The location is absolutely stunning, right on the ocean. The water and sand are exceptionally clean and pleasantly warm, even in December. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday in the sun. Our room was spacious and spotless, adding to our comfort. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including fresh fruit juices at breakfast, which were a highlight. However, the coffee could be improved, and it would be better if the cooked food in the buffet was served on hot plates to keep it warm. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We had a great time here with a party of 19. Rooms are clean and fully stocked. AC was strong. Very friendly staff. Food was very good and the specialty restaurants are amazing. The beach was very clean and a great location. Kids love the pool and kiddie pool. Had a great time and will definitely come back!

We just spent 14 days here with a group of ten. Beautiful place, excellent staff, excellent food, beautiful beach. The staff work so hard. This is a third world country and they go all out. Very clean. They do speak Spanish because that’s their language. But there is always someone to help you. We did all the restaurants and had a blast. We are all 60 plus. Hemingway bar was a great spot. We danced nightly. If this place doesn’t satisfy you I suggest you don’t travel to third world countries. I honestly can say we didn’t have any issues. I hope other people realize this is their home not ours. Pick up your own garbage. We will be back ❤️🇨🇦

The location is very good and our room was centrally located which was helpful. All of the staff are amazing with our baby and take the time to say hello to her and make a fuss. She’s only just started to say a few words, but she’s already picked up “hola” which I love. The food is good for gluten intolerance and there is plenty of choice. The activities for children are excellent.

Everything about overall was very good. Service was very good, Biki was amazing and always went above and beyond. We never had a bad encounter with a server or bartender. Pools and drinks were amazing. My only complaint is that the rooms are too warm. For the rooms to only get to 75°F in a tropical area is a bit ridiculous. There needs to be something done, I understand energy savings but rooms should be able to be set to the comfort of the guest.
