Went up to the pool this afternoon. Swam a few laps and was so impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool that I had to speak with someone. Ram is the one responsible. A very pleasant open-air setting with plenty of lounge chairs, chairs and tables. A nice rooftop bar also. Enjoying the hotel very much. The buffet breakfast this morning was spectacular. So glad we will be here the whole week. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah was a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. There was a bit of noise from outside at times, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Overall, I had a good stay and would be happy to return.

This hotel was a joy from arrival to departure! Attentive Staff and great customer service made every aspect of our stay a joy. The lobby is large with ample seating for groups, several dining options on site, as well as room service. The gym, pool, and spa are well staffed and impeccably clean. Rooms are large with desk seating and great wifi. Beds were comfortably firm with high-end linens. The housekeeping staff is very thoughtful and keeps the rooms in great shape. The location is quite central, and it is an easy walk to the beach. We will be back when in Dubai!

My overall experience was absolutely great. I had my dinner in the cuisine and the staff was very kind and easy to approach. I really want to give a special thanks for Miss Francine, she really gave us a good customer service and she made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Plus points that she really do well in her job.

This hotel stands up to the standard of Crowne Plaza, an IHG hotel. Ginger is a very authentic Thai restaurant with true thai cooks. Service is wonderful. Nice play to stay and relax. Location could have been better, in my opinion.
