This resort is great for families.
We really enjoyed the pools and teen center. The staff was amazing!
However the rooms, restaurants and beach area wasn't my favorite. We had to be moved to 2 different rooms due to leaking tiles and room damage. The beach was dirty and the cabanas were in the bushes and smelled like urine. The restaurants were just "okay", I did enjoy Fusion and Maris. The worst part of this resort is the amount of weddings every single day! Loud music and bright lights make is extremely hard to relax.
Overall are family trip was good but for the money this resort could use a lot updates.

Excellent week spent at the resort!
The food was very good, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
We had a problem with the remote for the TV and the service was very quick and the remote batteries were changed.
We ordered room service two days in a row and we received our food when we were told it would arrive.
We were there for a wedding, our daughters, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to host the wedding.
We will definitely be recommending this resort to our friends and we will definitely be back for a visit. Janice

Javier went above and beyond to make sure we had a delicious meal at Fusion Restaurant. This was the best meal we had the entire trip, thanks to him. We are vegan and he brought out off-menu entrees and desserts to ensure we had a fantastic meal. I can’t thank him enough for his attentiveness and the friendly service that he provided to us. Give Javier a raise!!!!

Our family had an amazing time at the resort. The customer service was exceptional, and we always felt well cared for in every part of the resort. The entire staff was friendly and eager to assist at any time, anywhere.
Spa - I had a wonderful experience at the spa. Liz did an outstanding job with the massage and facial, leaving me feeling completely relaxed.

Staring with the great. The service everywhere we went was exceptional. From first arrival check-in to check-out. The staff is cordial, welcoming, responsive and always seem eager to help.
Next best is the location. Beaches are beautiful and the resort grounds layout make it easy to navigate around and find what you're looking for.
Lastly and unfortunately the rooms due leave something to be desired. Our first room ended up being flooded from a water leak from the unit above us. We were moved to another room on the top floor but that room had an absolutely awful front view and also had some issues with water coming up from the floor. Additionally, the top floor rooms do not have sufficient covering, so you're exposed to the elements more so than on a lower floor...not ideal if you want to use the jacuzzi bath or sit outside and relax. I'm assuming the overall humidity of the area is what makes everything in the rooms feel so damp all the time, but that can't be helped.
