The hotel was truly five stars. The staff was very helpful everywhere we went. Erkan the spa manager booked our massage as we went twice during the week and can confidently recommend Elisabeth, who did miracles with my back. The bar makes delicious cocktail, and the restaurant have a lot of choice. The patisserie is the place to go in the afternoon for coffee and cakes and if you went a savoury snack, you can have pizza by the pool. The room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was replenished too with water and juice. The entertainment team is also doing a great job to keep the guest entertained and every night there is some live music. Would love to go back as the location is great for shopping and for the beach. The only minus was the noise and dust coming from the hotel demolition next door which affected our sleep on few occasions.

I arrived yesterday, the hotel is very clean and the staff are attentive. Lots to do in the day even though the weather was cloudy. The staff are amazing and guest relations Muattar is amazing with guests! Would definitely return! Amazing value - first time in All inclusive in Turkey! Would return!

I spent 10 nights in this hotel. I was very satisfied. The staff is friendly and kind, the room is nice and clean, the food is very good with big choice. The beach have big canopies what provide good shadow. The beach have good beach bar with drinks and food. Hotel pools are also clean with good pool bar. Only one thing i didn't like. That is very big noise from stage area between 21:30 and 23:30, because every evening party. We had room with see view and that room watch on pool and stage area and if you like to go to sleep earlier it is impossible because very big noise, like on concert. I can understand that, because people's like party, but if you don't like, better is take room on opposite side. View probably isn't soo good, but noise is less. Overall i am very satisfied with this hotel.

A fabulous hotel which I would recommend. The service provided by the staff to ensure you have a memorable holiday is first class. Food was great, dining area was great. The cocktail lounge and balcony were superb, absolute luxury. Pool area was fine , little cramped but didn’t affect the quality of the place. Bedroom were not high quality, probably needed a little updating, but again it wouldn’t warrant a negative to the holiday. Entertainment happened throughout the day the Entertainment/guest liaison Muatta , was clearly busy all day making people happy. There was a shuttle service to the beach, it’s only a 2 minute ride on the golf buggy or it’s an easy 6 or 7 minute walk. Food served on the beach was also excellent. Nice soft sand, shallow warm waters to paddle in . It was a perfect October holiday Recommend !

Thank you for the wonderful service. I big shout out to Muattar guest relations manager. All the staff are so wonderful and helpful. The hotel looks stunning and accommodating to families and their children. Drinks are also good. We would recommend anyone to visit this hotel for a holiday
