I had an amazing experience at this property and highly recommend the restaurants for their exceptional food. The spa facilities are top-notch and well-maintained.
The hospitality is truly next level. Based on my personal experience, I casually mentioned in the elevator that I needed to leave for the airport at 5 AM. A hotel staff member overheard and offered to assist. I had planned to call the front desk in the morning for luggage assistance, but to my surprise, the same staff member called me at 4:30 AM for a wake-up call and was waiting outside my room at exactly 5 AM to help with my luggage—completely unprompted.
This level of attentiveness and service truly sets this property apart!

All our stay was amazing! The sky villa is beautiful and all the staff are really professional and they assist us with everything during our stay!
The room service team was the best, really responsive, providing us daily all the special request to our babies and for us once we are vegetarian.
The kids club team is just perfect and they was really lovely with girls!
One special thanks to Rohit, from housekeeping, he take care of all our cleanings, special request and daily guarantee all our stay was perfect!

I had the opportunity to spend 5 days at the Five Jumeirah Village in Dubai, the hotel is beautiful, with modern facilities, a dynamic atmosphere and quality services.
A big thank you to Dickson, the porter, for his kindness and professionalism, as well as to Yougharta at the reception, who spoke French and gave us excellent advice to make the most of our stay. Their warm welcome really made the difference.
