Went with my family (including 2 kids) and it was amazing. First - location, it has its own reef and we saw a lot of fish there while snorkeling and diving and also from the hotel pier. Second - villa with pool is the best - kids played in the sand and swam in the pool a lot, while second parent could swim on the reef. Food was also good, our villa host booked us in all of the restaurants to try. Staff is very friendly and playful with kids, gave them little presents and drew sharks and dolphins. Cleaning man was great as well, unnoticeable, but always did some
nice surprises (like bringing swimming mattresses for kids to the pool, birthday decorations for my son etc.).

What a phenomenal resort! The service quality and food is truly top tier. I cannot say enough good things about our host Roman and the head chef Merano, as well as all other staff.
The resort amenities are kept in excellent shape and everything is clean and tidy. I really appreciated the beautiful architecture of the buildings and the upkeep level is very good.
We stayed in both a beach villa with pool, and water villa with pool. Both rooms are beautifully furnished and everything was to our expectation. The pictures do not over sell the experience.
I would say the excursions need some work (the resort has only been in operation for 1 year in fairness) and we had some issues that were down to weather and operation.
However, as a whole, the experience was by far the best I have had at any hotel or resort I have ever been to, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We had the most amazing honeymoon at the resort. The service is above and beyond. We had our own villa host, Elite, who made all the restaurant and spa (etc activities included in the honeymoon package) bookings for us and he made sure that we were able to try all the different restaurants. He was amazing, he made our honeymoon relaxing and care free and we were able to concentrate solely on enjoying. Also the someliers at the resort were very professional and we had great wine suggestion especially from Joseph. All the staff members were extremely polite and helpful.
Last but not least, we stayed at two different resorts during our honeymoon in Maldives and Emerald Faarufushi had the most amazing corals around the island. We saw a turtle right next to deck where the coral starts and the amount of fish and colours of the coral was even better than at the Great barrier reef. I highly recommend this resort for any kind of vacation but especially for honeymoon.

Initially had a slight hiccup at the resort but thought that Rao and team did a proper handling of the situation.
So far the experience at the resort was truly pleasant. The crystal-clear waters, coral reefs and schools of fish created a mesmerizing underwater paradise. The staff and butlers were exceptionally friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Food wise, there are lots of cuisine and restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway.

My wife and I visited Emerald Faarufushi for our honeymoon and we are SO happy we chose this magical 5-star resort. Choosing between the plethora of resorts in the Maldives was challenging and I am happy to say our already high expectations were exceeded during our stay.
There are so many positive things to say. Our sunset water villa with pool was modern, private and had a stunning view across the ocean that blended seemlessly with our infinity pool.
The house reef was excellent and easily accessible from our villa or from the jetty to make access to the outer reef more comfortable. This was a big draw for us, as we could snorkel without needing to go on a paid trip. We were able to see hundreds of fish, as well as sharks and eagle rays, straight from the beach. We also went on a Manta ray trip during our stay where we saw 7 mantas and 6 turtles on a once in a lifetime trip.
The food and staff service were also excellent. There is a great variety of food and drinks options, which we made full use of through our All Inclusive package. As we were on our honeymoon, we were also given a Honeymoon package, which had some lovely inclusions such as a super relaxing massage. Our standout staff member was Kunal, who responded to any requests, big or small, quickly and efficiently. He made us feel special throughout our stay and truly made our experience feel 5-star. Other notable staff were the sommeliers Kim and Vishal, who were both friendly and knowledgeable, making our wine-drinking experience memorable throughout.
This is a beautiful island, with excellent service and we would highly recommend it to anyone trying to find the perfect Maldives resort stay.
