Had an amazing holiday. This hotel was perfect for us - food and drink was amazing. Staff were so friendly and hard working. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Would definitely come back, and would recommend that others who are visiting turkey come here too. Water park in the hotel was amazing, and the Turkish bath was the highlight for us.

First a confession; I didn't, and wouldn't have, booked this type of holiday. However, my friend did and I'm glad because it's pretty darn good. The location is remote and so you are practically forced to spend the whole time here but that's not only extraordinarily cheap but fun too. My days are spent in the sun, eating, sleeping, working out and having a few beers. Not much not to like. The food hall is a little chaotic but once you develop a system, table first, it's bearable and the food is top class. The pools, definitely cool at this time of year, are both massive and spotlessly clean and there's direct access to the beach and a huge waterslide park. I would have loved this type of thing to have existed when my kids were nippers as all the children here are having a great time. Staff are good and I could go on but I think enough said.

The hotel looks great when you first walk into it and the reception staff were very helpful. The rooms are OK but need a bit of maintenance in the bathroom from mouldy silicone and water damaged door frames. The cleaning services were very poor we had to ask for clean towels 5 days out of the 8 that we were even though the cleaners took the dirty towels away they never left any clean ones. They never wiped around in the bathroom once and no toiletries were refreshed. The mini fridge was never replenished and they even had the audacity to take what little drinks we had for themselves. The beds weren't changed or made up very often either. The food was just about ok but not the best we've had in other all inclusive hotels in Turkey. There was always a struggle for plates and clean cutlery and tables. The beach is nice and the water was warmer than the swimming pools which were the coldest I've ever been in so that spoilt our pool time greatly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and great location near the sea, friendly staff and plenty of activities , we loved the beach, water slides, plenty of restaurants , cafes and snack bars throughout the hotel making it easy to eat and drink without making lengthy trips. Cons: outdoor pools although large and lively but not heated and water is quite cold.

Arrived with my partner! Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious, I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so wont go bored plenty to choose from & very nice markets close by? The wifi was only down issue in our room but overall amazing hotel will be back! Great helpers around hotel any questions ask!!
