Stayed here with friends for 5 nights. The Dukes hotel is very lavish when you first walk in, the smell in the lobby is amazing as well as the decor. Staff are so attentive, from taking your bags to opening car doors; nothing is too much for them. All staff were friendly, smiley and helpful, I don’t have one single bad thing to say about the staff here. The location was perfect for us, very central for all the activities we had planned. The pool was cold and refreshing, as was the lazy river (this was a real highlight) and the hotel is right on the beach front, where there are many beds so if you can’t get one round the pool (which we never struggled with) you’ll definitely find one on the beach. There is also a lovely restaurant ULA on the hotel grounds, which I would recommend, it was lovely food, vibes and aesthetic there and very fairly priced. Overall our stay was 5/5 and there aren’t any complaints I have about the hotel. I would 100% recommend to anyone and I would certainly stay here again if I returned to Dubai.

The gym at Dukes The Palm is outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that immediately set the tone. The service from ALI was absolutely exquisite – attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. The gym itself is spotless, with excellent cleanliness standards maintained throughout. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and caters to all types of workouts. On top of that, the views from the gym are simply breathtaking, making each session feel extra special. Highly recommend this gym to anyone staying at Dukes The Palm – a perfect combination of great facilities, excellent service, and an unbeatable atmosphere!

I have not stayed here but have been to brunch which was great.I attend the gym a few times a week for PT with Ali who is very professional and really attentive to my concerns he has been amazing! He is knowledgeable, supportive, and pushed me to be my best self. I've seen significant progress in my fitness journey, and I couldn't have done it without him.I highly recommend Ali if you would like PT.

Dukes The Palm is an outstanding hotel! Although we ran into a few issues on arrival, the way the staff – including the manager – handled everything was exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star luxury hotel. They were professional, attentive, and quick to resolve the situation, which really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The location on the Palm is excellent, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, the service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the hotel itself is absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend Dukes The Palm to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai.
