This place is so beautiful! My husband and I stayed for 4 nights I booked the family suite with the balcony and jacuzzi and We were very happy with this choice. Our very kind butler Yajahira took well care of us making everything so easy and relaxing! She did a wonderful job making reservations and put a beautiful decoration for our anniversary. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and nice, no complaints. We will come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We ate at the Buffet Veranda several times during our stay. It was the most convenient option for us between our excursions and exploring. The staff is SUPER friendly and attentive. It was a joy every meal. We were there enough to recognize Mario, Jose, and Abraham, and they recognized us too greeting us every time!

We’ve enjoyed our stay so far at this resort. We have an amazing butler, Yajahira, who has made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable than we could ever imagine. From helping us with issues, to making reservations and recommendations, she has been a truly priceless resource and a friendly face every day. The resort is super clean and the food has been good. Lots of activities. All wait staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort and urge others to utilize the butler service and Yajahira specifically if possible.

Our time in the buffet area for lunch was great, alot of variety for the adults with different meats and vegetables. Our waiter Jose Mercedes was great, always tipping us up with fluids/water and ensuring we had what we needed during our lunch buffet. Very welcoming in the buffet area and nothing was ever trouble. We are ravelling as 8 which includes 4 children from the ages 2-14.
Great atmosphere for kids lunch.
I would recommend for the buffet to have little more choice for children/toddlers (maybe even include toddler/baby food pouches). Or include fries and pizza for children in the buffet area. Although they do have a pizza area. However fries and chips would be great for the children.
Overall we had a great time here and dwe are sad to be leaving.

Daniel at Buffet Veranda at the hotel did amazing! His knowledge for food and drinks were a huge help. His customer service was excellent and we were never left with an empty cup for too long. The only bad part was not having him as our waiter sooner!
