Everything was spectacular except for our last night here- we got turned away from the buffet with an hour until it closed for the night. All we wanted was a small dessert but I guess we won’t get that! Not the end of the world and isn’t going to ruin our vacation but this resort could definitely improve on food and food quality in every department other than desserts!

Beautiful resort, lots of food options and gorgeous beach! The highlight of the trip was the exceptional customer service of the staff, all staff members are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional vacation getaway. The entertainment staff are amazing as well. Shout out to Chocolate for being an inclusive, energetic individual. He truly cares for the people he serves and does it from his heart- he created a wonderful experience for all guests. I’d come back here over and over again!

The staff at this resort was so amazing and really went above and beyond. The food was good and the service at most of the restaurant was amazing. The only restaurant I did not care for was the Mexican one, it was a long wait for a table just to get in and get ignored. We had to keep asking for drinks that were never brought to us and the food took so long we left. I will say the team that they hire to hype of the crowd and dance was amazing. Adriana had just started there but she was great, she was very engaging with the crowd and walking around mingling. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they allow outside vendors to come and sell items. Although I know that is how they make money they are way too pushy to the point it's uncomfortable. If they are allowed to sell on the resort once a guest says no thank you that should be it. It was hard to walk to dinner because they were in the main walk ways and each vendor would stop you over and over. Overall the resort was excellent and I would return.

It was all amazing. Everyone here is so fun and lively!!! They definitely provided a unique experience that I will never forget!!!! All the activities at night and during the day are definitely very well thought out and entertain everyone! but one thing I noticed was the lack of lighting in the pool area which makes it very difficult for those with low vision like me and is prone to causing accidents due to lack of awareness while walking in the area. Another point I noticed was that many attendants really didn't want to be there, which resulted in no type of visual contact or communication with guests (which is terrible for the hospitality of the place), the delay in being served even without queues and having to face the sullen facial expressions.

I stayed in Iberostar Punta Cana in July 2024 and it was by far the most amazing experience. All the staff were very welcoming and went well above my expectations! Efrain our concierge was very resourceful and helped us with anything we needed. The staff in the restaurants were all fantastic and service was very timely. The animation all day long was outstanding and irresistible to participate. Christopher & Blinkenson were very engaging and entertaining as well and no matter what - had my friends and I on our feet dancing the evening away.Their charm, inclusiveness, energy and attention to service helped make our experience and enjoyable one.
