Lovely clean hotel. Lots of choice of snacks. Staff are lovely. Kids club inside is a bit plain and looks a bit empty but staff do entertain the kids well.
Food at breakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner are basically same. Food on way to beach is nice if u want to skip lunch in main restaurant. Drinks excellent choices available. Beach is very clean.

The best thing about this hotel, as well as most others in the area, is the variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. I have never seen so much food in one place.
Another great aspect is the extremely friendly and hospitable hotel staff.
However, I think the hotel lacks better indoor pools, more space and activities for children, as well as better saunas and hammams. The hotel is more suited for sunny days.

Very good all inclusive hotel great selection of food and dessert room are spotless clean and bedding and towels changed daily wonderful stuff who do they best to make your stay comfortable mini bar is docked up daily.
If you hiring a car parking is free at this hotel with no issues you can either self park or the front desk stuff will park for you.

Kids club (Kaira) absolutely wonderful. Mini disco great, rooms spacious and the outdoor pool is lovely, the two men doing the sports activities (Cian and the man with braids) were fab and Cihat the lifeguard was amazing BUT
They upsell you the rooms - we paid more and got a much worse view.
Most of the restaurant staff ignore you (some were good) and the bar staff ignore you too.
The TVs were not set up in the room so didn’t work.
I had to ask 4 times for a cot for my baby.
The minibar has bottles with caps and there was no bottle opener in the room - I asked for one at 4pm and was told there were none available and the minibar man had gone home.
My whole family (and 3 other families we talked to at the hotel) all had issues due to perhaps the chlorine in the pool and even after being back 3 days we are all still itchy.
The Delphin imperial is much smarter, cleaner and the service was a lot better. Shame because the Be Grand could be very beautiful.

We went in February half term, we was hugely disappointed with the amount of things that was shut. Almost all of the outdoor activities was shut. The pier was removed and all Pools and water parks was shut. Even the fair ground was shut, this put a huge disappointment on our holiday. The only thing that was positive was the kids club. The ladies in there saved what was left of our disappointed holiday. My youngest two was in there every day. My teenager was bored every day as there was nothing for him to do at all. Only thing for adults is a few activities or sit around and drink all day and go on phones. The kids club in the evening was amazing they got my children up and dancing and they loved the candy floss and popcorn. The evening entertainment always seemed to be dancers not much verity. I wouldn't stay here again during February. This is a hotel that needs the sun for it to be worth going. Thank you again mini club you saved me from going mad with my children moaning how bored they are. You are the best thing to have at delphin!!
