My wife and I had an amazing two weeks at this beautiful hotel and we will be sad to be leaving. The location is fantastic and we were looked after beautifully by every member of staff. We were greeted everywhere in every part of the hotel with warm smiles & genuine warmth. From the valets, to reception, concierge, housemaids, beach boys, and restaurant staff, all were friendly helpful and well trained. I particularly want to mention the breakfast service offered by the lovely staff who always look after us. Sanela who runs the restaurant team, obviously has a magic touch, and has assembled the most friendly team, who make everybody feel like a VIP. Congratulations to all at this beautiful hotel. My wife and I have probably had the best two weeks in Dubai having visited this amazing city many times. Sad to be leaving, but happy that we will be coming back soon. Adam & Jane x

I had a simple yet memorable birthday dinner with my husband at Delano Blue Door, and it was an absolute delight. The ambiance was cozy and elegant, perfect for a special occasion. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The food was exceptional – every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. ✨🍽️

From the time we made the booking, the experience with Delano was superb. We received a message asking if there was anything Delano could do to make the stay better, and I took the opportunity to mention that it was my partners birthday whilst we were there.
The staff went above and beyond to make the stay as special as possible. We got a room upgrade and then walked in to see balloons, a bottle of prosecco and a cake for my girlfriend. It was a really lovely sentiment and we were both blown away. Thank you Delano for a very memorable experience.

A Luxurious and Warm Stay at Delano Dubai
From the moment I arrived at Delano Dubai, I felt truly welcomed. The hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail from the staff made all the difference, ensuring a memorable and seamless stay. Every interaction was marked by professionalism and warmth, making me feel valued as a guest.
The hotel’s aesthetic is stunning—a perfect balance between elegance and minimalism, with a clean, sophisticated design that exudes luxury without being overwhelming. Every detail, from the décor to the ambiance, was carefully thought out, creating a serene and stylish environment.
One of the highlights was Maison Revka, a breathtaking restaurant where both the setting and the cuisine are an experience in themselves. The atmosphere is refined yet inviting, making it an absolute must-visit.
The pool was maintained at a perfect 28°C, making every swim incredibly pleasant, while the sea temperature at 22°C provided a refreshing contrast. It was an ideal balance for relaxation and enjoyment.
Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options to start the day on a perfect note.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Delano Dubai for making this such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back!

Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Stay!
From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The service was impeccable – early check-in (at 8am!) and late check-out were handled effortlessly, making our arrival and departure incredibly smooth und relaxing.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The amenities were outstanding, with thoughtful touches like a Dyson hairdryer and a steamer, and the interior design was absolutely stunning – stylish, elegant, and perfectly curated.
One of the highlights of our trip was the fantastic team at the pool. A special mention to Wilson, who anticipated our every need and made us feel incredibly well taken care of.
Having stayed in numerous luxury hotels, I can confidently say this is one of the best. It was a truly indulgent vacation where we felt pampered from beginning to end. We can’t wait to return next year!
