Had an amazing holiday. This hotel was perfect for us - food and drink was amazing. Staff were so friendly and hard working. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Would definitely come back, and would recommend that others who are visiting turkey come here too. Water park in the hotel was amazing, and the Turkish bath was the highlight for us.

First a confession; I didn't, and wouldn't have, booked this type of holiday. However, my friend did and I'm glad because it's pretty darn good. The location is remote and so you are practically forced to spend the whole time here but that's not only extraordinarily cheap but fun too. My days are spent in the sun, eating, sleeping, working out and having a few beers. Not much not to like. The food hall is a little chaotic but once you develop a system, table first, it's bearable and the food is top class. The pools, definitely cool at this time of year, are both massive and spotlessly clean and there's direct access to the beach and a huge waterslide park. I would have loved this type of thing to have existed when my kids were nippers as all the children here are having a great time. Staff are good and I could go on but I think enough said.

Very Big Resort, lots of different activities, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is pretty good, ice cream is amazing. Nice gym, sauna, steam room and the two swimming pools are massive with some of the most fun water slides. Thanks to Caner!! We will be back. The water park is gorgeous. The view from the window in the evening is mesmerizing.

Arrived with my partner! Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious, I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so wont go bored plenty to choose from & very nice markets close by? The wifi was only down issue in our room but overall amazing hotel will be back! Great helpers around hotel any questions ask!!

If I could give zero star, I would! It appears that the hotel did not provide value for the money spent. While the hotel is large, families with rooms far from the pool and amenities may find it inconvenient. It is regrettable that despite our complaint, we did not receive any response via email. Unfortunately, the lights in our room were not functioning, and despite informing the reception, they responded in a rude manner. Despite requesting assistance for a week, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, our fridge was consistently empty, and room service was unavailable. Our trash bin was often full, and our glasses remained dirty since day one. Towels were not provided for our room, necessitating daily trips to the reception to ask towels and their respond that it's not the time for service! Foods are not in a high variety and tasty!! We had salad for every meal as the taste of other food was not delicious! Given the hotel's high occupancy, our requests went largely unattended. This hotel may not be suitable for adults without children or those seeking a peaceful vacation due to the constant noise and lack of soundproofing, which allowed us to hear conversations from the next room. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and felt that the cost did not justify the experience, especially for a family reunion.
