Most of it was great, but there were two main setbacks. One the room had many issues with it, including uneven floor, which caused the door whenever it opened or closed to smack the floor. Second, the food was not the best tasting, and it gave me stomach problems which caused some of the days to be a pain. But if you are looking for great care of the resort, amazing beaches, and great service, this is a great place.

4🌟 -Iberostar Punta Cana. I've just been back from a 7 days all inclusive vacations. PROS: Resort : Beautifully kept, very green, feels you're at a tropical location. Rooms : Very spacious for a family of 3-4. Pools : I loved the pools!! In The blue pool you can walk around, kids can play as well, while the green pool is deep and you actually swim in deep without ppl around U, I loved it!! Beach - amazing beach, plenty of sun lounges for everyone to use. Breakfast : Fresh juices, eggs, sausages, yummy corn biscuits, delicious baked goods.I miss the baked goods 😋 Breakfast area - it's open, like ur sitting in a beautiful garden along 2 beautiful stocks and black birds around u. Snack area - they have a snack area that is open 11am - 6pm. I loved this place, they served burgers, pizzas, fries, beverages, deserts - everything was delicious! Drinks - non alcoholic/ alcoholic are GREAT! Not oversweetened. Entertainment: they have an AMAZING Entertainment team, one side they have shows like circus, magic show and the other side they play Latino music, karioke, retro night, all shows were great, the retro- Elvis presley singers and dancers were mind blowing, SOOO ENTERTAINING. Some evenings - A guy plays piano at the main reception- he's amazing too! I would visit the main lobby to Hear him play while sipping my evening coffee. Staff - Staff were very helpful! Some of them speak English and could assist us well. CONS: FOOD - Lunch/Dinner - the lunch n dinner are very bland/boring. Looks like the chef is not interested in cooking.Veggies/meat/Chicken/Fish are just chopped, either boiled or cooked or fried bland. I stayed at another resort in punta cana and the food was delicious. I was very dissapointed with lunch and dinner. I found the staff to be very unhygienic, I saw a worker entering the buffet section and grabbing cheerios, dry fruits with bare hands, not once but many times. I also found worms in my brocoli(pic below), avoid veggies that need cleaning. Speciality restaurants - they are worst, very bland (except, palapita) No swim up bar. WILDLIFE - I wish they had more wild life on property like peacocks, flamingos, cats. They have to work on their lunch and dinner menu, add some dominican flavors to their food. Overall I enjoyed my stay with my family, though the food waa very dissapointing, there were other positives that made my holiday!!

Definitely a great stay. Would go again. Would recommend. The staff is absolutely fantastic we were there for my birthday and they were great and sang happy birthday with instruments and everything! We were invited to the members breakfast it was not too bad it was only 1.5 hrs including breakfast and they were not super pushy. Overall great stay!

There are so many positives yet negatives of this resort. Firstly, the resort was very clean and staff were great. The rooms on the Punta Cana side were average, the bathrooms were nice but the actual room was dated. The food at the Ala Carte restaurants was good but the buffet was average for an all inclusive. The resort itself and the beach were nice. The entertainment could be so much better. There was hardly any music at the pools, no swim up bar (not the end of the world as they have servers but when it's busy you may be waiting a while) and the night life was very disappointing. The activities seemed to end early in the evening and even the club was disappointing.

Great Beach, good buffet, asian restaurant was above average. Italian and Mexican were below average. The room had proper furniture and amenities. It didn't feel outdated, however, it had a lot of humidity, so much that bedsheets and floor fett damp and cold. It even made me sick. Beverages were fine, as in other all inclusive they have little alcohol. Service was good, but i gave it 3/5 because it didn't feel natural. Perhaps I am not used to that much friendliness. On the plus side there were plenty of activities to keep you busy.
