⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of food — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service. A big thank you to Dixita, Riya, Anjelica, Maleni, and May for their warm hospitality and attentive care throughout our meal. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

I loved this hotel, everything about the hotel is fantastic especially the staff! For on the managers who take their time and go out of their way to greet and say hello and ask if they can do anything to make my stay better, to the front desk staff who are very friendly and provide great service. I appreciate the way they handle their work and the professionalism I have received from those managers. I like to thank them Rona Eleazzar, guest relations manager who went out of her way to help, and also Cleofe, guest relations front desk who was also amazing. Thank you all

I stayed last week at this hotel, the service, location, food and rooms are on top notch! The staffs are always go above and beyond. I would like to thank the Guest Service Manager - Rona and her team (forgot the name of the other Filipina Lady) for the amazing service. To Tara and Angelica at the Club Lounge as well who are checking over the guests at the club lounge. Will definitely come back soon.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Crowne Plaza Deira. The overall experience was very pleasant, and everything from the rooms to the facilities made our stay comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast spread and lounge were both very good, and what stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Mr.Salah, Mr.Aiman, Ms.Rona, Ms.Kevi, Ms.Cleofy, Mr.Fathy, and Ms.Alisha for their outstanding hospitality and warm assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend Crowne Plaza Deira for anyone looking for great service and a memorable stay in Dubai!

Doesn't follow the 5 star standards at all. The entrance is a bit unusual as the lobby is located on first floor and need to take escalator to go up. No clear visible direction at entrance or no staff present. Reception is prompt enough. For the good part, best thing at this hotel is the breakfast. It is simply too good and the staff do their best to serve customers with a smile even when they are seen to be burdened with excess work due to less staff strength at times. There is an Indian counter for breakfast which has multiple dishes and a live dosa counter which was great. Variety, be it western, continental or Indian, is simply fantastic for the breakfast and I would recommend this to everyone. Coming to the not so good, the rooms are of decent size though a bit dated but biggest issue is with Housekeeping and cleanliness. Definitely not the level of 5*. The mattress and pillow covers are not at all changed and on first day of check in I found hairs on the bed sheets. The dustbins were not cleared for 2 days and the bathroom had water stagnation problem where water would not drain and overflow to wash basin area. The commode is located in one corner with narrow space, unclean as well which was unacceptable. This made the stay not so nice in the room. The TV had limited number of channels with bad reception with no smart TV option which was not expected in a 5* hotel in current times.
