I was there with a day pass, didn’t see the rooms so can not say anything good nor bad about that. The buffet was decent, enough choice of foods, some foods were cold and flies were free to roam around which was a disappointment. The pools were big and clean, we kept moving from sunbeds as we wanted to enjoy both sides of pools and each time there were sunbeds available. The animation team were very friendly and had fun activities. All personnel was very friendly and service was great!
Want to send a big thank you to the dressel diving team, they were able to provide good information about excursions and the free demo scuba diving was a really fun experience. I will definitely come back to do the scuba diving with them! Overall a really nice day!

Beautiful resort, lots of food options and gorgeous beach! The highlight of the trip was the exceptional customer service of the staff, all staff members are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional vacation getaway. The entertainment staff are amazing as well. Shout out to Chocolate for being an inclusive, energetic individual. He truly cares for the people he serves and does it from his heart- he created a wonderful experience for all guests. I’d come back here over and over again!

Clean and spacious rooms, kind staff, beautiful property, with decent food and drink options for an amazing price. Safe and quieter location with activities on site and additional activities for purchase available. A/C and safes in rooms. Amazing chill vibes all the time

The staff are what make this place worth it. I cannot give Mariano, Soila, or Yno enough praise for their amazing customer service.
The rooms are very basic but clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, but we skipped lunch each day due to its rather lackluster options.
The bartenders pour an amazing drink and this place does not skimp on the booze.
Overall this place is absolutely worth the money. I wish it was closer to areas for a trip to town but if you plan to be in 1 spot the entire time, do it.

It was all amazing. Everyone here is so fun and lively!!! They definitely provided a unique experience that I will never forget!!!! All the activities at night and during the day are definitely very well thought out and entertain everyone! but one thing I noticed was the lack of lighting in the pool area which makes it very difficult for those with low vision like me and is prone to causing accidents due to lack of awareness while walking in the area. Another point I noticed was that many attendants really didn't want to be there, which resulted in no type of visual contact or communication with guests (which is terrible for the hospitality of the place), the delay in being served even without queues and having to face the sullen facial expressions.
