I had the most wonderful experience staying at this hotel! To celebrate our anniversary, we were greeted with an absolutely romantic anniversary setup in our room. The thoughtful arrangement, along with the complimentary anniversary cake, made our special day even more memorable. A huge thank you to Hana, Alisha, and Rona for making it all happen — their attention to detail was beyond perfect. Additionally, the bar lounge experience was amazing. Miss Tara was truly exceptional! Even though she was handling everything alone, she was incredibly active, attentive, and always ensured we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to make great recommendations and suggest exactly what we were craving. Her hospitality made our time at the bar so enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spice Island Restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Dubai, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and elegant decor set the perfect mood for an enjoyable evening. The restaurant offers an incredible variety of dishes from different cuisines, and everything I tried was simply outstanding. The live cooking stations added a special touch, allowing guests to see their food being freshly prepared with great attention to detail. Whether it was the flavorful seafood, tender grilled meats, or the rich and aromatic curries, every bite was a delight. The dessert selection was also impressive, with a range of sweet treats that provided the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Special mention to our waitress, Angelica Winnie, who truly elevated our dining experience. She was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Her warm personality and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. She ensured that our glasses were never empty and even gave great recommendations based on our preferences. Overall, Spice Island is a must-visit for anyone looking for a top-notch buffet experience in Dubai. The combination of amazing food, live cooking, great ambiance, and outstanding service from staff like Angelica Winnie makes this place stand out. I had an amazing experience at Spice Island! The variety of food was incredible—everything from fresh seafood and perfectly cooked meats to a great selection of salads and desserts. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and constantly replenished. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. Specially Angelica, Winnie and Ibrahim. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings or a night out with friends. Overall, a fantastic dining experience! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My stay was really great. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, especially Cleo from the reception, who works very professionally. She was always there to help me and provided the best service I’ve ever received, I highly recommend. The club lounge the food was really good and unlimited drinks thanks to Tara for being friendly and excellent service. The cleaners were very honest and hardworking.Everyday my room was always good and very clean. That made me comfortable. I’m definitely coming back here. It’s worth staying here for the price.
