My wife and I just spent a week here and had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food and drink were amazing, and the pool, beach area, and the entire property overall were pristine. This resort is not too big, not too small, but just right. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Princess Punta Cana for a week. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the resort. The staff are very attentive and friendly, we enjoyed the resort so much partially due to the staff, they are all great ! The entertainment team are excellent and work really hard to offer you great entertainment from day to night. A special mention to Valeria who is a credit to the resort. The reception staff are always quick to resolve any issues you may have, (key card stopped working / small leak from air con unit) the staff resolved it immediately. The staff hold themselves with such decoram and respect, we witnessed some entitled guest be extremely rude to the staff through no fault of the staff, they were always polite and courteous back to said entitled persona, I cannot same I’d be so polite back. The only negative is we upgraded to the VIP package, which we are unsure we would do again, partially because we didn’t use it to its full potential, which is not the resorts fault merely ours. You get unlimited room service which we didn’t use. We preferred the none VIP area of the beach, however is this is personal choice. We did benefit from a sea view room, with close proximity to the beach and pool. complimentary rum bottle and a lobster meal for two. The food is nice and we always had plenty of options, we enjoyed all the restaurants. Given the opportunity we would definitely return to Punta Cana Princess.

Wow there’s many complainers here. Our trip was perfection. Every staff member was kind and attentive. The grounds were immaculate and the beach was gorgeous. The buffet was way better than expected and I actually preferred going there compared to the restaurants (though, those were pretty fabulous too). We tipped throughout the trip and the staff were appreciative and demonstrated this through ongoing 5 star service. The nightly entertainment was fun. I’m way past my party years so this was the right amount of fun and chill. The resort is quiet and small but that’s exactly what I loved! Yess there’s vendors poking around but if you’ve been to a beach ever in your life, it happens. Folks are trying to make a living. Not one was rude or pushy when told “no thanks” You do have to be prepared for the “reserved” chair battles at the beach, but this is pretty normal. We were patient and by lunch time, seats would open up. My only gripe was the air conditioning but I’m also cognizant of infrastructure and this being an older resort. It takes longer for the room to cool. It doesn’t get icy frigid like in a hotel, but I slept comfortably and it was clearly cooler than outside. I would 1000% return, I can’t believe the reservations I had based off some of these reviews. If you’re on the fence, do it! If you’re strictly all about the higher end bougie resorts and these are your expectations for all resorts, don’t come here. The staff are too amazing to deal with your BS.

We went with our closest friends and we had an awesome time with almost everyone at the hotel. We enjoyed the music, activities and games. Tequila, Valeria y Erika were the best entertainment team ever. The food was amazing and the waitress and chef were kind and friendly. Also Maria our bartender she was funny and super friendly !
