This hotel is by far one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had. Everything is just perfect and screams luxury. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Animals walking around the territory will boost your mood each time you pass by them. The beach is just breathtaking! Clean, well kept and beautiful. Food is very delicious, as well as the drinks. I don't know what to say more, I am absolutely delighted with this resort and I would definitely come back!

The resort met the expectations and the price tag. Rooms were AAA, very modern and super clean. The beach was by far the best in the area as we took a boat ride down the coast and all the other resorts seem to have major sea weed problems. Not here. I highly recommend this resort for a family. The things that could improve are food and partying. Food was a typical buffet they give at all-inclusive resorts, wasn't that good. The restaurants were okay though. In terms of partying they have a foam party during the day, but no action at all during the night, only kids shows. Which is understandable as it's a family resort, but for a young person I believe a Riu resort might have been a better option. Overall a great week spent here with the family.

Great resort but rooms were not fully ready. Missing towels, drinks in mini bar, activities are not consistent, but overall great resort for a family vacation. The buildings & rooms were very nice. Grounds are beautiful. Good restaurants, Buffet & Bars!

I was looking forward to celebrating my birthday with my daughter at this resort. When we were checking in, the agent said, I am going to upgrade you to the Premium room with all the services! I was so excited and thought this is going to be great! We got to the room, it was nice. Went to Chopkin Buffet for dinner, the waiter was very nice and sang songs. The only good food on the buffet was the mashed potatoes with cheese. After we were finished eating the waiter and hostess approached our table and said we are sorry though you are not to be eating in here, as you are not Platinum guests. I explained we were upgraded at check in and he said we did not have the correct wrist bands and go talk to the desk. I felt embarrassed and when I asked the agent at the desk, he said “ no your room was upgraded, no services come with the upgrade” So now I’m not happy at all, why would the other guy tell me with the services and was even dancing when he was telling me. So now we are in the back of the resort where only Platinum amenities were. We had to take the train to the front, majority of the time we had to wait for 2-3 trains as they were always full! We missed an excursion because of not making it to lobby in time. We could only get one reservation for a restaurant as everything was booked. Went to Focaacia and the server had to get her manager to take our order because she couldn’t understand what kind of crust my daughter wanted. It was very frustrating, the whole stay and I wouldn’t recommend staying as you will get duped like we did.
