My recent stay at the illustrious Castival Hotel in Antalya was nothing short of sublime. From the very moment I crossed the threshold of its grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and genuine hospitality. The culinary offerings were an absolute triumph — each meal a symphony of flavors that spoke to both tradition and creativity. 🌟 A Truly Unforgettable Stay! 🌟 From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm hospitality and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, greeting me with genuine smiles and offering help with everything from check-in to local recommendations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities—made me feel pampered. The view from my window was absolutely stunning, and waking up to it each morning was a highlight of my stay. The facilities are top-notch: the gym was well-equipped, the pool area was immaculate and relaxing, and the dining options were outstanding. Breakfast was a feast with so much variety, and every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What impressed me most was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered seemed genuinely dedicated to making my experience exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both completely at home and completely spoiled—but this hotel managed to do exactly that. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Whether you’re visiting for business, a romantic getaway, or just to relax, this hotel is a gem. My sister and I really liked our stay at Castival hotel. Their staff is very polite yet professional. The whole hotel and the rooms were immaculately clean all the time. Even on the buffet table and hall, there was always someone cleaning the spilled liquids or food. I never saw even one table that had a stain on it because that is how quickly their staff would change it. Food was fantastic, numerous options and they change menu every day. There is cafe , Lobby bar ,ice cream and waffle dessert 3 pm to 5 pm and pool side snack and drinks bar ,all part of all inclusive deal if you get that. They arrange entertainment show almost every night and beach is not that far away within 5 min walk or 2 min via shuttle ( if you want to go to the hotel's designated beach loungers). My only feedback to improve is: Rooms can improve a little bit more with bigger and smart TVs instead of old small ones. For kids with families, there are two pools ,separate kids pool ,water slides, ice cream and fresh made waffles time 3 to 5 pm, kids club, and of course the beach ⛱️. For adults like us , apart from the hotel itself, there are shopping and market areas near by . We booked activities like pirate boat trip , Turkish hammam and we were happy with both! Overall it was a great trip and Castival hotel made a huge part of it and we will definitely book this place again. (ps : we booked via Loveholidays)

5/5 – A Fantastic Stay at Castival Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful time at Castival Hotel in Turkey! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, clean rooms and beautiful decor that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The food was a real highlight — a huge variety at every meal, with fresh ingredients and delicious local and international dishes. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers. There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options, perfect for both families and couples. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful yet vibrant, and everything was kept spotless.

I read the latest reviews and was horrified by how dissatisfied people seemed. It was too late to cancel the reservation, so I gathered my courage and decided to come. When I arrived at check-in, I was welcomed by the reception team, who were very friendly and helpful. I was accommodated in a beautiful room with a pool view, which I wholeheartedly recommend. The food is more than enough, very diverse and delicious. The sand on the beach is fine, and during the day you have access to food, juices, beer, and wine. The resort has many places where you can relax — from acrobat and dance shows, to live music in the lobby, a space where you can borrow and read books, and a terrace where people gather in the evening to enjoy a cocktail and unwind. It’s a resort suitable for children (they have activities for the little ones), as well as for young people and seniors. I saw activities for all ages and preferences. We even caught October Fest, where there were barbecues and contests. Dear people, don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. I honestly can’t understand what someone could find disappointing about this resort. I travel to Turkey every year for all-inclusive resorts, often at higher prices, but this one surpassed them all. The value for money is excellent. There’s even a hair salon, which was always busy, and the spa area is amazing. The massages are INCREDIBLE, and there’s also a salt room… I wholeheartedly recommend this resort, and the cherry on top is the staff — always smiling and attentive to every guest’s needs. Congratulations to the Castival Hotel team! I give you a 10 out of 10!!!
