Aida in Tali Restaurant was wonderful to us! She was very accommodating. Shes an asset to Bahia! Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Carmen cleaned our room and was lovely and always had our room fully stocked. Nightly entertainment was really fun! Always something going on! This hotel resort is very nice.

The food was very delicious, super well cooked, well seasoned. The cheesecake i ate has to be the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten in my life. The service is super good, good vibes, good people sweet and kind. I recommend.

I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. Air Quality & Smell: The two main restaurants had an overwhelming foul odor—so bad that it felt like eating in a toilet. This made dining incredibly unpleasant. Food & Service: The food quality was poor, with very limited options that quickly ran out. The service was nonexistent—staff barely attended to guests, didn’t bring drinks, and even refused to serve champagne or shots. At one point, they even claimed they couldn’t bring water because they didn’t have glasses. Room Conditions: Despite supposedly being newly renovated, our room had no bathroom ventilator, a malfunctioning AC that kept turning on and off, and a dirty couch covered in human bodily fluid stains—which I had to clean myself after my complaints were ignored. The sink also did not drain properly. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Calling reception twice and directly speaking to the cleaning staff made no difference—our requests were simply ignored. I also called and asked for umbrellas which was also ignored. For a supposedly high-end resort, the lack of basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, and decent customer service is unacceptable. If you are looking for a good relaxing vacation, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Pro .Nice place . Good food . Easy to get drinks. Fantastic room with balcony. Nice little casino. Food area by beach good limited menu. Ala cart restaurants very good don't forget to reserve. Con...beach frontage way too small for a resort this size, don't plan on getting a lounge chair in the shade at beach or at one of the pools unless you claim one early ( 8ish).Huge property size.

Bahia Principe Grand Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, is a truly fantastic destination for a holiday. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery featuring coconut and palm trees that create a serene and picturesque environment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind. The pools are incredible, offering plenty of space to relax and have fun, while the beach is nothing short of spectacular – a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and waves. The all-inclusive package is excellent, with unlimited drinks and a variety of buffet options that cater to different tastes. The fine dining restaurants also deliver a great culinary experience. Overall, our group and families had an amazing time here. Everything about the resort exceeded expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation!
