The food can be better. The rooms can be cleaner. I feel like the AC is to hard to relax. I switched off, because of this. My first time her in the Caribbean. Nice people. The animation is so nice and funny. They really make your day betters thank You🫶

Honestly, not what we expected. It's very quiet and not many people here . The beach is not calm water so I'd suggest going to the south end of the island . The staff seems overwhelmed and good luck getting a drink unless you speak Spanish. The telephone in the room didn't work, the sheets were dirty and we had no towels at all . The food is top notch though and so are the drinks . There was zero shows due to some beauty contest that played the same song over and over for 4 hrs while people paraded on stage while you considered cutting yourself to make it stop

My experience at Caribe deluxe princess was astonishing. Warm and inviting environment whether your on a soul mates trip or simply vacationing with your family the experience was was everything we expected and beyond . We enjoyed everything from room service to restaurants and shows . I brought my family out to the “gala show” where a professional team performed and invited guests to participate. Also the show host Julio did an amazing job , he created a bond with the audience and managed well the entire show , his enthusiasm was amazing and professional. I highly recommend this place . And also great service at the lobby bar with Winston .

We had a great time with the all inclusive! The food from the buffet was amazing! Lots of options and everyday there was something new! The staff was so friendly and their was so many activities to do around the resort so we never got bored! The activity staff Diana and Leini, Andres, Pablo, Jaylen, Carlos were so fun and we had a great time. Would definitely come back!

The service at this hotel was wonderful. It's worth the money for the Platinum upgrade. The Platinum restaurant was amazing the Japanese restaurant was wonderful entertainment crew was outstanding with chocolatte Julio and all the ladies. The bingo and staff show was amazing. One thing I wish the hotel has was bikes to ride around the hotel.
