From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in an aura of grandeur and an intoxicating aroma that sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. The staff at Conrad Dubai is truly exceptional. Each member exudes warmth, respect, and an unwavering sense of gratitude. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Dennis, Daniel, and Juliana, who were instrumental in ensuring a seamless check-in process. They diligently took care of our luggage, arranged our valet service, and even provided assistance with taxis on demand. Ali, our bell desk staff, was a true gem. With exceptional promptness and courtesy, Ali never allowed us to carry our bags and promptly sent them to our rooms. Bahar, our concierge staff, went above and beyond to accommodate every request, whether it was a grand gesture or a simple favor. Even when my flight back to the US was unexpectedly canceled, the hotel staff demonstrated their unwavering commitment to our well-being. They graciously welcomed me back to my original booking and offered me a late checkout until my new room was ready. Conrad Dubai truly embodies the essence of luxury and hospitality, and I will always cherish the memories I made during my stay there.

Had an incredible time at Conrad. We used to take the suite but this tome I got the executive lounge and it was such a nice stay! From Dennis who was getting us the cabs, he treated us so much kindness and positivity! He deserves a raise and promotion! To philip at the counter and Daniel also outside! To also Rouwada from the Executive Lounge at the 24th floor! Everyone was so kind and felt like family. I can't wait to be back! I love this hotel and its staff! Highly recommend

I had the best experience of my life in my nth time in Dubai. The staff are very supportive here, they are happy looking individuals. Their eyes light up when they see the guests. I did not see a Hotel having all the staff HAPPY despite their own struggles in life. I hope the owner of Conrad Dubai Hilton give their staff a commendation for this. I love my stay here ❤️

Nice experience at the hotel. The rooms are large with nice amenities; however, they are starting to show wear and tear. The Breakfast buffet is massive with many options and quality food. Pool area, spa, and workout space are nice areas.

It was a great experience staying in Conrad hotel and the service and pampering by the staff made us feel like never to leave. Everyone was very helpful, and we met Felix at the front who made my kids feel at home and wanting to see him every day. We enjoyed our stay and shall be back in September.
