The Delphin BE GRAND Resort ultra all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant
  • 1 meal free of charge at each of the 7 a la carte restaurants (April to October), booking required. During other months guests will be able to enjoy 1 meal free of charge at both of the 2 a la carte restaurants that are open
  • Local alcoholic, non-alcoholic and some imported drinks, as well as freshly squeezed juices
  • Minibar filled with beer, water and soft drinks
  • Room safe
  • Access to the tennis courts, equipment (deposit required) and lighting (booking required)

Absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of superb—warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The dining experience was exceptional, offering both variety and quality at the highest level. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff—their genuine hospitality made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The facilities, from the pool to the spa, were pristine and world-class. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A perfect 5-star experience in every sense—one of the best stays we’ve ever had!

The hotel’s aesthetics are stunning, and the overall design is very beautiful, which we really appreciated. However, the rooms need much more attention to detail. We stayed in a Romantic room and honestly, it didn’t feel worth the price. The aquapark has very few floats available, and for the lazy river, you are required to wear a life vest no matter the age, even though the water is very shallow, which seemed unnecessary. Regarding the food, we noticed that the oil for the fries is never changed, it is darker than engine oil, and the pans used for cooking pancakes don’t appear to be cleaned properly, which affected our overall impression. Overall, for the price paid, we believe there are better options out there and that the hotel has significant room for improvement.

Great hotel, you'd have to be crazy to find anything to complain about. We're travelers, globetrotters, and this hotel is perfect for families! Kudos to the best animator, Ivan – he runs fantastic activities with both teenagers and adults, and he's also very athletic and good player. Alex also great guy, water polo teacher🏐⚽️

Currently sat at the Adults only Pool writing this review. Beer in one hand which was just freshly handed to me by one of the many attentive pool waiters. Fantastic hotel, plenty of activities for young and old. The resort and grounds are stunning, the staff can’t do enough for you. The managers are strict to ensure a great customer experience and keep the standards high. Rooms are generally of a high standard and spacious. However one issue myself and others have experienced is the air conditioning is hit and miss. There is some form of central control which shuts the air con off constantly, it’s impossible to get the rooms cool. The lowest setting is 19c however this is overridden by a central control and shuts the air con off all the time making the rooms a bit of a hot box. We raised the issue with the hotel twice but not addressed unfortunately. A small blip in what is generally a fantastic hotel and experience.
