I had an outstanding experience at Crowne Plaza. We came for brunch and were genuinely impressed—from the generous spread to the way everything was paced and replenished. The food was fresh, varied, and well-presented, but what made it exceptional was the service: every team member was attentive without hovering, quick with refills, and proactive about dietary preferences. It felt thoughtful and effortless at the same time. After brunch, we headed to The Docks to catch the football, and it’s exactly the kind of bar you want on matchday, plenty of screens for multiple games and great sound, and a lively atmosphere. Special thanks to Shady, who was amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in setting up the games for us so we didn’t miss a minute. His attention to detail 🤌 From start to finish, Crowne Plaza delivered on food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Crowne Plaza Jumeirah is a large 5-star hotel with over 200 rooms. The standard rooms are spacious, well-designed, and feature a large bathroom with a bathtub, which added to our comfort. Initially, we were given a room on the second floor, but the hallway outside was under renovation and smelled of glue due to carpet replacement. After informing the front desk, they kindly moved us to a different room on a higher floor. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop area, which features a very nice pool, sauna, and spa — using these facilities was truly enjoyable. The hotel gym was also good, although a few of the machines were out of order during our visit. While the overall stay was pleasant, the soundproofing of the windows could be improved — we could clearly hear traffic noise and the Azan from the mosque across the street. The breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Considering the quality of service and amenities, the price was reasonable. I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing break. Dining choices are plenty and always satisfying. Plus, the location offers easy access to both the city and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah Hotel. From the moment we arrived until our checkout at 3 PM, the staff made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the facilities were excellent. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and professionalism of the team—always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast selection was also delicious and had a great variety. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you to everyone at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah Hotel for making our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.
