    We stayed at Sandals Royal Barbados in the South Seas Club Level Crystal Lagoon Double Suite with balcony to celebrate a birthday and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional—especially Samara at Spices, who was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. At the bars, Dale, Larkan, and George stood out with their amazing drinks and fun banter; they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every team member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The dining options were excellent, with a great variety of delicious vegetarian dishes. With the vast number of restaurants on-site at both Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados, we could enjoy a different cuisine every day, which made each meal feel like a new experience. The spa services were outstanding as well—Lean gave an incredible massage, being both attentive and professional. The rooms were spacious and modern, featuring a large balcony complete with a tub, sunbeds, and a charming seating area. Housekeeping did an excellent job, taking care of all our needs throughout the stay. Both the daytime and evening entertainment were fantastic and added so much to our stay. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing getaway.

    We had an amazing stay at Sandals Royal Barbados! The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly everywhere we went. We loved the variety of bars and cocktails, and the entertainment in the evenings was a fun way to wind down. The spa was top-notch, the restaurants were fantastic, and the gift shops had great selections. Booking a tour through the resort was easy and seamless. Every part of our experience was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

    My wife and I just had an amazing time on our Anniversary trip to this resort. The views and accomodations were excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They were so polite and the spa was amazing. The pools were clean and relaxing and all the activities they offered were so fun. We are definitely looking forward to visiting other Sandals resorts.

    Sandals Royal Barbados, June 2025 visit: What makes this hotel special is the staff — they truly make this place what it is. You simply won’t find better anywhere. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was polite, smiling, and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism elevate this resort well beyond expectations. The hotel facilities are excellent and the rooms are absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Club Level rooms so I can’t comment on all room categories, but ours was immaculate. Champagne, water, beers, soft drinks, and a great selection of spirits were all stocked and topped up daily. The room itself was modern, luxurious, and spotless. Now to the restaurants — we dined in most of them and were consistently impressed. My personal favourite was the Indian restaurant, which is easily the best I’ve had outside of a two-star Michelin Indian, and trust me, as someone from Birmingham, England, I know a good Indian meal when I taste one! The overall food quality across the resort was exceptional, and the drinks offering was superb: branded labels and an excellent range to choose from. This is honestly the best place I’ve visited. Special mentions: ⭐ Food: Indian restaurant is outstanding ⭐ Service: British pub — great quality tap drinks ⭐ Salty Donuts & French café: both amazing spots ⭐ Housekeeping: rooms kept immaculate ⭐ Staff: always polite, smiling, and happy to help — nothing was too much trouble Going out: Everywhere we went outside the hotel was just as friendly and welcoming — from Oistins Fish Friday to Bridgetown, to visits to local beaches and dining downtown. The people of Barbados are truly friendly and helpful, and made exploring the island a pleasure. Would I go again? Absolutely — Sandals ticks all the boxes

    very beautiful resort. Our room was oceanfront and was nice and spacious. The food was amazing at all the restaurants Service was a bit slow though. we had a few problems with our stay such as a telephone not working in a toilet not working at first. We spoke to Dexter the manager and he was very helpful taking care of the issue promptly. I highly recommend this resort if you'd like all inclusive stays as the food was phenomenal and the staff are also very kind.
