The first room we were given was not great.there was mold in the bathroom. As my daughter and I have breathing issues we could not stay in that room. The management team was amazing and moved us to a renovated room free of charge! Yan on the entertainment team was amazing!!! He was so friendly and funny! Food was great. No complaints there. Beach was great, pools were fantastic! Thank you for a great week!!!

I’ll list the cons first, followed by the pros. Cons: 1-Room quality: The room (building 73) looked much older than the online photos. The furniture was very worn, housekeeping was disappointing (dirty sheets were not changed), there was no trash bin except in the bathroom, and the water in the shower and sink was extremely hot with no cold option. Despite contacting concierge, the issue was never fixed. The walls were thin, there was a connecting door to the next room, and noise from neighbors was disturbing at night. There was also a noisy machine outside the room that ran all night and was never repaired. Overall, I was not satisfied with the room. 2.Entertainment: Limited and could be improved. 3.À la carte restaurants: Underwhelming overall; the Italian restaurant was particularly weak and not recommended. Pros: 1.Staff: Very friendly, polite, and genuinely kind throughout the resort, especially in public areas like the lobby and buffet. 2.Cleanliness: Outdoor areas, pools, lobbies, and public restrooms were consistently clean and well maintained. 3.Transportation: Shuttle carts ran frequently, which was very convenient given the size of the resort. 4.Buffet: Excellent variety, fresh and tasty food, and changing options at each meal. This was the first Caribbean resort where I was truly satisfied with the buffet. 5.Shopping: A great variety of souvenir shops in Bahia Village. better and more convenient than those in downtown Punta Cana. Overall: Aside from the room issues and weak à la carte restaurants, I was happy with most aspects of the resort and had a generally positive experience.

We had a recently renovated room that far exceeded our expectations. Their shuttle service ran on going making it convienent to get around. Lots of variety at buffet with rotation and a la cartes were a great addition. The Greek in particular was high end and Japenese was entertaining. Friendly service throughout though if you spoke Spanish it went further. Went with TripCentral and recommend them.

We stayed in villa 15, right in the center of everything, close to the buffets, main areas, and the beach. There was always something to do, with lots of entertainment throughout the day and night, including pool activities, dance areas, live music, and performances. The entertainment crew was absolutely amazing and really made the experience. Special shoutout to Juan, Lorena, Frederick, and Ruben, such fun, energetic, and genuinely great people. The bartenders were also fantastic. I rarely knew exactly what drink I wanted, and whenever I asked for “something with ___,” they always came up with creative and delicious drinks. The food was great as well, with lots of variety, and the resort even had a coffee machine and a barista, which was a huge plus for coffee lovers like myself. The beach was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There was seaweed in the water, but the maintenance crew was constantly cleaning it and making sure the beach stayed accessible. This was my first time staying at a resort, and while resorts aren’t for everyone, I really enjoyed having a fun, stress-free week with my friend and not having to worry about anything. That said, there were a few downsides. We noticed ants on the balcony, and both my friend and I had multiple bug bites on our legs, which may have been bed bugs or possibly something from the beach, we couldn’t confirm. Another downside was the cost of excursions, most of which were over $100 USD per person. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable vacation with great staff and entertainment.

All the employees are great Except for some that Should not work in public I am sure they’re trying their best to have great people but enough in cases and my eight days stay I’ve seen more than any other places that was before The food is warm, not hot It doesn’t taste anything but amount of money I paid because I unaccompanied friends that didn’t want to pay a lot. That’s what you get. I was at the Bavaro princess two weeks ago With my son in the platinum section You cannot come here If you want Not to pay a lot this is the place to go I never had to stay 15 minutes in line to get a full towel before I never had to wait 20 minutes to get a cappuccino coffee ever I never had to wait 30 minutes for breakfast And then get in have the food gone and dry and salty The mini fridge in the room they forgot to fill it. I had to ask all the time. The usual cockroach that I found in my curtains I left it in the room under glass so they can see it There is way too much people here The fantastic employees do the best they can, but they are overwhelmed and often tired Transportation on location is OK You can come here you should stay at the Amber Section, or don’t even bother coming here If you forget all of these issues, you will find a nice clean resort Don’t come here for the entertainment you will be disappointed
