We just returned home after 9 days on this resort—myself, my boyfriend, and my 15 and 16 year old boys. We had an amazing time. The animation team was “Super” —especially Joker. There was always something fun to do but never any pressure to do it. Rooms were clean, comfortable, well stocked and the air conditioning in our room was working very well. Food was pretty good— not fantastic but lots of options. The service in some of the restaurants wasn’t always top notch but they try! Drinks were great. Evening shows were fun. Wilson—our concierge— was amazing. He was very attentive and so very helpful. The beach was amazing and very clean. There were always chairs and cabanas available. If I searched, I may be able to find something to complain about however, we went there to have a happy vacation and that’s exactly what we had! Thanks to everyone at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana!

This resort was everything you could ask for in one. Every single employee was so kind and welcoming, and me and my family felt homey in this resort, as they accepted us. The room was neatly set up, cleaned, and restocked every morning. The resort sets up many activities for you to enjoy your stay. Overall, this resort has left a lasting impression on me, and I enjoyed it very thoroughly.

The staff are not friendly, and most of them can’t speak English. If you ask any questions, you rarely get a response because they don’t understand. I would also say the hotel is understaffed, as we were constantly searching for basic items like spoons in the restaurants. Service from the bartenders was slow, and it took a long time to be attended to. Overall, a 3-star rating feels generous for this experience, primarily due to the enjoyable evening programs like the circus and dance shows. However, the hotel should take greater responsibility for overseeing the vendors offering city tours. We booked a glass boat tour through a vendor located near the beach, trusting that it was endorsed by the hotel, and paid $180. Unfortunately, the experience felt like a scam. The boat was old, and the small glass section provided hardly any visibility. To make matters worse, we later discovered that we could have booked a similar tour directly from beach vendors for a much lower price. I hold the hotel accountable for failing to properly supervise these vendors, which ultimately undermined our trust and experience. We are not coming back to this hotel.

We stayed here from December 8 to 15 2024. Rooms: we had a family suite. To be honest it worked well for us, big room, only downside maybe was 1 bathroom. Maid service was good, clean every day. Pools: The pool with the bar is great, be kind there's lots of people so you won't get served immediately, however, the staff were friendly and great. The pool does get extremely deep so not the greatest for smaller kids but bring life jackets or floaties and you'll be good. Beach: Was clean and great, tons of chairs never an issue getting any, the waves are the best part!! Service: we had 0 problems, the people are lovely and helpful. Please be kind and tip!! You'll have no issues. Food: We never had any problems, the buffets had a variety of foods that everyone could eat. The Japanese restaurant was amazing! Vacations are what you make of them. We enjoyed our stay. There are things that could be improved upon but it wasn't make or break for us.

My family and I had a great experience! Beach was so nice! Clean white sand! Perfect for long walks! Pools were nice! Staff were great! Loved Mary and the housekeeping staff and Mayra @ the buffet! Kids loved Super Sonic! Food was really good! Large resort great to move about! Enjoyed the Waterpark! Went mid December cost was less and not overly crowded! Highly recommend!
