While the location and accessibility met expectations, the service and room quality fell short of the 5-star standard. However, the infinity pool overlooking the mangroves provided a serene escape. It's worth noting the absence of a dedicated kids' pool, only a shallow baby pool. Overall, it was a peaceful stay with some room for improvement in service and amenities.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Definitely, a place I would recommend to have time to recharge and rest. I truly enjoyed the walk around and the view on Mangrove. (I understand the place will be renovated and that's why I have placed 4* only). Otherwise, I truly recommend it. I would like to Thank you Sofya by the reception, who was very kind and helpful, also Mansoor well mannered and kind. Thank You

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, staff is gracious and sweet, there’s one person I’d like to thank in particular - Salman; one of the hotel’s sweetest staff members. Otherwise the poolside is great, we had a chance to use their spa which was good too; sleep quality was good, they’ve got a selection of pillows to pick from so that helped. Overall, lovely hotel, would 10/10 come back.

Thank you Mon for my spa treatment today. She is very flexible and help me to ease all of my stress. I felt so light and rejuvenated after. It will not be my last time. I will come back soon. The reservation process is also very professional. Golfie recommended me the perfect package. If there is more than 5 star. I could give more for sure.

Horrible experience with the stuff, they returned our new lambo car from the valet with a MASSIVE scratch on it!!! No one offered us an apology in form of any additional discount or services, simply told us to rely on insurance coverage! The hotel is old as well and should be renovated and managed better!!!
