Exceeded expectations. I have a severe peanut allergy and I was made very comfortable to eat at all restaurants and buffet. The animation team makes the days and nights much more fun. Flabio from animation team is also great. All staff works very hard and constantly keeping the property clean. Would recommend

What I really liked about the property is that my room was within walking distance of the beach. I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence or because of the email I sent beforehand requesting a room close to the beach, but it worked out perfectly. The property is very clean overall—the washrooms are spotless, smell great, and there are plenty of staff members working hard to maintain everything. They're all very friendly as well. A special shoutout to Estefany from the Food Market, who was always welcoming, smiling, and attentive every time we walked in. • I didn't like that we were approached by members of the concierge inviting us to have lunch at another Princess property. It wasn't clear what the purpose was, and in the end it turned out to be one of those membership presentations where they try to sell you a plan with fees and long-term commitments that are hard to get out of. At first, I genuinely thought it was just a lunch, a tour of the hotel, and maybe some information about discounts as a way to build loyalty to the hotel chain. But no- I ended up feeling misled and like I had wasted my time. As soon as I realized what was going on, I clearly said that if I had known it was a sales presentation, I never would have agreed to go. After more than two hours of listening, I finally had to cut them off and leave. Don't let yourself get pulled into this unless you're actually interested in their membership.

Everyone at this resort was so helpful with everything and incredible service. The entertainers are super friendly and treat you like family, and for entertainment in general it was the best I seen at any resort. Multiple games every couple hours, dancing, aqua fitness, prizes. Everyone a part of the animation team is amazing.

The room is big however the AC leaves something to be desired for Americans, it's not quite the same and as others have mentioned, leaves a sulfer smell. There's normal things in the Caribbean to be expected, tiny bugs etc. The food is good for an all inclusive, nothing special but decent and edible and abundant vs normal Caribbean all invlusives these days. The entertanment makes up for a lot though. They're fun and friendly and very entertaining esp Harky!

Second time staying here. Everything is perfect again! All our needs were met and we really loved the animation team keeping us laughing and dancing. Munich, Dariela and Luz were super fun at the dance class 😁
