Erika by the pool area was amazing! She was so attentive to all of our needs. Always had a smile and so fun to be with. I would highly recommend her for any of your needs while you are at the resort. She made everyday so much fun and always made us feel like we were part of the grand park family! Jessica was the it butler and she went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Jessica and Erika also brought staff poolside to sing happy birthday to me as well as decorated our room. The staff here are top notch!

The hotel is amazing and it is exactly what we expected. The rooms with the sea view are beautiful! The Bali-beds by the beach were amazing. The staff were very professional, friendly, and offer help with a smile! The variety of food is extraordinary, we tried Mexican, Spanish, Asian and Italian food and it was all delicious.
They also have many entertainment activities during the day like pool foam party, workouts, yoga and also shows at night.
The hotel is very recommended!!

Visited last week of Nov and had a wonderful time. It was such a relaxing vacation, our room was beautiful and right on the beach. Really can't say anything bad about my stay (even though there was construction which should be completed soon). The staff is so welcoming and I just can't say enough about our concierge Jessica who took care of everything. The beach, the food, the location is all great and I'm sure after the renovation this resort will be even better. It is quiet but there are many events in the evening and night. Just such a pleasant stay!
