My stay was really great. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, especially Cleo from the reception, who works very professionally. She was always there to help me and provided the best service I’ve ever received, I highly recommend. The club lounge the food was really good and unlimited drinks thanks to Tara for being friendly and excellent service. The cleaners were very honest and hardworking.Everyday my room was always good and very clean. That made me comfortable. I’m definitely coming back here. It’s worth staying here for the price.

Overall good experience but some of the items were missing and delayed during breakfast buffet.. rest room services are too good... house keeping doing there job perfectly.. and yeah Mr APANOUB done his job Fantastic... would love to meet further

Ice Cream
This hotel provides comfort at all times whether you’re going inside or outside, it has a lot of things for you to experience such as a gym and a pool outdoors (However, you do have to be 18+ to enter the pool or have a guardian by your side). And the hotel provides really good food on breakfast, I suggest trying the eggs that the chef Eliana makes, it’s really good and I’ve had really amazing and wonderful talks with. And speaking of breakfast the waiters are really sweet especially Abanoub, I’ve had a great experience with him. Keep in mind that I’ve never tried lunch or dinner (if there even is) in the hotel.

I had a good stay and an enjoyable experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, earning four stars, while the location and service stood out with five stars each. The receptionist was very warm and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, with Diya also providing great assistance during my time there.

Always impressed with Tara's service at the club lounge. She will always remember clients names and address them by so. I find her service exceptional and satisfying. She makes you forget about all the other wrongs at the accommodation. Kudos Tara Wonderful service and customer engagement from Ibrahim. Ibrahim's presentation, composure and smile is fulfilling and makes you feel at home and free to order for what falls within your expectations. Thanks Ibrahim, you made my stay satisfactory.
