**HONEST U.K REVIEW**
RECEPTION -
After a late arrival we were welcomed with a friendly manner from the reception. Nothing was ever to big or small for these guys and they genuinely went well and behond for us.
FOOD -
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all the dishes seem to be the same and wouldn't really say it's been catered for English people. Though there were a couple of nights the food was really good especially at the beach bar.
DRINKS -
All drinks were really good the local larger, cocktails and softs drinks. It seemed cocktails were made at a higher standard in the hotel lobby bar and only place in the hotel you can drink from glass, everywhere else was in plastic cups.
ENTERTAINMENT -
Day time entertainment was good the staff truly cared if you were enjoying yourselfs and would often come up to you asking how your day has been. Night time entertainment on the other hand wasnt good, we would often not end up going down to watch it there was only one night that was good and it was only because an external company came in.
**DO NOT USE THE HAIR AND NAIL SALON ON SITE**
The guy is a scam artist and will try and rob you told my fiancé to have her nails done will cost €17, After constantly asking will it cost €17 and him saying yes and at the end saying it was €50 the guy makes prices up on the spot. Within 7 hours of the nail being done 2 fell off, management didn't seem to care and refused to give the money back.
PHOTOGRAPHER / PARROT MAN -
The photographs were done to such a high standard and were really nice, the price to get them printed was really expensive but the quality that was put Into them was worth the money so I can't really complain about that.
OVERALL REVIEW -
Would I rush back to this hotel again? The aswer is probably not, I'd like to say a special thankyou to the staff that were working really hard and trying to constantly make everyone happy. One of the biggest negatives about this hotel is the fact none of the rooms are sound proofed meaning you will be woken up at 5am every day to Muslim prayer from speakers.

Not 5 star hotel.
Maximum 3. We were waiting long for this holiday and we are disappointed. I wish someone magically sends me lost money :(
Bad wifi
Bad lift (blocking with people inside)
Bad drinks - bar old looking sad and terrible many times closed, pre-made tastless drinks
Bad patisserie - only few cookies that’s it
Old rather small rooms
No soundproof walls
Curtains not wide enough - sun wakes you up early
Bed - hard springs
Everyday broken speaker with music by pools. If works, then only 1-2 hours and quiet again…
Very old doors, old building in general
Very sad around the pool (mostly in shadow) needs some more decor and spirit
Really 1 restaurant, maybe 2 max not 5
Expensive laundry service
Entertainement like disco - extra charge
Kids playground - deserted. Broken, empty.
Coffee was terrible - I was thinking turkish coffee is the best
Not modern at all..
Ali - a waiter in the evenings had his favourite clients… the rest would feel neglected
We were passing a great hotel on the beach with a bar full of palms and huge garden - it said 4 stars on the hotel.
Couldn’t believe ours is 5….
What was good? - Food in ONE restaurant - Serenity (buffet)

Definitely not a 5 star, 4 star at most, rooms need updating, no toiletries in rooms, food very nice, but want you out of the restaurant before time allocated lights turned of 5 mins before stated time. Entertainment poor but entertainment staff OK. We flew with easyJet (party of 10) and left a suitcase at the airport, hotel staff very unhelpful, no EasyJet reps at the hotel at all to help with this matter.
The only person who tried to help was the Guest Relations lady.
Pool and slides OK. Would not go to this hotel again.
Oh and just to let you know there is a new hotel being built across the road.
Previous review by Mason Nisbet is a 9 year old boy who went with us on holiday and I think one of the hotel staff helped him with his review.?

The Place Was Amazing!
We First came in and checked in the staff was so friendly! But the only thing is the first day the Wi-Fi was down and broke but the next day it was back.
There is a games room and at 9:30PM everyday there is activities and there were black men like 6 doing backflips, front flips and juggling balls it was amazing because it was 3 euro for candy floss or popcorn. And if you buy all exclusive you get every free food and free drinks!
There is a morning gym. There is a Bar.
There is Amazing Rooms you can ask for another bed and they will give you it too cause my brother didn’t want to share a bed with me so he called the staff and he got the bed for free!
ITS A 5 STAR YOU SHOULD DEFENINTLY GO!!! 😊😊😊

After our original hotel being changed to this hotel I was concerned and didn't know what to expect, However after spending a week here I'm not sure why the bad reviews. All staff were helpful and accommodating, they all spoke a mixture of languages and always friendly. Never had any issues. Rooms were clean and tidied and even fridge stocked in the room which was great after getting into the hotel late on arrival. The only bad points are the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear the prayer alarm go off at 5am and further throughout the day, as well as the entertainment which luckily does finish at 11pm. There is a good range of food and drink however are not consistent or measured so some bar tenders tastes better than others! Lovely clean pool but rather cold but understandable as only now just coming into the season. 10min walk to the beach or shuttle until 5:30pm, lovely sports bar close by and several shops and a pharmacy which was useful during our stay as we ended up using it.
