I was looking through the reviews of the place and I saw most were posted by adults, I thought it would be best to get a review from a teenager in case you have kids. Absolutely not worth it but let’s start from the beginning. When my family and I first arrived at the Cancun airport we were charged $633 because we brought an extra carton of cigarettes so everyone was already in a bad mood. When we got to the hotel the staff was super sweet and helpful but our room wasn’t even ready yet (we arrived at around 12:30 and it wouldn’t be ready until 3:00). The room was alright but could’ve been better. Later that night when we went to have dinner there was barely any restaurants open and some didn’t even allow kids or had a super strict dress code, The food was mediocre but the steaks were good! But the drinks were extremely watered down even the sodas. Also, Room service is a joke it takes 45 mins- 2 hours just to get chicken nuggets and a piece of cake and they messed up multiple times. Me and brother ordered cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and 2 pieces of chocolate cake…we got carrot cake and 2 pepperoni pizzas 😬…I did celebrate my birthday during the trip and they do know how to celebrate! One of my favorite parts were the cats they were super friendly and sweet. For kids, there wasn’t much to do honestly but there was a kids club (13-17 yrs old only) and a couple of games near the lobby like ping pong or chess. If you’re staying in the 600s building be prepared to be RUNNING from moths the size of your palm and then walking home to a bunch of them surrounded your room doors. Honestly was not worth it at all, go to Florida😒.

We stayed here for 10 nights and had an amazing experience. The entire package from resort to service to food was probably one of the best experiences I have had. I would definitely return. In my opinion, the Preferred club is worth it for the separate lounge and adult pool alone. Although we upgraded this with the hotel directly as it was far cheaper than the travel agent we used. We were also lucky enough to be there when the beach was clear.
Special shout out for service to Jose at the Adult pool. You definitely deserve the credit, you don't stop.

We just finished 5 days here and we LOVED it. We did not do any excursions or tours so I can't speak to those.
All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and hospitality was on point with replacing our mini fridge/linens every day.
The variety of on site activities is pretty good, they try to provide different things for all age levels. The main pool is huge but if you're not used to sun, definitely go early to get a shaded spot without paying for a cabana. The resort is on the beach which makes for a beautiful view and a great ocean breeze. Be prepared to walk and bring neck fans, it's hot.
Barring one meal from the quick bites place next to the pool, all the food was delicious and we never got sick. I'm sure there are lines during the busy season but we came at a slow time so we never had to wait. It's first come first serve except for the teppanyaki service.
Room service was 45min-1 which I think is good, it's probably longer when busier.
We upgraded to preferred club when we arrived, it was great but for us not necessary. We did enjoy the ocean view room and some perks. AC could have been lower but nothing to really complain about. 10/10 will recommend this resort to friends. Thank you Dreams Sapphire!!

We stayed at this resort with our two kids (2&5) during the second week of September. The shows and service were good. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed the Coco cafe, revive bar, and preferred club.
The reason for only 4 stars is because of the inconsistent air conditioning inside the buffet restaurant. It was uncomfortably hot the first two days we were there with limited air circulation but improved the last 3 days. Additionally, the main pool is mostly 4.6 ft deep with limited shallow areas for younger kids to play. It is only shallow near the stairs, pool chairs, and the pool bar. There is a splash pad with a wading pool but it seemed geared towards toddlers.
We received excellent service from the following:
- Paola at the Explorer Club
- Paola, Eloy, and Miguel at the Blue water grill
-Jesus at El Patio
All the servers at Coco Cafe

Recently stayed at this resort and we really enjoyed it. There’s an adult section and a great family pool. The pool entertainment staff were incredible and they know how to work the crowd. The games were awesome and the daily activities were just right. Overall, food was amazing and the rooms were good. Only feedback I would add is to close the bars on time and not 10-15 minutes early. This was more at night at the preferred lounge however it was a great stay! Thank you for a great trip. We will return!
