Amazing Stay with Top-Notch Facilities! I had such a fantastic experience during my stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed and a stunning view that made every morning feel special. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight – packed with delicious options, from fresh pastries and juicy fruits to perfectly brewed coffee. It truly set the tone for the day. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. I especially loved the gym – modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a great workout. A memorable moment was getting to train alongside Rabea, one of the fastest runners I’ve ever met – incredibly inspiring! 🏃‍♀️💨 Most importantly, I want to sincerely appreciate the staff member Hashim. I had an amazing dining experience at Ginger in Crowne Plaza Dubai! From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. Era and Mawan took such great care of us — they were friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout our meal. A special mention to Chefs Jasmon, Joseph, Chada and Chamika who truly impressed us with his incredible dishes. Every plate was beautifully presented and packed with flavor — you can really taste the passion and skill behind each bite. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, and the food exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for exceptional Asian cuisine with top-notch service.

It was a fantastic stay last weekend. I make the reservation as a birthday celebration for my friend. The staffs are welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Botrous who arranged a very nice room upgrade, to Jolor, Lourdes, Sharmaine if im correct at the front desk and the lady at the club lounge during the afternoon tea and cocktail session. The club lounge food and drinks are on top notch, To Ms. Cathy from reservations team who extended the rate for the breakfast and pool so our relatives can enjoy during the birthday celebration. To Ronald/Roland who helped us and taking care of us during the breakfast. I love the Avocado toast at the breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Very good hotel with amazing service and tasty food,amazing team also with excellent service and clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant was a highlight—delicious food, nice variety, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah – Brunch . The atmosphere was vibrant, with great live music that made the evening special. The food was excellent — especially the cheese dishes and oysters — and the kids’ area and kids’ buffet were perfect for families. A huge thank Mr. Hany Falastin and his amazing team for their exceptional service and hospitality. Everything was perfectly arranged and truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is our first time in Crowne Plaza Jumeirah and we really had fun. Twas me celebrating my bday with family and Im so amazed with the whole experience. Saturday brunch was really worth your money. The resto was very lively because of the live band ans mascotts. We will definitely comeback. Thanks to Syzra who’s incharge with the kids play area together with the anazing crew: Jocelyn, Mawan and Ronald. Kudos to the whole team who made our brunch memorable.
