Just looking at the reviews you knew it was going to be big and busy but we thought the place was great especially for children. Food and service was very good. We paid the extra 50 Euros for a pool & sea view and the room was very nice. Would stay again

I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones. They couldn't of been more wrong. Everything about the hotel was great and we all had non stop fun for a week.
The hotel was immaculate and staff will do anything to help you. The all inclusive food was good in the buffet. A really large selection and choice. My daughter wasn't so keen and mainly ate burgers, pizzas and waffles 🤣. It was her holiday so I was fine with that. I ate mainly local food ..lots of stuffed vegetables. My partner loved the meat selection....one night there was duck or lamb and it was honestly really tasty. Snack bars around the pool have lush pizzas and jacket potatoes but big queues once they open. Ice creams are available near the pool for 2 hours and they're very generic s with them. Some entertainment around the pool bar at night as well as during the day. Best entertainment is on the island

Hotel, rooms, staff good. Pool and flumes were idea for my boy aged 10. Snack food by the pool was okay. Fine for what it was. Total pool holiday due to weather being over 40C at all time. Hotel huge. Dinner hall is massive and just a rabble of noise. Can seat well over a thousand. Not a relaxing place for a dinner, but fine for us. Read lots of negative reports before going but none which really came to fruition. Food at meals times was fine. Plenty of choice but could be improved with few things like icecream. Although all inclusive, never tried alcoholic drinks so can't comment.

Went with a young family, autistic 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl. As a family, we thought it was great. Variety of different food which can be hit and miss but that’s what we expected. Street food through the day, pizza, waffles, jacket potatoes, nuggets etc which were great. The private beach is a big plus. The pool side and beach side-huts were good to get out the sun with the kids, they were between €20-€30 euros, but are worth it. You can book them in advance at the pool bars. Overall my kids loved it! Windmill was great company to use for the private transfers, took a couple of hours off transfer duration. There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations.

I went just above a month ago, to this holiday in the school area, when we arrived it was midnight, and we were all tired. We dropped off our luggage, and drop it off at our hotel room, we got ready to have the burgerland buffet which was ok, not good, chips were the most thing our family eat as their didn't want to get food positioning, we went back to our room, and unpacked. Next day we went to breakfast nice and early, we realised we need to buy a flotie, to swim. We purchased our flotie and that following day, it got removed when we notice the beds have done, and drinks are refilled, wen we went down to reception their just said i don't understand and problem. Please fix it, we also lost a blue neck pillow, but its was ok. Would not come here again, but thanks for the stay, pool side very slippery, and waffels are always amazing Xx
