be moved and on they provided us a different unit on the following day. It's a little out of the way but we walk all the way to the old town of Albufeira, about a 35 to 40 minute walk. The restaurants on site are O.K. food wise, the service at the Italian restaurant was amazing, they went over and beyond to help celebrate my partners birthday.
