The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. A special shoutout to the animation team— specially for Anthony! they truly made this vacation unforgettable! Their energy, creativity, and friendliness were outstanding. The activities they organized were fun for guests of all ages, and their enthusiasm was contagious. Whether it was pool games, evening shows, or kids’ activities, the animation team brought so much life and joy to the experience.

Bahia Principe Grand Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, is a truly fantastic destination for a holiday. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery featuring coconut and palm trees that create a serene and picturesque environment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind. The pools are incredible, offering plenty of space to relax and have fun, while the beach is nothing short of spectacular – a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and waves. The all-inclusive package is excellent, with unlimited drinks and a variety of buffet options that cater to different tastes. The fine dining restaurants also deliver a great culinary experience. Overall, our group and families had an amazing time here. Everything about the resort exceeded expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation!

Reading over the reviews. The service was great, everyone was nice and always was there to serve/greet you. The coffee shop was great! Food was great. The setting was beautiful. The negatives were the rooms. I had a really bad experience the first night we addressed our problems and they fixed it and were so thankful. My wife and I had a wonderful time

Filthy, dangerous, and extremely unpleasant. IGNORE MOST SHORT REVIEWS HERE, THEY ARE FAKE. Read long reviews. Here is a detailed account of what to expect if you come here: 1. RECEPTION / CHECK IN: it took us 1h30 to check in, and that's because we complained. Staff actively refuses to help. Keeps saying "5 minutes" and then leaves you for half an hour, until you find a next staff member. Everyone seems to be doing you a favor and is extremely disrespectful. 2. FOOD: absolutely disgusting and dangerous. Talked to several people who said they had food poisoning. The entire buffet smells HORRIBLE. The food has no taste whatsoever, in all restaurants, even the themed ones. 3. ROOMS: rooms were dirty when we arrived, with cockroaches. Beds were dirty and had sand in it. The locker does not work. The room smells STRONGLY of humidity and mold. 4. MOSQUITOES: mosquitoes everywhere, everywhere. You are being bitten at all times, no exception. In the evening there are swarms of mosquitoes. Clearly no 5. STAFF: rude, disrespectful, lazy, zero effort. I have met 0 staff members who were actually helpful. There is an issue of either training or the hotel is paying such low salaries that at this wage rate they can only hire really bad staff. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A WEEK IN A TRUE NIGHTMARE.

Garden Grill is 10/10 The T-bone was juicy and flavourful cooked perfectly to perfected medium rare. The chef came out with the steak to assure satisfaction. All supporting staff are pleasant and happy to be working. Glass was never empty. Very Happy JUNIOR is top notch entertainment guy! Full of excitement energy very kind!! Hes is the funniest also
