Exceptional service. Will want to return. Food was a wide choice of fresh quality ingredients and preparation. Room was elegant and perfectly clean. Guest services were simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lobby was absolutely beautiful and service was discreet and always appeared as soon as you had a wish.

We had an unforgettable stay at Titanic Maidan Palace. The hotel's Christmas celebrations and atmosphere were electric, and we enjoyed five beautiful, sunny days. The staff were exceptional - professional, friendly, and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the Turkish desserts. The beach bar and lobby bar served incredible drinks. However, there were two areas that fell short of our expectations. The room temperature was too warm, making it difficult to sleep, and there was no way to control it. Additionally, the bathroom hygiene standards were a concern, with a stained bath and discolored water initially. Despite these issues, our overall experience was exceptional. The hotel's beautiful setting, amazing food, and lovely staff made our stay special. We would definitely return and highly recommend Titanic Maidan Palace.

We stayed for little over a week and the experience was lovely in many ways: + One thing that was very appreciated is the guest assistance service, it makes the stay feel much more personalized. Sabrina and Aziz were very helpful and made sure we had our every need. Sabrina’s positive and welcoming energy was exceptionally appreciated. + The facilities and daily activities were nice. It was for instance fun to do aqua fitness in the indoor pool and the spa treatment was a very relaxing experience. +The staff across the whole hotel were very helpful and kind, everyone’s hard work is very appreciated. However, clarity around food options for dietary restrictions could be improved. As vegans, we were pleased to find a variety of vegan options both at the buffet and in the dedicated vegan corner. However, the lack of clear labels on dishes made it challenging to identify vegan items confidently. We managed by previous knowledge about Turkish cuisine and asking staff, but not everyone has that knowledge. I’m sure many vegans guests have missed the delicious vegan dishes across the buffet, due to a lack of knowledge on what is in fact vegan. Desserts were particularly difficult. Initially, I was told vegan desserts could be ordered in advance through guest assistance, but after contacting them I learned that vegan desserts were already available in the dessert table. When I sought help in the restaurant again, one knowledgeable chef was able to identify several vegan pastries, which we were delighted to discover. Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t consistent. The back-and-forth to confirm ingredients became frustrating, and it became clear that the knowledge was largely dependent on individual staff members. Other staff was indeed helpful, and some really tried to be, but there was a lack of information that made it both difficult for me, and I’m sure them as well. We strongly recommend introducing a labeling system with allergen and dietary symbols, or ensuring all staff have access to detailed ingredient information. Even if there is always something new in the buffet, and it would require more preparation, I truly believe that it would make the experience easier for guests with dietary needs and simplify the process for staff. The food was excellent, and we appreciated the effort to include vegan options. With better organization and communication, the dining experience would match the hotel’s otherwise high standards.
