Valley Moun
This hotel offers a satisfactory experience. The cleanliness is consistently maintained, and the staff is excellent, ensuring our room was cleaned nightly and providing bottled water. The breakfast is commendable, with a wide variety of options. Both the pool and gym are well-maintained and enjoyable. While it may not be a luxurious hotel, we were engaged in numerous activities outside, so our time at the hotel was limited. The on-site restaurant serves great American cuisine and delightful drinks, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We had the best experience in Ginger Restaurant. The food and service is top notch! Amazing hospitality from the team - special thanks to Leilani and Khemae for making us feel at home and making our birthday celebration extra special.

Went up to the pool this afternoon. Swam a few laps and was so impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool that I had to speak with someone. Ram is the one responsible. A very pleasant open-air setting with plenty of lounge chairs, chairs and tables. A nice rooftop bar also. Enjoying the hotel very much. The buffet breakfast this morning was spectacular. So glad we will be here the whole week. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Stay & Exceptional Service! We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza! From the warm welcome at reception to the excellent buffet, gym, and pool, everything was top-notch. The housekeeping team did a great job Rodora she was amazing, and the overall service was outstanding. A special mention to the security team, especially Fred, who was incredibly supportive when we returned after a couple of days to retrieve my wife's forgotten phone. The staff handled everything smoothly, and we got it back quickly. This wasn't our first stay, and it certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and professionalism!
