Travelling with family of 5, and a new born baby and cannot express enough how friendly the people are at the resort and accommodating. Staff has been top notch and catering to every need we have. Although the rooms are a little out dates, our overall experience has been great. There is so much to do at the resort, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the water park, and simply playing on the beach. The staff keeps the resort is top shape, and the beach is incredible.

Amazing resort, we loved every second of our time here. Plenty of space to sit in the day, especially on the beach. Food was great, we loved the Rodizio and Japanese in particular and also wish we’d had more of the tacos! Entertainment was fab and sports bar and coffee shop were a welcome break from the heat sometimes. We went to the water park too which was a nice bonus! Overall would highly recommend and would definitely come back

very nice area, the food in the dining room is varied and tasty. There is not work elevator in the residential complexes. The service in the dining room is at a low level! If you ask for wine, they will bring it when you finish eating, that is, when you are already leaving, they will bring it to you, and then you have to tell several waiters so that at least one of them brings it. I waited 10 minutes for coffee from the machine to be made - I didn’t wait and left, then in disposable cups in the restaurant they brought me my coffee when I got up to leave the restaurant!…..on the territory of the hotel (the employees - the concierge) they are engaged in extortion! They take up your time for 4-5 your hours supposedly for a presentation, but they are breeding you for big money. They offer their hotels in different countries for big money 11-15 thousand and that you pay for it right there, that is, they use fraud. if you are not led by one employee, another one will sit down with you and again starts to act on exhaustion! and so 5 or more people are talking to you! as many of you as you need!

We just returned home after 9 days on this resort—myself, my boyfriend, and my 15 and 16 year old boys. We had an amazing time. The animation team was “Super” —especially Joker. There was always something fun to do but never any pressure to do it. Rooms were clean, comfortable, well stocked and the air conditioning in our room was working very well. Food was pretty good— not fantastic but lots of options. The service in some of the restaurants wasn’t always top notch but they try! Drinks were great. Evening shows were fun. Wilson—our concierge— was amazing. He was very attentive and so very helpful. The beach was amazing and very clean. There were always chairs and cabanas available. If I searched, I may be able to find something to complain about however, we went there to have a happy vacation and that’s exactly what we had! Thanks to everyone at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana!

husband and I visited from Canada from January 9/25 to January 16/25. We had a fantastic time. The resort is so beautiful. I especially loved the lighting in and around the resort at night. The food was fresh, plentiful and tasty. The service was warm and efficient. Our room was clean, cool and the bed was very comfortable. The entertainment was great. We especially enjoyed the bands at the sky bar. Check in was smooth and quick. I want to mention a few people who made our vacation even better. We want to thank our concierge in building 2900, Miguel and Derek. You both are very approachable and informative. Thank you to Daniel, AKA "the chocolate boy" at the pool for all the laughs. You had us laughing the entire time you were performing. Thank you to Marcelino, one of the awesome servers at The Park buffet. You are so kind and efficient. Thank you to Maricius one of the many fantastic hostesses at The park buffet. Thank you to the fantastic staff at the bars. You all work your butt's off and keep smiling and making the guests feel welcome. I've been to several resorts in the area and this resort has been my favorite so far. We can't wait to go back!
