Our second day and so far it’s been good. The bellboy bas cheerful and welcoming. Buffet last night was great, the servers at the restaurants and bars are quick happy to serve. Not seen so much activities at the pool yet but still early to judge as we haven’t expored the other areas yet. Massive resort with lots of walking but there’s a tram system that haven't had the chance to use.

This resort is amazing! There's so many different food options and daily activities that they offer. Everything is clean, including the rooms and the outside areas. The restaurants requiring reservations are very classy, and the overall vibes of the resort are great. Esmeralda was very a very helpful and friendly presence.

Vacation Oct 2024 with some friends and had a great time at the beach and the pools. There were poolside and beach side activities planned by the staff for the young and old at heart, and we zumba our way right into a beautiful cancer run supported by the resort. The rooms were simple yet cleaned daily by the efficient and friendly staff. The shower wasn't the best due to the deep soaker tub and the difficult time getting in and out, but the poolside and garden views from our room made up for that.
The food choices were many and quite delicious. The drinks at the bar and coffee shop were refreshing. Everything was always well organized and ready on time.
I can not stress enough that the friendliness and professionalism of the staff were amazing. The smiles, kind words, and genuine laughter are all part of this amazing establishment. I would highly recommend this paradise for your next vacation. Great appreciation is given , especially towards the front desk with Felix Parrot and his staff

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for what would be a truly unforgettable vacation.
The resort is nestled in a stunning tropical paradise, with pristine white-sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters just steps away from our room. The lush, well-maintained gardens throughout the property added to the serene and picturesque ambiance.
Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated in a modern Caribbean style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploration and relaxation. We loved the little touches, like the towel art left by housekeeping each day and the well-stocked minibar. The balcony offered a stunning view of the ocean, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Upgraded to block 2000 near pool and beach. Few issues with our room upon check-in as electric stopped working. - as an engineer I knew the problem, could have happened anywhere, manager quickly moved rooms and got us sorted. Great location, staff couldn't be more than helpful, happy and pleasant. Good a/c in room. Jose Luis looked after our room, here was excellent. All three hotels are in one resort with use of them all. Food was brilliant, lots of local food different from what we normally eat but we never starved! The specialty restaurants are also good to try. Beach had seaweed but a few times a week they had machines in to clean it. The hotel was immaculate, grounds and rooms everywhere was spotless. We had a great holiday, we read the reviews before we left and were panicking, honestly don't know where I could have found fault. Yes tap water will make you sick. We used bottled water for brushing teeth but ice and hotel water In restaurants are all filtered. The facilities in this place are second to none in punta Cana. There are people who will find fault but I think these people will never be pleased in any hotel, all I can say is we had a blast, great holiday, great staff, great location, great entertainment, beautiful hotel and the Dominicans are great!
