Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Stay! From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The service was impeccable – early check-in (at 8am!) and late check-out were handled effortlessly, making our arrival and departure incredibly smooth und relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The amenities were outstanding, with thoughtful touches like a Dyson hairdryer and a steamer, and the interior design was absolutely stunning – stylish, elegant, and perfectly curated. One of the highlights of our trip was the fantastic team at the pool. A special mention to Wilson, who anticipated our every need and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. Having stayed in numerous luxury hotels, I can confidently say this is one of the best. It was a truly indulgent vacation where we felt pampered from beginning to end. We can’t wait to return next year!

Today we had amazing experience in Bluedoor, it felt like a scene from Alice in Wonderland, with its enchanting outdoor design that made me feel like I had stepped into a dream. We actually had a hard time choosing from the menu. Finding flavors that are even better than what we usually have in Turkey was truly enjoyable. We couldn't get enough of the cocktails. You definitely must try the saffron cocktail and the incredibly tender ribs. It’s definitely a place we could visit over and over again, an incredible spot for birthdays and special events.✨️✨️

Out of this world! Some things can’t be explained or be covered by words but needs to be experienced/ felt by oneself. I travel often, stayed in the worlds leading hotels and can tell that I’ve a well understanding if it comes to high class services and standards. I planned a surprise vacation for my mum, to take her for few days for a small relaxing break. Even before we arrived the hotel, the communication was fast and leaves no requests open. Huge thanks to Marta, Anfisa, Patricia, Lia and Team. Thank you David for welcoming us and made it possible to get into our Room right when arriving. The rooms are absolut beautiful, the whole interior from highest standards, you’ll find little details in almost every corner which will leave you with a smile and make you feel even more pampered. The whole hotel atmosphere is so special, hard to find words. It’s like, coming home. The whole team is in such a thrill to make you feel comfortable and leave no wishes unseen. Super clean, and you will find “your perfect place” as it offers varieties for I would say everyone. If you are a beach lover, you’ll find peace at the private beach just in front of the hotel, if you prefer chill out music by the pool or loves to take some mouthwatering snacks and cold drinks at the bar, or you want to explore the area around… plenty options are given. You can walk easily to marina beach promenade or even closer you can explore the warf mall which is only few meters from the hotel. The breakfast is so well chosen and you taste the excellent quality. They have a wide selection of healthy options too but you can be sure they will prepare for you whatever you wish. Thank you Kabir for remember everything and being aware of every little thing, same as Yukta and Aigerim!!! Thank you Maora for the great coffee! Excellent service!!! Thank you Husema and Akash for cleaning our room every day and make us feel heavenly. Thank you Kay and Sarah for your kind and lovely help when extending our stay. Thank you Antony for always taking care whilst doing my workout routine and push your clients to their best! I could name the whole team, as truly everyone is thrilled to do their job not only good but excellent! Even the workers who are not usually noticed, like the gardener or main workers are all very gentle and aware!!! You won’t see any dirt, if there is anything you might need or have to mention, they will fix everything for best. You’ll find restaurants for every taste, you can go to Banyan Tree hotel and try out their restaurants too which are absolute worth a visit. Especially the French restaurant Alizee which is my personal favorite one. Highly recommend also to try the SPA which will nourish your body mind and soul and guide you to heaven…. We had been very loyal guest at another hotel for over 25 years, and as I mentioned, we travel a lot! But DELANO… go got our hearts. It speaks itself that I extended our stay. And of course we will be back again! No doubts this place is magic. But a place energy it’s made up by the people in it. So thank you again dear Delano team for making our experience just perfect! I’ve nothing more to mention but can highly recommend this hotel for those who are aware of high standards but feeling comfortable being “barefoot” too ;-) And the food, is not only food… it’s a philosophy itself! Made with love. You’ll taste it! —also you should try the ceremony matcha late at the main entrance coffee store! I am obsessed!
