I came to Punta Cana with my husband I like the beach I like the restaurant I like the drinks I drank strawberry daiquiri. I love them, mama. I love the peoples, and my husband was at the show. My husband was the best dancer. We gonna come back definitel from the animation stuff, Tyson and Adonis are good. We had a lot of fun with these people. They made our trip memorable.

Highly recommend! Beautiful location with amazing beach access and pools. Employees have the best service and make the stay so enjoyable, packing the day with fun activities and nightly shows and dancing is so much fun!

We just got back from this resort for a wedding. The pools and beach were great! Food was good. Service was good. The rooms are a little dated. The gym was excellent. Only complaints were our room seemed like they didn’t clean our room a few times near the end. Sheets weren’t changed, and they didn’t restock the fridge. Also, they allow vendors on site, and they were aggressive with wanting us to buy their items. Kind of turned me off. Other than that it was a good vacation.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant, with some great aspects but also a few drawbacks. Positives: • The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. • The pool and garden areas were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Negatives: • We stayed in a Junior Suite in Building 6, which was very outdated and in need of renovation. However, it was quiet, which we appreciated. • No information was provided at check-in regarding the hotel facilities, which made it difficult to navigate at first. • The quality and taste of the food were noticeably inferior compared to the Iberostar Selection next door. Overall, a nice stay with great service and beautiful surroundings, but improvements in room renovations and food quality would make it even better.

As beautiful as this place is, the last thing you want to see when you walk into a gorgeous room are pests. ROACHES to be exact. And then to spend all that money and time and energy on freaking out, when you tell the staff - they simply act as if this was a minuscule issue. They weren’t even phased. Never offered any accommodations for the experience or sympathized with us. I guess that’s what they’re used to.
