It was incredible. Clean and beautiful beach. Refreshing and delicious cocktails. The work of the animators was at the highest level, every day there were new competitions in which it was interesting to participate. Special thanks to Julio and other animators. We will be happy to come back here again.

Great affordable “5 star” resort. Staff were friendly and we had a great time. Recently remodeled building so everything looks very classy. Location is good and the beach is within walking distance and nice. The only 2 things I can complain about is that the restaurants that you have to reserve are not that great. Most of the food they serve feels like it’s just recycled from the buffet section. We tried all of them and we actually preferred the buffet. The other issue is that they have time share associates on property that appear to be employees but they are not. They will trick you into going on one of their “tours” and then they get really aggressive trying to sell you their trip packages. We wasted a half a day of our valuable vacation because of their deceitful tactics. I don’t like the fact that the hotel allows these people to operate on their property. The last thing I want while on vacation is to be hounded by timeshare salesmen. It’s also worth noting that my wife and I sleep in late (until around 10am) and one morning we woke up to our door being aggressively shaken because someone was trying to get in. We may have forgot to put up the do not disturb sign because we went straight to sleep after landing from our flight, but luckily I put a special door lock I bought off Amazon (highly recommend for any travelers safety) so they weren’t able to get in. But they almost broke my door lock (as seen in my pictures) trying to get in. It’s also worth noting we don’t sleep with any clothes on so I can’t imagine what would have happened if I didn’t have my door lock set up and they just came barging in while we were asleep.

The Animation Princess Entertainment Team is the heart of the hotel, bringing energy and excitement to every moment! Jailin, Francisco, Lorena, Ricardo, Pablo, and Julio go above and beyond to ensure guests have an amazing time, whether at the beach, pool, theatre, or lobby. Their enthusiasm and dedication make every day special, and their lively evening staff show is the perfect way to end a fantastic day. Additionally, some of the buffet staff members were very friendly. Good not what we expected. Being a tropical island, we expected to have natural juice. At least have a stand to make smoothies.

Very hot! But it’s truly amazing. The beach is clear and beautiful. Pools are also clear and lots of activities! Staff are very friendly and silly. Tours were amazing. They have so much to offer. So try it out! One of the staffs name is Lorena, be sure to meet her! She’s really fun!
