Depending on the price you get for your all inclusive vacation in comparison to other, better rated properties, it can be worth booking this hotel (or not) Pros: The location is wonderful, very short lovely stroll to the beach, close to lots of little stores and malls, easy busride to sights in Side and Manavgat, not too long a bus ride from airport.
The hotel has a lovely pool, nice terrace overlooking the area while having meals. The area looks stunning at night. Main restaurant has nice variety of dishes. Beach bar has nice views of ocean and offers light snacks during lunchtime. Lots of loungers at the beach and around pool, always able to find a spot. Lovely coffee bar with freshly prepared specialty coffees. Nice seating area on an upper terrace outside a cafe open for desserts in the afternoon.
Cons: Many areas of the hotel are rather dated. There are long lineups for the nicer, freshly prepared food items. Lots of dishes geared to eastern nationalities. Staff is not really that friendly, I am guessing even though it is all inclusive, they expect tips before offering good service. I often went to a different bar at the hotel to fetch myself a juice or other drink because waiters could not be bothered. The Main restaurant is huge, very noisy, long tables, way too crowded, but if able to get a spot outside on the terrace it is lovely. Indoor pool is very dated in the basement and not very clean. Animation was practically non-existing.
So it depends on what is important to you whether I would recommend this hotel or not.

Lovely hotel. Good food, drinks, and entertainment. They have thought of everything to ensure guests have an enjoyable relaxing stay. The Spa and Hammam facility is superb with fantastic staff in that area.
Air-conditioning does not work efficiently, so it is uncomfortable in the hotel areas including rooms. Mini bars are noisy. Staff are unfriendly and service not so good. Staff take orders for drinks and food but do not then deliver.

Nice, clean hotel. Many facilities. Well equipment gym. The food has variety and it's great tasting. Kind and helpful staff. Great choice.

Poor hotel, 5 stars more like zero stars, I do not recommend !!
Not sure how this hotel is classed as 5 stars because whilst on surface the reception/ lobby area, pool, patisserie on lobby floor and in dining hall & spa looks all glam and yeah you get the wow factor walking in but after that everything is rubbish. You always see staff cleaning the front entrance and lobby area and see staff by pool area collecting glasses and rubbish but behind the scenes it's a different case.
Checking in at reception - no smile or welcome from staff. At check-in everytime i asked a question about anything the answer was always speak to guest relations. I arrived late in the evening, guest relations is open from 10am if you are lucky. And I only found this out by asking myself -no notices anywhere of guest relations opening and closing times.
Animation team was very disappointing and unprofessional and always bothering you. Read the room - some guests don't want to be bothered by sleazy animation staff.
The hotel has a club on minus 3 floor and for winter concept it's open 3 days Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 at night until around 1/1.30am. The drinks inside the club are chargeable. Best to get drinks from the lobby bar and take them down with you.
Entertainment was a joke they never had enough seats for guests to enjoy the entertainment.
Why have 200 plus guests and a small amphitheatre and a even smaller Irish bar that fits no where near that amount of people and it was the same case in the lobby never enough seats for the amount of guests at hotel so entertainment cannot be enjoyed.
The spa again looked wow from the outset but again the facilities are not big enough for the number of guests the hotel has. Also it's not clear that the steam room opens at 4pm each day - no signage anywhere, only found out by asking.
The inside pool had seen better days.
The beach - again dining space and beach space looks wow but again not enough loungers for number of guests hotel has and beach dining area small. Toilets were filthy by beach side. Seemed liked no one ever checked them throughout day to wipe the wet floor or replenish the toilet paper and on one day the soap dispenser was not working.
Overall the hotel does not deserve 5 stars it deserves 0 stars until it improves on all aspects 100%.
Having read previous reviews which mentioned the downsides of the hotel and with the food especially etc I thought it wont be that bad and i give it a chance but no I would not stay here again and I whole heartedly 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THERES A REASON WHY ITS SO CHEAP ITS RUBBISH.

STAYED THERE LAST YEAR (NOVEMBER 2023) AND HAD A WONDERFUL STAY !!
REGRET NOT STAYING THERE AGAIN THIS YEAR AFTER AWFUL EXPERIENCE HAD AT OZ HOTELS SIDE PREMIUM BUT AT TIME OF BOOKING THOUGHT TRY SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT HENCE CHOSE OZ HOTELS SIDE PREMIUM -BIG MISTAKE WHICH WILL NEVER REPEAT!!
If you do decide to book oz hotels side premium, book at your own peril.
The only reason you see so many high scored star reviews because just days into your stay at every turn you are getting staff asking you if everything's okay and to put a review up.
Putting a review up after your full stay is where you get the honest picture, not days into a holiday when you have just literally arrived and not had the experience to try the facilities or seen everything properly.

No air conditioning anywhere besides the lobby, no ayran anywhere in the hotel, bugs in the restaurant, the food is bland, sometimes old. The ac in the room was broken, cracks on the wall, drinks are diluted with water, no international alcohol even though i paid for ultra all inclusive. Btw don’t be surprised if you see stained glasses/dishes, it’s a big problem here. The room service was really bad, they didn’t change the sheets, no mini bar refill unless you mention it. Rude staff, around 10-11pm they ask you to get up from your table and stare at you until you leave. No night activity!!!The night club is completely empty, don’t even bother going to it. Very small hotel. It barely deserves 3 stars. Most reviews are paid, i never saw any sea fruits or nice staff. Only good drinks were in the lobby.
