I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. Air Quality & Smell: The two main restaurants had an overwhelming foul odor—so bad that it felt like eating in a toilet. This made dining incredibly unpleasant. Food & Service: The food quality was poor, with very limited options that quickly ran out. The service was nonexistent—staff barely attended to guests, didn’t bring drinks, and even refused to serve champagne or shots. At one point, they even claimed they couldn’t bring water because they didn’t have glasses. Room Conditions: Despite supposedly being newly renovated, our room had no bathroom ventilator, a malfunctioning AC that kept turning on and off, and a dirty couch covered in human bodily fluid stains—which I had to clean myself after my complaints were ignored. The sink also did not drain properly. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Calling reception twice and directly speaking to the cleaning staff made no difference—our requests were simply ignored. I also called and asked for umbrellas which was also ignored. For a supposedly high-end resort, the lack of basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, and decent customer service is unacceptable. If you are looking for a good relaxing vacation, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Pro .Nice place . Good food . Easy to get drinks. Fantastic room with balcony. Nice little casino. Food area by beach good limited menu. Ala cart restaurants very good don't forget to reserve. Con...beach frontage way too small for a resort this size, don't plan on getting a lounge chair in the shade at beach or at one of the pools unless you claim one early ( 8ish).Huge property size.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The biggest disappointment was the food—low quality, long lines for even basic items, and frequent shortages of plates and glasses, requiring guests to wait for clean ones. The buffet restaurant had a strong unpleasant smell and was not well-maintained or cleaned properly. On a positive note, the renovated rooms were decent, and the beach was beautiful. The access from the rooms to the beach and pools was very convenient. However, overall, it was not a great vacation. Food and service are key elements of a good hotel experience, and this resort fell short in both areas. I would not recommend it for those who value dining and service quality.

Filthy, dangerous, and extremely unpleasant. IGNORE MOST SHORT REVIEWS HERE, THEY ARE FAKE. Read long reviews. Here is a detailed account of what to expect if you come here: 1. RECEPTION / CHECK IN: it took us 1h30 to check in, and that's because we complained. Staff actively refuses to help. Keeps saying "5 minutes" and then leaves you for half an hour, until you find a next staff member. Everyone seems to be doing you a favor and is extremely disrespectful. 2. FOOD: absolutely disgusting and dangerous. Talked to several people who said they had food poisoning. The entire buffet smells HORRIBLE. The food has no taste whatsoever, in all restaurants, even the themed ones. 3. ROOMS: rooms were dirty when we arrived, with cockroaches. Beds were dirty and had sand in it. The locker does not work. The room smells STRONGLY of humidity and mold. 4. MOSQUITOES: mosquitoes everywhere, everywhere. You are being bitten at all times, no exception. In the evening there are swarms of mosquitoes. Clearly no 5. STAFF: rude, disrespectful, lazy, zero effort. I have met 0 staff members who were actually helpful. There is an issue of either training or the hotel is paying such low salaries that at this wage rate they can only hire really bad staff. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A WEEK IN A TRUE NIGHTMARE.

I’m currently at this resort, and within just the first few hours, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After traveling all morning, we arrived around 3 PM and were told that only snack bars were serving food. Finding one was frustrating — we asked multiple staff members for directions, and only one person could actually help. Once we got there, most of the food was cold, greasy, and unappealing (burgers, fries, pizza). Vegetarian options were very limited, with just a small salad bar. There were no utensils in sight, and when we asked staff, they simply ignored us. The resort is massive, requiring a trolley just to get to our room. When we finally arrived, our wristbands didn’t work, and we were told that we had to walk to the closest trolley station, and wait at least 10 minutes just to return to the lobby for reprogramming. Why couldn’t the trolley driver just take us straight back after dropping off our bags you ask? That’s what they would’ve done at another resort that valued great customer service, safety, and security. Check-in took far too long, and despite that, they still didn’t assign our room correctly. This is a huge security issue and has made booking reservations even more difficult. There was no welcome drink, no explanation of the resort, no map, and no mention of an app to help navigate the property. Once inside the room, we immediately noticed what looked like a urine stain on the bed. Coincidentally, management knocked on our door within minutes to ask how the room was, and housekeeping also knocked shortly after to bring chocolates — it felt odd and intrusive to have so many interruptions right after checking in. I’ve called concierge six times already, only to be transferred to the public relations team, who never answered the phone. It’s also very apparent that this resort is low on resources compared to other resorts I’ve visited, like Dreams or Riu. The staff is also aggressively pushy when it comes to tipping and selling services. Overall, the employees have an attitude and are not customer service oriented. This is all within the first few hours of being here, and unfortunately, it’s already clear that I would never return to this resort or any Bahia property again.
