We had the best service in the Naaham by Mohamed. He made sure our glasses weren’t empty and that we were happy all the way through. The food was also exceptional and I love the introduction of the samplers from all of the restaurants within the hotel.

I’ve tried the Saturday brunch twice, and it was amazing on every level – the atmosphere, the food, the drinks – everything was perfect. The service is outstanding, and Mohammad served us with great generosity and professionalism. He was incredibly friendly, and I highly recommend this place!

The wooden doors inside the rooms need maintenance! Opening the bathroom door at night needs a bodybuilder and might awake your whole family or roomates... the curtain closes electronically but not fully, as the sun woke us up the next day.

Loved my 4 days at the Conrad. The location is fantastic with access to the Mall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in. The pools are terrific, with a shaded area and separate kids pool. The food in the various restaurants is high quality and the variety is great. The room was very well appointed and as you can see, the bathroom is spectacular. Only gripe is that the doors are not slow close so if you have neighbors who like to slam the door, you're in trouble because the doors are loud.
