We held our daughter's wedding at the Crowne Plaza at Deira. I must say the experience has been great. All arrangements were made well and as discussed. The wedding reception went seamlessly well, thanks to Mr. Faisal from the Banquets who was extremely helpful and cooperative. All our concerns were attended to in the best manner. The food was delicious and our guests really enjoyed everything. We had been coordinating with Ms. Rhydat for everything and she has been extremely helpful, attending to all our needs patiently and courteously. This goes a long way . Thank you to the housekeeping team Sajib and Emelyn for their services and also to Preet from the laundry . All in all it has been a great experience with the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We would highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at this hotel! To celebrate our anniversary, we were greeted with an absolutely romantic anniversary setup in our room. The thoughtful arrangement, along with the complimentary anniversary cake, made our special day even more memorable. A huge thank you to Hana, Alisha, and Rona for making it all happen — their attention to detail was beyond perfect. Additionally, the bar lounge experience was amazing. Miss Tara was truly exceptional! Even though she was handling everything alone, she was incredibly active, attentive, and always ensured we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to make great recommendations and suggest exactly what we were craving. Her hospitality made our time at the bar so enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special getaway!

I had an amazing experience at Spice Island! The variety of food was incredible—everything from fresh seafood and perfectly cooked meats to a great selection of salads and desserts. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and constantly replenished. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. Specially Angelica, Winnie and Ibrahim. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings or a night out with friends. Overall, a fantastic dining experience! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
