Absolutely not recommended! I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, but this was by far the worst experience. The staff are extremely rude, not only to foreign guests but also to local tourists. What’s even worse, they openly speak in Turkish in a disrespectful way about foreign guests, assuming they won’t understand. The restaurant service is terrible. Asking for simple things like water or coffee feels like an inconvenience to them, and the waiters respond harshly. The quality of the food and coffee was also very poor. Additionally, the café area was unhygienic, with dirty tables and poorly cleaned utensils. The rooms were also disappointing, with missing amenities and poor maintenance. This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating at all. If you care about service, cleanliness, and quality, I strongly suggest choosing another hotel. Staying here was a complete disappointment

We stayed here at the end of May (sorry for the late review) for a week and we had the best time. The pool facilities were excellent and great for the kids. The rooms were big and spotless with the mini bar being filled every day. The food in the hotel was very good with a lot of variety and new menu each day. We also ate at the kebab restaurant as well and this was very good too. The entertainment at night was brilliant and the kids loved it. Would more than happy to come again or recommend it anyone to wanting to holiday in Lara Beach 🇹🇷

We had an amazing family holiday here and couldn’t find fault in anything about this hotel. Very clean with brilliant facilities, everything you need for a large family holiday, a lovely beach and great staff always happy to help. Also a Big thank you to chef Memmet from the Pavilions for he’s hard work making our holiday extra special.

Hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic! I cannot rate them any more highly. We had a family adjoining room which was just perfect. Lots of space and mini bar was always perfectly equipped. My one suggestion for improvement is that the TV's could do with being a bit bigger and they could do with an HDMI input port for ease of watching things from personal devices but really that's it. We spent plenty of time in the rooms and we were extremely comfortable. We also asked for tea and coffee services which they brought straight up. The whole complex wifi was never a problem. Thank you. The food was fantastic! They catered so well, all the staff were lovely and the variety was brilliant. The outside pools are not heated so are chilly but when the temperature is 36 degrees or hotter the pool temperature is beautiful. The kids were very well catered for and felt really comfortable getting their own food and drinks once we all settled in. I'm so pleased we came here and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a bit of late season sun. Thanks all so much!!
