The entire resort was amazing. Very friendly staff! Anything we needed they helped us with everything and were glad to do so with a a smile on their face.. The guys at the bar by the pool were all super friendly and excellent service. The people who are in charge of the animations were all very involved with getting people to participate in activities. Jonathan who is part of the animation was super helpful and friendly. I wish I knew all their names to add them but everyone was very nice and friendly in the resort.

Beautiful big resort with lots to do. Daily evening events, amazing restaurants with great food (except for Tequila, avoid the Mexican restaurant because it was a mess! Drunk staff and bad food) but the rest were tasty! Pools are big and the bar tenders were great! Didn’t get to go to the beach due to the crazy amount of seaweed that hit the Caribbean but thats not the resorts fault! Overall i would recommend this resort especially if you have kids, they have the amazing Bahia Principe Fantasia within the compound which is magical!

Extremely bad experience personally. Travelled with family, 11 year old and 4 month old with my husband. The country itself was amazing, amazing buffet, amazing people but the resort was terrible!!! We changed the room 3 times, the door was not working with the key in the first room. The second room was very unhealthy to breathe in, smell of mold and wet bed. The front desk was giving attitude when we asked for extra towels or we needed shampoo. The shampoo bottles were always empty, the shower had a really bad smell. Imagine this is ALL INCLUSIVE, we asked for extra bottles of water because the mini fridge only has 4 and we are 3 people, one bottle is not enough over night! To get to the buffet or the main lobby, you have to hop into those electric golf carts and we had a baby stroller it was very stressful because the golf carts are not safety with a baby. The air conditioning was so old you can smell the nasty filters we were having headaches and sneezing nonstop. The buffet and whole hotel has NO A/C, you literally sweat and eat inside the buffet. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waste of money and our time should’ve went to Cancun much better!

Had a good time. Weather was perfect, restrants were very good and the buffets were great for lunches. The breakfast buffet was good ,sometimes the food was not warm enough but the fresh food was very good. The workers were very polite and accommodating. If you needed something, they did there best to get it. The first days, hey didn't have the premium alcohol that I drink and I asked my bartender, and I had it the rest of my stay. The maid service was resly good never had any problems in the room.

Disappointing Experience – Needs Serious Improvement The property itself is extremely run-down. We experienced a leakage from the floor above, which was never addressed despite reporting it. One of the most upsetting parts of our stay was the noticeable difference in how guests were treated. It became clear that staff prioritized large groups and fair-skinned guests, while others—like us—were often ignored. It was difficult to even get a glass of water at the dining area, and we were frequently overlooked by both staff and managers. The beds were old, hard, and very uncomfortable. When we requested additional blankets, the ones given had holes, and the one in the closet was covered in dust, which triggered a full allergic reaction for me. We inquired two nights in advance about a late check-out and were told we had to request it the morning of, and that it would cost $30 for two extra hours. We followed up again the day before and were told the same thing. However, on the day of checkout, we were abruptly denied, with a rude manager stating it was no longer possible. Many of the staff members, especially the managers and receptionists, were cold and unprofessional. The servers looked overworked, tired, and unhappy—understandably so given the conditions. Although the seaweed problem in Punta Cana is environmental, the smell of rotting seaweed around the property was unbearable and should be better managed. As someone who works in the customer service industry, specifically as a flight attendant for a major airline, I was appalled at the treatment we received. No guest should feel like a second-class citizen based on how they look. Every guest deserves equal respect and attention. Please do better—for the sake of your future guests and your reputation.
