All in all nice stay and great location. Nice view to the harbour from breakfast restaurant. Great drink voucher system for not washing towels every day to save drinking water.
Negative points:
- the couches which have been used from our 2 kids as their bed were really not confortable
- no plug sockets in the bathroom
- after a 10 day stay we needed to pay 32€ to stay until 2pm in our room because of our evening flight altough we only came late in the evening on our first day.

Amazing location. Views from room were exceptional. Buggy to bring you to beach restaurants and other pools. Maid service daily. Beautiful breakfast with a wonderful view. Friendly staff.

You can’t beat this hotels location that is for sure. But the rooms are very dated.
Manuel, the restaurant manager was lovely, he ensured that our son’s with nut allergies were taken care of at breakfast. We had lunch once at the hotel. Portions were small, service slow, and it was $$$, food was okay.
Cleaning staff came late in the afternoon when we already got back from the beach so we had to request them to come in the morning.
Water and coffee are not complimentary in this hotel, like the others we stayed in Portugal (my mistake for assuming).

Overall a good experience but do have to agree with others that a 4 star hotel should have wine glasses in the room on a half board basis and literally everything is extra.. water at meal times, etc.
Rooms were basic but comfortable there were ants but not excessive.
Food average / good but nothing special.. pool was good - perfect temp and clean.
Fantastic location and views of the marina. Easy to walk to the beach.
Hard to recommend as it’s a 3 star at very best hotel - probably 2 but that said it was a great holiday and the location is stunning.
Manage your expectations!

First of all it is not a 4 star hotel. It is not a luxury place where you go to forget about the world and enjoy yourself. Location as everyone mentioned is great but that’s really it. Complex is extremely dated and one of the worst I ever stayed in. Our room 26 was on the other side of the Marina facing the small pool. Room small , dated, smelled of bleach every time it was cleaned. Balcony tiny and was never cleaned (at one stage I borrowed brush from the cleaning ladies and brushed all the sand on our balcony ). Not enough storage for a family of 4, ended up living out of suitcases. No iron available in the hotel (they looked very confused when I enquired) . Water and everything else in the fridge is not complimentary including coffee pots. Gym was one of the reasons I booked this hotel but unfortunately it was not fit for purpose. It was filthy with 2 bikes (one had broken seat and another one broken screen), extremely old erg, broken bench and some weights. No air conditioning!!!! Everything in that place was overpriced. I’m attaching menu prices for reference: beer is €6 and sangria is €26. Anywhere we have been it would have been half the price. Food was poor, we ordered pizza, two garlic breads and chips one day. Only managed to eat chips, everything else was uneatable. Pool extremely busy and definitely not enough sun lounges. Dirty around the pool. Pool is slimy and full of sand. Small pool was worse…
I will never be back and will never recommend it to anyone.
