We came here a number of times 30 years ago. It still has wonderful memories but it is looking very tired now. So disappointing. The toilets at the Atlantic Pool are disgusting, filthy. The tiles at the pool at the hotel are breaking up. This lack of attention is so disappointing. The staff are wonderful, especially Monika.

The hotel is great and we have been here 3 times but on this occasion our trip was marred by an all night party opposite our residence. Having had to visit reception at 4.30am to tell escalate with the hotel, then having no sleep I dealt with management here about some remuneration for the one night affected. They flat refused. Staff are great..management aren't!

This is an old resort with a lot of the houses being privately owned for a long time. The entire situation is fantastic; several pools, playgrounds, direct beach access, parking spaces, security and so on. At this time the resort is lacking some maintenance, both on the houses and the public areas.

Had a lovely stay for father’s 60th during the SITA 2024 festival. Staff extremely accommodating and welcoming. Special thanks to Monica and her team at Restaurante Prainha Clube (the poolside restaurant/bar). The quality/portion size was excellent on all food options, from bar snacks to main meals. Drinks were all delicious and highly recommend the fresh smoothies on offer if you’ve had a big night before… I’ll be back!

This is a stylish, elegant, modern hotel complex within easy walking distance to the famed beautiful beach and other local amenities. It has an overall very warm and extremely inviting vibe to it and the staff are great!
