The animation team was very good :) everything went well, the destination is perfect, the area of the whole hotel is huge, so you’ve got plenty of space to walk around. The amount of bars and restaurants is amazing, there’s something on nearly every corner. The sea is clean, coast with the softest sand I’ve ever walked on. Perfect holidays. Definitely would recommend and come back again. Child friendly, programme is full of family activities.

My husband and I arrived Thursday afternoon and we were greeted by David with the most incredible smile and respectful gesture. He humbled took our bags to our rooms and welcomed us to the resort. We had an amazing time so much to do on and off the resort! Food was great, I like the fact that they had a food truck opened till 3 am. Most importantly the staff made my trip one for the books . One staff named sandy went above and beyond with her hospitality , she was extremely helpful and made sure our 3 day stay was comfortable and relaxed. So if you are considering staying here please don’t hesitate to book here

We are members and mostly say at the members pool bar. Juan is by far the best bar tender I have ever had. He’s fun, funny and easy to talk to. Absolutely the best ! Whole resort was a great experience. The weather was perfect too. The member dining room is also a great experience.

Disappointing! This is not a very nice resort. The concierges are like sharks waiting on every corner to try and sell you stuff. Very uncomfortable how everyone seems to want something from you. Ours called us at 8am 2 mornings in a row - I unplugged our phone after that. After we turned down the 'special breakfast' (which we knew was them trying to get us to sign up for their Ultimate Leisure Club) he pretty much ignored us and hardly said 'hello'. The buffets and the food in general is horrendous and mostly inedible. We were dreading breakfast every day. I stuck to bananas and packaged yogurt. You have to make reservations for the themed restaurants for dinner, but can't just make them yourself - you have to see the concierge, and you can't make reservations for your whole stay all at once. Really annoying. Due to this inconvenience we had to eat at the dinner buffet 3 out of our 7 nights there. It's outrageous - every single time without exception when we went to the buffets (breakfast, lunch or dinner) there were no plates, no bowls etc. When the plates finally came out, most of them were dirty. Self serve ice cream was either basically melted, or machine not working. The buffets are like a very unorganized, dirty and loud cafeteria. Bad service. Hygiene is very questionable and food safety is definitely unheard of throughout the hotel. Definitely bring Imodium! Drinks: Not consistent - every bar / bartender prepared the drinks differently, never the same. Who knew a Gin Tonic comes with a cinnamon stick in it?! N/A Pina Coladas etc.don't taste very good, cheap product, mostly not frozen enough. Pool: closes at 6pm :-( Entertainment: Good, there's always something going on, they do a nice job. If they'd spend a fraction of the time, money and effort that they do for the animation into the food, it would make a difference. I would definitely never stay here again.

Wow where do I start? This is honest opinion as someone who never writes reviews to warn others. There is one major flaw about this resort. 1. Service is the worst I have ever experienced. If you don’t have a club member band, good luck getting served at the restaurants. We have sat down for meals 7 times and not ONCE has a server came by to even give us a water let alone a hello. But man, a club member walks in and they lay out the red carpet. Same goes for the bars, the snacks, etc. every morning we watch ULC members sit down next to us for breakfast… get served coffee, juice, water and nice chit chat meanwhile my child and I can’t even get a water and a hello. We travel down to Punta Cana quite a bit and this resort is just not worth your money. So to summarize, if you want to be treated like a human being and get service, pay for the member experience otherwise you’ll get shafted. Still have two more days here and honestly, I want to go home.
