From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The service at both the hotel and the beach club is second to none. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything you need, making sure every moment of your stay is special. The food and drinks at the beach club are fantastic as well, offering a delicious selection of fresh dishes and refreshing beverages.

All our stay was amazing! The sky villa is beautiful and all the staff are really professional and they assist us with everything during our stay! The room service team was the best, really responsive, providing us daily all the special request to our babies and for us once we are vegetarian. The kids club team is just perfect and they was really lovely with girls! One special thanks to Rohit, from housekeeping, he take care of all our cleanings, special request and daily guarantee all our stay was perfect! We definitely will come back!

The food at the hotel’s restaurants was top-notch – every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and the variety of cuisines made each meal a real pleasure. The highlight of my stay was definitely the apartment with a private pool – the views from the balcony, especially during sunrise and sunset, were truly breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind in luxurious surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Dubai. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently stayed at your hotel, expecting a high-end experience based on your reputation and pricing. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far from the standards promised. From the moment we arrived, the service was unorganized and frustrating. It took over an hour for valet to bring our car from the parking, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber. The room cleaning service was delayed until 3:00 PM, despite my repeated calls from 1:30 PM, and the quality of food, particularly the pasta I ordered, was extremely poor and tasteless — certainly not worth the price. What shocked me most was the behavior on the day of checkout. Starting from 8:30 AM, your staff repeatedly called our room and rang the doorbell numerous times, pressuring us to leave. This behavior felt invasive and completely ruined our morning. As someone who chose your hotel expecting a luxurious and relaxing experience, I feel let down. I believe such a level of service does not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future guests’ experiences.
