I love this hotel, This was my favourite holiday yet that i’ve ever been on! The rooms are absolutely amazing. With great views. The food selection is my favourite bit about this hotel, it tastes so good!! It has so much different varieties of food, and i love how it’s all connected in one building with a rooftop pool and bar, and right next to the private beach. The location is brilliant, next to the coastline and such warm weather. The staff are absolutely amazing throughout the whole resort, and the spa is excellent, so soothing and calming, do recommend it here.

Just returned from a 11 day half board basis holiday with my wife. We had a fantastic time. The hotel was modern with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff could not do enough to help you. Our room was modern and cleaned every day with clean towels provided. There was a great choice of food in the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent. Service was quick. The reception staff were very helpful and polite. We used the pool on the roof and
at any time of the day were able to get a sun bed. Position of the hotel is ideal for visiting Rhodes Town. We will definitely return

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We stayed here for 7 days and couldn’t be happier. Great food, great room, great location , great views but the best of all were the staff members. Always very polite, friendly, professional and with smile on their faces.
I would recommend to everyone.
Thank you for great stay.

A very nice 5 stars hotel. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful - reception, breakfast/lunch/dinner staff, cleaning ladies and pool/beach personnel. They were able to answer any question quickly and in an efficient manner.
We stayed for a week and did not get tired or bored of the same food - there was a big choice for every day.
The room was big enough and clean; they also changed towels everyday. We had the room with the sea view and a balcony which was amazing. The road in front of the hotel might be a bit noisy sometimes, but the windows are soundproof and the air conditioning works really well, so it wasn’t a problem at all (to be fair, this road runs along the entire coast and other hotels were much closer to the road with much less space).
There were always sun beds available everywhere (both beach and pools); 3 pools are big enough to swim and even to play games (like water polo or any ball/raquette game).
You should definitely choose this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday with sun, beach and yummy Mediterranean food. Thanks again to all the staff and hope to see you soon!

Rhodes bay hotel and spa is a far cry from a 5 star hotel. Not worth the money. We went all inclusive and was a waste. Food was bad and no dietary restrictions on menu nor on buffet stand. We had a sea view room and a private beach, that was the only nice thing about this hotel. Staff was nice for the most part except for front desk ladies. Cleaning staff ladies where nice though and done a great job. Or shower was blocked from our 1st night and stunk. Called front desk repeatedly and guy came and told us it was fixed. It was far from fixed. We ended up using the hand shower and had to stand as far back as possible as the dirty water from the shower was rising. Will not be coming back.
