Went here with my family on holiday for a week, the food is good but gets boring however you can book many different restaurants — don’t get the Greek it’s not good. The service is amazing and all the workers were so positive and friendly, constantly got asked if we needed anything like drinks. The room was pretty good and even had a ginger pregnant cat on my balcony that I fed and watered, even gave her a towel to sleep on in the gutters. There’s constant shows every night so you’re never really bored. The best show was the bike one. It is pretty hard to get used to at first because of how big it is, but there is a lot of food outside of the restaurants like ice cream, waffles, churros, toasties, kebabs, yogurt, and more. Loved the drinks.
Very child friendly, there’s a massive kids pool and even a water park with a lazy river and slides, also a kids club and play park.

I had a fantastic vacation with my family. The hotel is amazing and the service is top-notch! This is the second time we are staying at the hotel, and we will definitely come back!
I had my hair done here at the hotel salon. The hairdresser's name is Arda Kavraal, and he is extremely professional and skilled at his work! I love the result I got 😍

Amazing place to visit. My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the resort.
Very friendly staff, extremely kid friendly with plenty of activities to keep the little ones busy.
The aqua park for kids is superb, the kids club runs daily with various games and activities and ride on toys etc. The staff are very good with the kids.
Plenty of choice of food for kids and adults alike.
Food huts all over the resort, the BBQ which runs daily in the afternoon was excellent. The Al A Carte restaurants were very very nice indeed. Our favourite was the Chinese and the Italian 👌
Drinks available on tap, soon as you sit within minutes there will be a waiter swinging buy asking what you would like to drink. There are also massive fridges dotted about always fully stocked.
The evening entertainment was a joy to watch and again the kids absolutely loved it.
The rooms are very nice and clean, in fact the whole place is very nice and clean I did not see a single piece of litter on the floor. Very well maintained.
Only a stone’s throw from the airport so no long transfer which was a joy especially with kids as long travel can be very exhausting for them.
Overall would highly recommend this place especially if you have children.
Very well maintained and very well ran.
We didn’t want to leave, the little ones were in tears when they realised our holiday was over.
Would like to thank everyone who works here they really are a credit to the Resort.

Big all inclusive resort with great pools, water parks, facilities and entertainment sadly let down by the food and drinks. Choice of wine was red or white, but the white was undrinkable. Food at the main restaurant was repeated night after night, very oily and overly salty or sweet. Trying to find healthy food at the snack bars or restaurants was a challenge. Tried the seafood Al La Carte one night, but the choice and quality was the same as the main restaurant. Avoid the shops in the basement, shampoo will cost you 20 euros and pool toys are equally over priced. Take small euro notes or some lira for tips.
Staff were lovely, pools and nightly entertainment was great and the room was fine albeit with a very small balcony. Beach wasn't the best with gritty sand and deep drop off into the sea meaning it's not really suitable for small children.
Very busy in the height of summer with all the sun loungers 'booked' very early in the day. The security tries to enforce their no sun bed reservation rules but people sit and wait with their belongings until security have done their rounds and then skip off for a couple of hours (I know, because that's what I did).
Laundry prices posted below because I was looking for these before I arrived.

Amazing service received throughout the entire hotel. Has amazing facilities with a beach in the hotel and multiple pools to serve everyone’s interests. Plenty of children’s activities to keep the little ones busy like cinemas and kids club and a mini disco. Rooms were cleaned everyday and a huge variety of fresh food was available in the buffets and outside near the pools. Loved this resort and visited twice. Thinking about going again
