The Impressive Hotel is truly phenomenal. The organization of the hotel itself and the location are excellent, the food is very varied and delicious. The hotel's plaza is one of the best on the Bavaro beach. The only complaint is the beach bar where you wait for half an hour every time you want to get a drink, it can really get on your nerves. I believe that a more efficient solution could be found in that part. All in all, I enjoyed a wonderful vacation.

This resort runs a scam when it comes to families with multiple kids booking a room. We, along with our friends (a family of four), booked a room for each family. Each was for two adults and two children. When we arrived, tired from traveling, they told us we only paid for one adult and one child and that we would need to pay an additional $2000 for our six night stay. We fought and fought about it, showed them our confirmation from booking, but to no effect. They “discounted” the additional payment and made it $1000. After THREE hours at check in, we just wanted to get to our rooms as our children were tired and very hungry.
Once we settled in and met other families at the resort, we were shocked to discover they ALL dealt with this same issue. It’s a SCAM they run and I should have researched this more as this seems to be well known. Other sites are littered with reviews about this scam.
Service is also horrible - very few people willing to help. Food is below average. But that’s not the biggest issue (though we did find roaches ON the food at the premium buffet).
Beach is nice though.

The food here is amazing. That's the thing I checked for the most when I go on vacation and this place did not disappoint. Though I do recommend having the premium membership in order to get in on the real good food the beach was nice, but mostly on the premium side. And there's usually something entertaining and fun to do I really recommend the Michael Jackson show.

I highly recommend impressive all-inclusive hotel for its exceptional service, delicious dining, and fantastic activities. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, for the perfect vacation. The restaurants offer a great variety of high-quality food ( make sure to use the app to order place first to arrive the hotel after check in) and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The facilities, including pools and a well-equipped gym. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

What a fantastic experience. This was our first time in Punta Cana. We typically vacation in Mexico and Belize. I’m so glad we came. This is an amazing resort with so many activities for adults and children. We loved it so much. We actually bought a package and became members.
We made the decision based on the customer service, ambience, and attention to detail that we experienced from the moment we walked through the lobby. The property is absolutely stunning, and the food is fantastic as well.
We met so many amazing people here, including our new friend, Caralis. She’s one of the drink servers and she is absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive and she’s one of the reasons why we decided to move forward with the package. We always connect with special people everywhere we go and she is at the top of the list.Totally worth every dollar that we spent on it.
When we travel to a new place, my wife and I always go first to check it out and on the next trip, which will probably be in a couple of months, we will be bringing our entire family. Anybody coming to Punta Cana should check out Impressive first before any other property. You won’t be disappointed.
