The Joy Island All-Inclusive concept includes the following:

- Afternoon tea/coffee with snacks (4.30pm to 6pm)

A magical place and a slice of heaven! We had a bungalow over the turquoise lagoon, which was beautifully presented and ‘cleaned’ twice a day. Unfortunately, the weather was often very windy and so we couldn’t swim in the lagoon, but a short walk onto the white sand beach provided a safe and truly gorgeous place to swim.
The food in all of the restaurants was plentiful and mostly delicious and the staff couldn’t do enough for you, with each wearing a warm and welcoming smile.
My husband needed to see the doctor due to a chest infection and this was arranged within the hour - excellent service.
The island is beautifully maintained and absolutely spotless.
The delivery of our luggage was run like a well-oiled machine.
We swam with the turtles and felt safe and secure with 12 guests and 6 accompanying staff.
Our welcome and goodbye greetings were truly lovely - thank you.
Two suggestions:
1.Make it very clear as to which items are chargeable from your room fridge - as this was a little confusing.
2. Warn guests when you are spraying the mosquito insecticide as this was a bit of a surprise!

A dream come true in the Lagoon Pool Villa. With our host Kiki organizing the celebration of our Anniversary: floating breakfast / Spa treatments and making us aware of interesting events
Met Chef Anton and had positive conversation on how the food was prepared, which I enjoyed.
Enjoyed the Snorkeling excursion organized by Maria, was able to attend the Gym and would holiday at joy Island again and recommend family and friends to visit.

We went to joy island for our honeymoon. As part of the honeymoon benefits, they prepared a special meal and provided exceptional service with kindness and professionalism. Host Hassaan was especially helpful, guiding us throughout our stay and reminding us of our daily schedule. We were able to enjoy all the perks offered for honeymooners!
We stayed in both a Lagoon Villa and a Lagoon Pool Villa, and the views were breathtaking. The facilities were relatively new and very clean. The meals were varied and delicious, making it a place I highly recommend!
