I highly recommend impressive all-inclusive hotel for its exceptional service, delicious dining, and fantastic activities. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, for the perfect vacation. The restaurants offer a great variety of high-quality food ( make sure to use the app to order place first to arrive the hotel after check in) and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The facilities, including pools and a well-equipped gym. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

What a fantastic experience. This was our first time in Punta Cana. We typically vacation in Mexico and Belize. I’m so glad we came. This is an amazing resort with so many activities for adults and children. We loved it so much. We actually bought a package and became members.
We made the decision based on the customer service, ambience, and attention to detail that we experienced from the moment we walked through the lobby. The property is absolutely stunning, and the food is fantastic as well.
We met so many amazing people here, including our new friend, Caralis. She’s one of the drink servers and she is absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive and she’s one of the reasons why we decided to move forward with the package. We always connect with special people everywhere we go and she is at the top of the list.Totally worth every dollar that we spent on it.
When we travel to a new place, my wife and I always go first to check it out and on the next trip, which will probably be in a couple of months, we will be bringing our entire family. Anybody coming to Punta Cana should check out Impressive first before any other property. You won’t be disappointed.

The Impressive Hotel is truly phenomenal. The organization of the hotel itself and the location are excellent, the food is very varied and delicious. The hotel's plaza is one of the best on the Bavaro beach. The only complaint is the beach bar where you wait for half an hour every time you want to get a drink, it can really get on your nerves. I believe that a more efficient solution could be found in that part. All in all, I enjoyed a wonderful vacation.

I upgraded to premium. Was kind of useless. Premium. Bar opens late and closes early. Premium drinks finish quickly and usually are not replenished. No bar open after 2 am. Also no snack options for kids though out the day at different spots on the resort. Servers won't get premium drinks because they say they come from. Regular bars. I would not suggest this resort to my friends. Our rooms were in premium building 12 but so old dated and some things didn't work properly. Not going to suggest it to anyone. Our butter Johnny was useless also. Kept on telling us to go to the front desk and do things on our own. No point to upgrade for premium. Was a total money waste.

We enjoyed the 7 days a lot, the rooms were amazing and I loved the food! I really liked the restaurants and especially the delicious cafes. The structure is very interesting, despite being a little old, heated pools and great schedule of activities. I liked the parties and the bands! I recommend it!
