The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with direct access to the Dubai Metro and the World Trade Centre. However, what truly set our experience apart was the unparalleled service, particularly from the Room Service team. I would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to two individuals who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable: Mr. Hassan Ahmed and Mr. Hadiul Islam. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth were remarkable. They were not only incredibly efficient and timely with every order but also anticipated our needs with a level of care that is rare to find. Their positive attitudes and dedication to guest satisfaction are a true credit to the Conrad brand. The food delivered by the room service was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and always arrived hot. It felt like dining in a fine restaurant within the comfort of our room. Hotel was great! Service and food was magnificent. We had a great view of Dubai. The only challenge was the location as it was traffic everywhere and food deliveries, drivers hard to locate. Overall still happy with the stay. Most thanks to Mr Abil Hassan for the smooth check-in and check-out as well as Mr Harry for the friendly welcome and farewell.
