We loved the resort. The room and patio were perfect as well as the food. The staff we excellent in all areas. The Veranda Buffet was our main restaurant and it was good and so was the service. Tonight we had Vanessa, she was excellent and Edgar stopped by to make sure all was well. The inlet station was the best! The only down side is that the morning buffet, especially the eggs arrive to the warming table cold. We understand that it is difficult to have everything hot but warm would be nice.

The hotel was nice and clean. Service for the most part was great.
Loved the room service option.
Nightlife was lacking.
On Casino night, the same guests were sitting on the tables with no chance of other guests being able to participate. The staff should’ve put a time limit on the games per table.
The bars didn’t really offer any “fun” shots, other than basically tequila.
The only place that did offer one was the Italian restaurant which was our favorite!!!!
All in all it was a pleasant vacation, but I wouldn’t stay here again. They need to amp up the nighttime party atmosphere.

Grand Park Royal Cancun exceeded our expectations with its beautiful beachfront location and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of by the incredible staff. A special thank you to Yolanda, Karina, and Tina, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay—always attentive, friendly, and eager to make our experience memorable. Our butler, Jessica, was also fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make our trip even more enjoyable.
The resort itself is well-maintained, offering stunning ocean views and a pristine beach that’s perfect for relaxing. The pool areas are also great, providing a comfortable and enjoyable space to unwind. While the buffet food was hit or miss, there were still plenty of dining options, and the excellent service made up for any inconsistencies.
What truly sets Grand Park Royal Cancun apart is its top-notch hospitality. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction makes all the difference, and we truly appreciated their efforts in making our vacation special. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-catered experience in Cancun. We can’t wait to return!

I have travel to a lot of different places and this was the most beautiful beach we have been to. The service was great from Yolanda and Corrina as our beverage servers were awesome. The bartenders by the pool were great too. Then the Entertainment people, from Francisco to the rest of the crew that keeps us laughing, we had a great time. The breakfast waiters at the Mexican restaurant were awesome, very attentive to us. The buffet staff were awesome too. The maintenance workers don’t ever seem to quit. The workers in the coffee shop were great, they always remembered us and what we wanted. Then the gentleman that works the front desk who really helped me out when I needed it, sorry I didn’t get his name but he is a great employee. I also wanted to thank your resort for contacting me to see if I needed anything because I had come down with the flu and they wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. I could keep going on and on but for all the places we have been too we both agree we would definitely return to this one. Thank You for a good time. My only real complaint is when we first got there after traveling for hours, a girl approached us and got us a drink took our luggage tickets and said she was going to tell us about the place, passed us over to some guy who kept saying he wasn’t there to sell us anything but was trying to get us to sign up for a timeshare meeting. When I called him out he got mad and said he wasn’t not trying to sell us a timeshare. We got up to get our luggage and couldn’t find the girl with our luggage tickets. Not a good way to start our vacation.

I really liked this resort. I am glad to have dinner at the Grand Park Royal restaurants. Good taste at all the restaurants. I would like to give special attention to the service from Edilberto, who is doing an amazing job In Italian restaurant. We dine in 2 times, and he gave his best both the time. He definitely needs raise! Thank you for having such good service and a great team member!.
