Rooms need a little upgrade, beds are hard lol but that was the only bad thing. They have the best beach hands down, staff is amazing, Breakfast was my favorite! Kary at the beach was wonderful, please ask for her. She is attentive, makes a good drink and will spoil you. Miriam at the night time bar by the restaurants is super sweet with the most hospitality. I was amazed she remembered me and my drink orders after one night, there are so many people there. Spa was nice , I recommend you do a morning there before you get your beach on.

The room was amazing, great service. I liked that they had food everywhere, and people always everywhere; really kind. I heard-and felt too, the overheat in a lot of areas on the hotel, affecting the employees too. Why Dreams turns off the heat in restaurants and on the waiting areas on the different restaurants? On summer only bothers people, should really fix that for their employees in or order to give a great service, and us, the costumer that stays with them.
Food was nice, nothing breathtaking to be honest. Beach great. Hope they get the AC better, but in the room It's fabulous!
The room was really nice, but even though most people It's on vacation, It would be just amazing they let us have Fire TV's, Apple's etc, on the rooms TV.

The hotel was great overall. The staff were amazing, the beach was great and our swim pool was the best. The restaurants as well were great but the Carnival buffet was our favorite.
The only negative was the Unlimited Team was a bit brash trying to sell their timeshares. They are a bit over the top. I understand a quick promo but as a company you should allow the customer to come to you instead of hounding them.

It had really good food like French toast, muffins, donuts and more for breakfast. It had plenty of fancy restaurants with authentic cultural dishes and more. The beach had a lot of algae and wasn’t calm most the time. Everything was close proximity and also the staff were extremely friendly. They also gave us a free pair of slippers as a parting gift.

Best vacation ever. I recommend this place. The workers are so kind and do everything in their will to help you out. Room service was amazing and if you’re wondering I went August 31-sept 7 and it was a wonderful time. The beaches waters pool and hotel was super clean. The views were truly heartwarming. You also see fishes in the ocean they do not harm you it’s just great vibes.
