I recently stayed at the five hotel and I was blown away by the impeccable cleaning service. From the moment I stepped into my room, it was clear that the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. Every corner was spotless, the linens were crisp and fresh, and even the smallest details, like perfectly folded towels and neatly arranged toiletries, were flawless.
The daily cleaning was equally impressive. Each time I returned to my room, it felt like I was stepping into a brand-new space. The team was thorough yet discreet, ensuring my comfort while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
What truly stood out was their attention to detail. They went above and beyond by accommodating my special requests, like extra pillows and hypoallergenic bedding, with a smile. The staff also took care to organize personal belongings left out in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
The cleanliness extended to the entire property – the hallways, common areas, and even the gym and pool were impeccably maintained. It’s clear that the management places a strong emphasis on hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Overall, the cleaning service at the five hotel was one of the highlights of my stay and undoubtedly among the best I’ve experienced. The team was incredibly professional, attentive to every detail, and always ensured my room was spotless and fresh. It was evident they take immense pride in their work, as everything—from the linens to the bathroom amenities—was perfectly arranged and impeccably clean.

I stayed at the FIVE Jumeirah Village Hotel from November 29th to December 1st, and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable – probably the best I’ve ever slept on!
The staff were friendly and helpful. When I had an issue with the TV, they fixed it quickly, which I really appreciated. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and everything felt very well taken care of.
I highly recommend the FIVE Jumeirah Village Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to the team for making my stay so enjoyable!

We booked a room, called in advance and mentioned the amount of guests, we will bring. I was assured it's all good. Upon arrival I was told that it is not possible with the amount of people and that I had to upgrade my room to "make an exception this time".
1. We then HAD to upgrade, which meant, we had to pay more
2. The upgraded room didn't have a jacuzzi, which we explicitly booked, because it's already cold and the jacuzzi is still warm and we can swim in it
3. When talking to the guest service, they assured me that the pool will be heated for us. When the technician came, the pool was 21 degrees. After increasing the heater, I was told to wait 1-2 hours and that the pool will be increased to about 29-30 degrees. After waiting for 3 hours, we called the technician to check the temperature again and the pool was at 20 degrees (it went down). He documented everything and sent it to his manager.
This meant, that for our "pool party" we were 1. not able to use the pool as nobody wanted to go in, since it was way to cold, 2. we even had to upgrade and pay more for a room we didn't want.
I think this is completely unacceptable and really not something any of us will ever do again and will probably just never book or dine at FIVE again. Lost money, a birthday was ruined and the whole evening was just stress, promises from the employees and nothing worked.
