We had a wonderful experience, the room although older was well appointed and comfortable the only thing I would have changed was new softer sheets! The sheets were not comfortable they felt more like muslim not a high thread count. We loved the people who worked there, Tia was our first contact and she was fabulous. Nicole with our beach drinks, Dawn our butler, Tony the driver, everyone we came accross was delightful!!!!!!

This is difficult to review. The staff were wonderful. The location is wonderful. The prices are very high. We got a bedroom with a small terrace. That was it. No mini bar, no fridge, no complimentary anything. At this price point that's not ok. Other Caribbean Islands offer much better value.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Royal Pavilion (RP). It was the best experience and hospitality we have ever received. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and received a complimentary room upgrade to one of their villas. During our wedding reception they put a mini wedding cake, champagne, towel swan, and petals in our room. The next morning when we arrived for breakfast all of the staff came up to us to congratulate us and say hello. The food was exceptional, service impeccable, and we will remember that day forever. RP went above and beyond our wildest expectations and we can’t thank the entire RP staff enough.

I love this place - but what makes it? The people! This is our second visit 2 years apart and the lovely Rea who looked after us around the pool and bar area remembered us! (Hopefully for the right reasons!) Amazing when you consider how many guests pass through the hotel in a few years! Always happy, smiling, and thoughtful Rea is the fantastic!

Perfect relaxed location and surroundings. The staff here cannot be faulted and really made the holiday special. Palm restaurant in the evenings is poor but it does provide a great breakfast. Taboras restaurant perfect for lunch. Would love to return some day.
