We had the most amazing stay at this hotel and honestly can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you can really feel how much they care about creating a wonderful experience for their guests. A special mention has to go to the animation team, they were absolutely fantastic! Always full of energy, smiles, and positivity, they made every day so much fun. Whether it was activities during the day or entertainment in the evenings, they really made the atmosphere feel vibrant and inclusive. They have a way of making everyone feel involved, but never pressured! The overall service, friendliness, and attention to detail throughout the hotel are second to none. Everything from the facilities to the rooms to the food was excellent, but it’s truly the people here who make the difference. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple – we'll be returning!

We stayed at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana with family and friends during our vacation and overall had a good time. The animation team for both kids and adults is excellent — they work hard to keep guests entertained throughout the day and bring great energy to the experience. The food was decent, though it could definitely benefit from more variety. What we liked the least were the rooms: they are quite small, especially the bathrooms, which offer very limited space to organize personal toiletries. There’s definitely room for improvement in that area. One major downside was the housekeeping service. It was honestly very disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned daily as one would normally expect in a hotel of this level. After leaving early in the morning and returning in the afternoon, we found the room untouched. We called the front desk twice requesting that it be cleaned while we went out again, but when we came back at night, nothing had been done. That was truly frustrating and not up to standard. Although the hotel is rated as five stars, in our opinion, it falls short of that level. A 3 1/2 stars rating would be more accurate, as there are several areas that could be improved

I like the pool, the room is always kept clean, the entertainment team keep people occupied, Franklin and O.M.G kept my time there good, check in went smooth, drinks are good. The restraints are all worth trying. The Michael Jackson and the greatest showman is worth watching. The service here is good.

Fantastic hotel where the staff go above and beyond to provide the very best experience for their guests. The pool’s are impressive, well-maintained and clean. The food is one of the best I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort, and I’ve travelled to a fair few over the years. Whether it’s the open buffet or the many choices of restaurants - it’s all superb. The amenities are as good as you could wish for, the sports bar and coffee shop in particular are great. The rooms are wonderfully well-kept with the maid being the best I’ve ever had. She kept our fridge well stocked with the necessary supplies, and kept the rest of our room sufficiently stocked up. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Location is a bit far from the airport but if you want to go on one of the many excursion’s on offer then a coach/car will take you to and from, depending on whether you choose to book through your travel company or privately. We visited Saona Island, Santa Domingo and Coco Bongo’s and all were incredible. To conclude, if you are thinking about visiting Grand Sirenis - do it. Has to be one of the very best resorts in Punta Cana.

Great destination experience! The staff are genuine and so attentive...the entertainment team is top notch! Felix and his crew made the trip memorable. Love the " animacion super" theme song, I can't get it out of my head. The nightly shows were amazing, great talent! Superb vacation time! excellent price for the all-inclusive amenities. I would definitely recommend it. The down side - the bathroom is nice but the shower glass is not extended enough so when showering, it floods the bathroom floor. Pool towels run out too quickly. I agree with some of the previous reviews that the TV in the rooms are terrible but since we didn't stay in the room much, it wasn't that big of a deal. If you don't ask for a mattress for the pull out couch, you won't have one and it is like sleeping on a bed frame. This is something that should be already set up prior to staying in the room, especially with the 5 star rating.
