Our stay at Dhigali Resort in the Maldives was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we landed in the Maldives until we left, we felt completely taken care of. The resort's staff provided a seamless experience, ensuring every detail was perfect from the start.
The resort itself is a tropical paradise. The white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and lush greenery create an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Our beach villa was beautifully designed, blending luxury and comfort, with direct access to the beach and lagoon. Waking up to the sound of waves and breathtaking views every morning was simply magical.
One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible marine life just steps from our villa. We were lucky enough to spot turtles and reef sharks, along with an abundance of vibrant, colorful fish while snorkeling right outside our door. The underwater world surrounding Dhigali is truly spectacular and added an unforgettable element to our trip.
What truly set Dhigali apart was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, attending to every request with genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether it was organizing excursions, recommending activities, or providing impeccable dining experiences, the attention to detail was unmatched.
Speaking of dining, the variety of restaurants at the resort was impressive. Each meal was a culinary journey, offering fresh, flavorful dishes that catered to every palate. The sunset cocktails at the beach bar were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the island.
We also had the opportunity to enjoy some of the resort's activities, from snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs to relaxing at the spa. Each experience was well-organized and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Leaving Dhigali was bittersweet, as we were reluctant to say goodbye to such a beautiful place and the people who made our stay so special. We cannot recommend this resort highly enough for anyone seeking a luxurious, serene, and unforgettable Maldivian getaway. Dhigali truly exceeded all of our expectations.

We spent part of our honeymoon in this hotel and the experience was great. It was our very first time in Maldives and I think this hotel has everything someone going to Maldives looks for: beautiful azure water, white sand, a stunning sandbank, a great house reef with great marine life, an amazing all inclusive with really high quality food and top notch service.
Regarding the room, we stayed in the water villa 603, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. We were considering staying in a Lagoon pool villa, but it turned out that the best house reef is right in front of the water villas, so it was amazing to put your googles on and enjoy the amazing marine life right away: sharks, turtles and an endless amount fish of all types. So, despite I can not compare to other hotels in Maldives, Dhigali it is great for snorkeling. Dhigali also has a great dive center, one of the bests I've dived with. Special mention to Greg.
About the food, Dhigali exceeded my expectations. I've been in other all inclusives before and they don't get even close to Dhigali. The quality of the food is comparable to any good restaurant you pay a good amount of money for. Special mention to Battuta!
The service was also great, very friendly and nice.
Regarding the ambience: even though the hotel was 70% of capacity, it looked empty. Plenty of sunbeds and tables available all the time, which is great. I don't know where everyone was. However, at night I missed some more energy, despite the hotel does it's best offering live music/djs performances, just a very few guests would show up. So, at least during my stay, things were a bit too quiet for my taste at night at least.
Something I would improve: I don't know if it's due the increasing sea level, but it looks like the water is gaining terrain to the island, and because of that, some parts of the island look a bit ugly, and the management is trying to fix it with sandbags. Specially in some beach bungalows/villas that have many sandbags in the terrace. If I were staying at one of those beach villas, I would definitely complain.

Everything was good. The staff is always ready to help you and the view is so nice in addition to the variety of the food and activities. I tried both the sea and beach villas and I have a common comment which is a bed mattress and pillow are not comfortable. Moreover, the waiting time for transportation inside the resort is long and almost full.
Overall, the experience is still good.

I celebrated my 50th birthday here. We travel a lot and have already got to know some great hotels/resorts. The Dhigali Resort is the best we've come across so far. The various restaurants offer excellent cuisine and perfect service. The patisserie is unbeatable. The spa is marvellous and the treatments are fabulous. There is live music and great bars. Everything is taken care of here and you feel great. We would like to thank Chris (General Manager) and his team. We will be back as soon as possible. Best regards Monique & Axel
