We stayed in villa 15, right in the center of everything, close to the buffets, main areas, and the beach. There was always something to do, with lots of entertainment throughout the day and night, including pool activities, dance areas, live music, and performances. The entertainment crew was absolutely amazing and really made the experience. Special shoutout to Juan, Lorena, Frederick, and Ruben, such fun, energetic, and genuinely great people. The bartenders were also fantastic. I rarely knew exactly what drink I wanted, and whenever I asked for “something with ___,” they always came up with creative and delicious drinks. The food was great as well, with lots of variety, and the resort even had a coffee machine and a barista, which was a huge plus for coffee lovers like myself. The beach was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There was seaweed in the water, but the maintenance crew was constantly cleaning it and making sure the beach stayed accessible. This was my first time staying at a resort, and while resorts aren’t for everyone, I really enjoyed having a fun, stress-free week with my friend and not having to worry about anything. That said, there were a few downsides. We noticed ants on the balcony, and both my friend and I had multiple bug bites on our legs, which may have been bed bugs or possibly something from the beach, we couldn’t confirm. Another downside was the cost of excursions, most of which were over $100 USD per person. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable vacation with great staff and entertainment.

Nothing to complain about! Rooms were upgraded so that was a nice surprise! Food has been very good and people are very nice. Magic show last night was surprisingly great and looking forward to the foam party this afternoon. Definitely something for everyone.

A 3.5 - 3 stars for me. Before even beggining the review keep that in mind MOSQUITOES. A LOT OF MOSQUITOES. my legs is literally red from it. The hotel is very luxuous, the staff is polite, except for 2 or 3 people. Our room was pretty clean, the AC worked well, at the point of even colding in the night. If you open any door of the door the AC stop working keep that in mind. If you tip the maid a little she will full your fridge to the border. Loved it. You need to keep in mind too that its 5 hotels together, so it mean ... A LOT OF PEOPLE. Their is bus that get you to the beach, or any stop you want or even to other hotels which is very cool. Of course a lot of pool, the 3 main pool close the beach are extremely full of people which i dont really like in my pov. The beach is incredible a bit of sargassum but incredible. The little restaurant close to the beach is very very good lot or choice and well organized they have burgers, hot dogs, sweet potatoes fries, onion rings etc even a ice cream machine. They have a lot of choice of reservation restaurant, i only didn't liked the fish market personally. Their casino is pretty cool, the discoteca too. Keep in mind there is absolutely no way to have any other us dollars on resort, so bring enough ! So my why is a 3.5 -4 is Too much people Lot of mosquitoes Depend on what you are looking for of course!

The cleanliness of this resort in general is poor. Poolside we sat all day with what looked like an ashtray was poured out infront of our beach chairs asking several workers to please clean and all ignored. Recliners and tables dirty and sticky from previous night. Room not cleaned first few days. Food at pool buffet stale. Silverware and drink cups dirty. With the exception of a few good staff.service is poor. Here for a wedding and everything promised was extra on arrival. I broke my ankle first day of arrival getting out of the kids pool on a very slippery unmarked underwater speed bump. Trying to talk to anyone about any kind of help or compensation is a joke. Passing us around from person to person for days. I will try to phone a lawyer tomorrow to deal with this. Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues here. This is a three star hotel at best...

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a free room upgrade. This room was cleaned by Jolanda everyday who always made sure the room was spotless and we had clean towels. The pools were not very busy and the bar staff were very helpful to everyone. They have shared tipping rather than the tip going to that specific person. There are sun beds available at all times. We stayed in September so the beach did have a lot of seaweed but the staff were out everyday trying to get rid of what they could so guests could enjoy the beach. The only negative would be how the waiters and waitresses treat some guests at meal times in the main buffet - we got ignored on a regular occasion and had to go out our way to get drinks whereas other tables around us would be getting their drinks refilled at the table and brought to them. Buffet food was delicious and had such a great selection with different themed nights. We went to the Asian and Italian restaurants which I would also highly recommend booking. The ground staff were constantly working hard to repair the cracked floorings (assuming from earthquakes), and the gardeners were always out making sure everything was up to standard. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely look at coming back in the future.
