I stayed here for 1 week and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the pool is also clean and there are sunbeds everywhere. The beach is in front of the hotel and the sea is wonderful - the beach has stones, but it was part of the charm. 🥰 All the people from the staff were very helpful and very nice. The food was also delicious and they also have a variety of good wines, cocktails or any other drink you'd like. It is indeed a luxurious hotel, and you gain an amazing experience by traveling there. 🙏🏻

Beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff. Ioannis was particularly lovely and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options including dairy free and vegan. Attentive staff and the restaurants. Plenty of sun loungers but unfortunately everyone reserves them early so you have to do the same if you want a prime spot. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, including multiple cakes and happy birthday cards/messages. Overall, an amazing hotel and will definitely be returning!!!!

Some rooms have *really* loud music, both from the hotel's beach bar, as well as from the other hotel next door. Apparently, this is a known issue and I *should* have been offered a quieter room, the first time I complained. Alas, not every one at the reception knows that and messaging via the hotel's app did not work either, no one ever responded. As a compensation I was given a spa voucher, to use while I waited for my transfer on my last day, which was nice. Meanwhile, unfortunately, my luggage was brought back to the room, to which I had already handed in the keys! So when I wanted to leave, my luggage was not where I had left it with the porter and we searched frantically! He started to explain to me how it could have been stolen by other guests, before it occurred to me to ask the reception staff, if they moved it. Here again, I encountered very unfriendly, very unhelpful staff. Asking me multiple times whether I was sure it was not where I had left it, never even saying sorry for the scare and inconvenience. I find this particularly unfortunate, because some of the staff in this hotel, really make an effort and are especially friendly and helpful. It is a real pity that they have some colleagues that made me wish I had never come.

The best hotel we ever stayed at from the time we checked in and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic at their job as they went out of their way at anytime to make you enjoy the lovely food with plenty of selection also the grounds, swimming pool area you won't get any better plus the live entertainment was on another level especially the Drifters night. The fault was when checking out yes the luggage side of things was fine but for such a large hotel they only provided one room for anyone leaving that day, but this wouldn't put us both of as we are looking forward to going back at some point in the future.

Where do I even begin? This is the 3rd year in a row that we stay at Elysium in one of their largest suites. It has always been a wonderful experience but this year was one the worse hotel stay I have ever experienced. We checked in and our luggage was taken from our car. Our room was not ready yet and we were informed that our luggage would stay in the lobby (near the door in a very high volume area). We advised that we did not feel comfortable leaving our luggage for anyone to walk away with. They informed us it was safe since they had cameras. We told them cameras would not do anything once the bags are stolen what will cameras do? After arguing for a bit they agreed to put our luggages in a closet. We get to our room and the room has stains on the chair and couches (stains that are easily removed with a paper towel). We then get to the bathroom and go to wash our hands when we notice all the bath products are used. There is stains all over the bottles and there is barely any product left. Absolutely disgusting. We complain about this as if we already have stains and used products we cannot assume the room is clean. We request to have the room cleaned again. We order room service our first night and the lasagna is black (completely burnt). We call room service to advice them of this and they tell us this is the way it is. The food was black....... The blow-dryer stopped working, the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom every time it was used, the bathroom smelt of sewage. We were in the room at one point with the do not disturb sign on when the cleaning lady (without knocking or ringing the doorbell) just walked into our room. Let me mention that the door was bolted shut so glad to know anyone can access the room even if the door is bolted. When we complained about this we were offered to move to another suite which was smaller than the one we had gotten and offered to use a bed on their beach. Honestly nothing to try and keep us as customers, nothing to try and show up they are taking what we say seriously, no discount on the stay, no discount on a future stay. Honestly a terrible experience from start to finish.
