Depending on the price you get for your all inclusive vacation in comparison to other, better rated properties, it can be worth booking this hotel (or not) Pros: The location is wonderful, very short lovely stroll to the beach, close to lots of little stores and malls, easy busride to sights in Side and Manavgat, not too long a bus ride from airport.
The hotel has a lovely pool, nice terrace overlooking the area while having meals. The area looks stunning at night. Main restaurant has nice variety of dishes. Beach bar has nice views of ocean and offers light snacks during lunchtime. Lots of loungers at the beach and around pool, always able to find a spot. Lovely coffee bar with freshly prepared specialty coffees. Nice seating area on an upper terrace outside a cafe open for desserts in the afternoon.
Cons: Many areas of the hotel are rather dated. There are long lineups for the nicer, freshly prepared food items. Lots of dishes geared to eastern nationalities. Staff is not really that friendly, I am guessing even though it is all inclusive, they expect tips before offering good service. I often went to a different bar at the hotel to fetch myself a juice or other drink because waiters could not be bothered. The Main restaurant is huge, very noisy, long tables, way too crowded, but if able to get a spot outside on the terrace it is lovely. Indoor pool is very dated in the basement and not very clean. Animation was practically non-existing.
So it depends on what is important to you whether I would recommend this hotel or not.

Lovely hotel. Good food, drinks, and entertainment. They have thought of everything to ensure guests have an enjoyable relaxing stay. The Spa and Hammam facility is superb with fantastic staff in that area.
Air-conditioning does not work efficiently, so it is uncomfortable in the hotel areas including rooms. Mini bars are noisy. Staff are unfriendly and service not so good. Staff take orders for drinks and food but do not then deliver.

No air conditioning anywhere besides the lobby, no ayran anywhere in the hotel, bugs in the restaurant, the food is bland, sometimes old. The ac in the room was broken, cracks on the wall, drinks are diluted with water, no international alcohol even though i paid for ultra all inclusive. Btw don’t be surprised if you see stained glasses/dishes, it’s a big problem here. The room service was really bad, they didn’t change the sheets, no mini bar refill unless you mention it. Rude staff, around 10-11pm they ask you to get up from your table and stare at you until you leave. No night activity!!!The night club is completely empty, don’t even bother going to it. Very small hotel. It barely deserves 3 stars. Most reviews are paid, i never saw any sea fruits or nice staff. Only good drinks were in the lobby.

From the outside, the hotel looks very luxurious. The reception area gives the same vibe as the exterior.
The good parts:
- plenty of food options, recommend reserving the Ottoman a la carte restaurant
- coffee is best to take from Chez Lavinia stand only. The rest is crappy.
The bad parts:
- room cleaning is very superficial. Don't be surprised if you see lots of dust
- room furniture and floor are very used, could use replacement
- AC seems a luxury at this hotel. He AC ran all night and barely cooled the room. Had to ask at the reception to fix ours after the first night. After that it was OK. But in the hotel corridors it's a sauna. They are mainly off.
- beware of the room you are given. Run away from the lower floor ones. There are cockaroches. Even in our room at the top floors, we had one. They are also roaming at the restaurant and spa.
- service at the restaurant is sub-par. You have to literally ask the waiters to save you some drinks. Otherwise, you are on your own. And the dishes and glasses aren't properly washed, lots of spots on them.
- the beach is kinda too small compared to the hotel size. You can find beach lounges if you go early. And the space resevred in the sea for the hotel is way too small, sometimes it is crowded just like sardines in a can
- quality of drinks is below average, most cocktails are made of syrups and the main alcoholic drinks are dilluted. And most barista here should be doing something else, seriously. Only 1 out of all knew what he was doing and prepared me a cocktail the proper way and looked also stylish.
It is not our first trip to Side. We have stayed in better places at similar prices with better services.
We will surely not come back to this hotel ever.

The room was nice, the service courteous and polite. There are few sunbeds by the pool and no green space at all. Food is delicious and you can eat and drink all day. The cocktails are delicious, the room is nice and equipped with everything. The beach is well kept and all in all a very nice place to relax!
