The stay was okay, pretty average for an all-inclusive resort in Antalya. Though it has lost some quality over the years (I've been to this resort multiple times), I was a bit disappointed by this year's stay. The rooms were the best part, very nice and cleaning staff was also very kind. But, there are two main issues that have occurred to me during this year's stay: The first would be that there are - simply put - too many children, especially unsupervised ones. For instance, the spa center should be a relaxing experience, for me it has always been the most important part of a hotel. This year was miserable. The children do not stop yelling, getting into the saunas and hamams even though they are not allowed there and shouldn't even be there (saunas are not healthy for kids!) and it destroys our experience & the atmosphere as adults. The resort itself cannot do much about this issue, it's the parents that should teach their kids about saunas and hamams (and the history behind hamam especially, it's a sacred place) and that should control them! Beside the yelling children, there isn't any sort of relax-zone, as for example somewhere where you can lie down, maybe have a cup of tea, some sort of a room with some relaxing music and dimmed lights. Unfortunately, that is not at all present in this resort. There are four big couches there are filled with children, dirty towels and the room is super bright. So, not a relaxing experience. The second issue would be the food. More specifically, the fact that you cannot take the food on your own, and that there's always staff that you have to tell exactly what and how many pieces you want. Unfortunately, there are many of them that don't understand English (I'm not blaming them, I do not speak a single word of Turkish) and sometimes you get the wrong thing or not the right quantity or you have to point etc., there are also many rude guests that treat the staff very badly and for me it feels like a degrading experience for them). This issue would be easily solved by letting the people serve themselves. Maybe it's to stop food waste, because for example, I even sometimes felt guilty when asking for more food because they were giving me so little. Most of the staff is very friendly, but some are a bit stressed and therefore can give you weird looks sometimes, especially when asking for more food, since they give you so little.

In March I have visited Miracle Hotel again and again I was mesmerized upon the nice atmosphere hotel is offering despite its size. Rooms are big, bright and comfortable, always clean, special thanks goes to housekeeping service. In the main restaurant everybody can find lots of delicious food and also the service is kind and effective. Big bright lobby with the bar invites for a cup of coffee or tea. I loved everything about Miracle Hotel and I will recommend it others for sure!

This is just perfect. I visited at end of feb. It's less crowded. The food is amazing i have no words. The rooms and view perfect. I think in the summer is even better as you can go outside and swim. But they have an inside pool so it is ok.

Absolutely not recommended! I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, but this was by far the worst experience. The staff are extremely rude, not only to foreign guests but also to local tourists. What’s even worse, they openly speak in Turkish in a disrespectful way about foreign guests, assuming they won’t understand. The restaurant service is terrible. Asking for simple things like water or coffee feels like an inconvenience to them, and the waiters respond harshly. The quality of the food and coffee was also very poor. Additionally, the café area was unhygienic, with dirty tables and poorly cleaned utensils. The rooms were also disappointing, with missing amenities and poor maintenance. This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating at all. If you care about service, cleanliness, and quality, I strongly suggest choosing another hotel. Staying here was a complete disappointment

It's a very nice hotel and I enjoyed it very much. It would be nice if there were more bath clothes towels, and toys. thank you 🙏
