I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel itself was perfect in every way – from the stunning architecture to the immaculate cleanliness of the facilities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views, making my stay all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my visit was certainly the activities available by the pool and the beach. There was something for everyone, whether it was lounging by the pool with a delicious cocktail, participating in water sports, or enjoying fun games organized by the staff. The atmosphere was lively, and I felt completely at ease, surrounded by friendly fellow guests and attentive staff. A special mention goes to our host, Ricardo, who truly made our experience unforgettable. His warmth and friendliness were evident from the moment we arrived. He was not only super nice, but also exceptionally skilled at ensuring that every guest had a fantastic time. Ricardo took time to get to know us, offering personalized recommendations for activities and dining, and he was always available to assist with any queries we had. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a dream come true, and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with fantastic activities and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further! Thank you to everyone, especially Ricardo, for making my vacation so special. I can't wait to return!

We stayed in the Caribe Deluxe Princess for 13 nights and it was overall a delightful experience. We got a superior room and it was very spacious and clean. Refreshments are always available in the rooms and clean towels daily. The beach was great and the several pools available were very nice too. We were very surprised that the space is so well kept and clean at all times. The weather was unpredictable, but the rooms had umbrellas available for guests which was a plus. The food here was above avarage too and a great selection for all tastes. The entertainment at this resort was excellent. There were diverse activities during the day and night and the team was always very involved and interactive with all the guests. A special mention to Francisco from the entertainment team for always making time for us and bringing a smile to our day/evening.

We had an amazing time here on holiday. The pool and the rooms are amazing the only complaint I would have is that none of the food on the buffet is labeled with what it is and what allergens there is as between us there’s a peanut and fish/shellfish allergy but it wouldn’t stop us from coming back here again. The poolside animation team are great especially Francisco he was amazing fun, super friendly and my partner loved the waterpolo

This is not much of a resort is more like camp. The only thing that makes it nice is the location. When I went there the worst thing was the service. Employees were very unhappy. Also, there is a status quo. If you have money and tip well you get better service. But we didn’t even have the chance to tip well because of how rude employees were. The lines to eat are very long, like a chow hall. Little things hold up the line. For example, one time there was a man in front of me who did not wants his eggs cooked with anyone else's eggs, so we pretty much had to wait in line until they were done with his eggs. Also, we can barely find a table and our party of 11 was never able to sit together. The rooms were not super clean but okay. The view from my room when I went there was of a construction site. Everything was a line, shuttle, food, drinks, you name it. The beach chairs were very comfortable and the view awesome. The pool and pool service was good as well. I did not like the pool activities, I thought they were dumb. But the night show I attended was fun. Oh, and the different restaurants available to eat, are not really available because is reservation based and nothing was open the week we went there. Very terrible experience. Overall, I would have paid more and gone to another resort. I will never go to another type of these resorts. I know the problem comes from the top leadership/management.

The welcome was excellent, the guys were friendly, the rooms were very good and comfortable, we rested very well, the drinks were excellent, my favorite drink was the Malibu and the cappuccino was wonderful, all the areas are very clean, mentioning the aerobics with Francisco are fantastic. Also mention that the hotel is very safe. and we will return in December for Christmas
